Scammy practices. They are not ashamed to edit the listing, prices, sell you non-existing items and then blame "Look, it is written here". ask for more money, because it was a mistake on the item you've already paid. Instead of returning your money they could offer their useless coupon. Avoid!
The EA1000 Fermat costed less on Amazon.IT when Simgot had not yet came out with new IEMs. Quite obviously, one would expect the other way around. Thus, it is clear to me that I cannot trust this brand as it appears to put profits above all else. Sure, the company should profit, but this behavior... To me is a possible symptom of not caring about the quality of the products, since profiting appears too dominant of a thought
Item I ordered from Linsoul got held by customs and the value Linsoul declared was lower than the actual value. Package was hit with a customs fine for under declaring the real value. I asked if Linsoul could comp me for the fine as I was already going to pay for import fees already. Linsoul gaslighted me in trying to make it seem as though the fine was my own fault when it was actually theirs.
Sent my item quickly even though the store page said "pre-order". Kiwi Ears quintet is amazing, way better than the 7hz Timeless they are replacing. Linsoul customer support is great, didn't need it for the last purchase but when my Timeless came defective they RMA'd a replacement as soon as they received the first.
I’ve been purchasing audio products, such as in ear, monitors, and Dongles from Linsoul for over three years now and when I had a problem they were able to help me get the problem resolved shipping. May take some time, but what do you expect? It’s from China but my packages arrive along with shipping info for tracking.
Ordered a digital audio player (Hiby R3 Pro Saber) when it was on offer. Customer service replied immediately when I wanted to change colour. Although it took a few days before they shipped it, everything went fine. The player arrived in Germany without any problems just a few days later (with DHL Express).Also placed an order some weeks ago for some headphones but cancelled it again. My items from Linsoul arrived on time and the use of DHL over the joke that Fedex and UPS have become was much appreciated. However, my item went on discounted sale 3 days after my order was placed and I could not get support to come to any sort of agreement on honoring that new discount whether via store credit or a partial refund. Never recieved my Headphones. Linsoul does not want to send me new ones or even start an investigation to find my package. Worst service ever after 2 months of waiting, the promised it would be fixed in 5-8 business days.
Every time I order from Linsoul the Posting is always Rapid and the service and updates before delivery are always impeccable to the UK.Apart from the QKZ x HBB and Salnotes Zero IEM’s I ordered are simply Superb Sounding and would recommend Both without doubt considering the pair are both available for less than £40GBP.
Ordered £500 earphones, not delivered. Linsoul have said that they know that they have not been delivered. They are waiting for the package to be returned, waiting weeks now, and are unable to simply send a new order until they receive the parcel from the courier. This has taken almost a month. They will charge you 35% of the items RRP for restocking (putting a thin layer of plastic around the earphone box) even if you open it briefly to ensure that nothing is damaged or missing (they even recommend taking a video of this proces, but it makes no difference). They will charge you for items returned in perfect condition. They have a severe lack of trust in the customer. You have to pay for the return and 'restocking', you are liable for damaged/missing items, you are a fool to buy from this company. Tip for consumers:Unless you live in China, avoid.

This company is a Scam or from people without integrity. I ordered one Clinsoul sprayed on Jan8. I still don't have it. When I tried to contact them they lied to me.
