Is linennaive.com Legit?

I ordered 2 items in April. The wool coat was shipped out immediately and arrived in about 2.5 weeks. The coat fits beautifully, and the wool is so soft, I absolutely love it! My dress was shipped a month later but got lost in delivery at customs. I was in contact with customer service and it took some time and several follow-up emails before they re-sent the dress, which finally arrived in September. The dress is gorgeous and exactly as pictured - it was worth the long wait in the end!

returns to china cost $$$ and quality feels rough

Ordered a set together. Didn’t match at all, and is completely see through. Contacted them and they’re like ‘idk it could look different from pictures’ and offered me 10% back or to return at my own cost, as a lot of others did. Don’t risk it.Update: didn’t even get my 10% back and now they’re ghosting me! Scammers.

They sent me the wrong size of a wool coat and want me to pay the return fee while lying about the value of the package or refund me 10% of the price, truly a scam. I won't ever buy from them anymore.

Buyer beware!I ordered a dress which took a month to arrive, so far so ok. The dress is overall pretty well made other than the skirt is unlined and pretty much completely see through. I contacted them and they said that this was their heavier weight linen so I dread to think how thin the other dresses are.I'm currently in a discussion about how to get my money back - they've given me the option to ship back to China at my own expense or get a 10% discount - which won't cover the costs of getting it lined so I can actually wear it. Reading other reviews, looks like I may not get a refund even if I do send it back.Not happy at all - the price point is pretty high and the quality of both the product and customer service is not up to standard.

I purchased a beautiful blue dress from them. The fit was perfect....beautifully made.I very rarely find clothes I like that also fit my proportions. I felt like a princess the moment I put that dress on.You should wear some sort of modesty garment underneath cuz even though the dress is fully lined...its still a little sheer which lends itself to the cooling properties of linen.Will absolutely purchase more in the future

Genuinely shocked at reviews mentioning poor quality. The dress I received is absolutely gorgeous and the quality is TOP notch. Feels like a genuine gown and not like a costume at all, and I’ve purchased a few other semi-expensive costume pieces that don’t come close in quality. In addition, their customer service was excellent. They put an extra rush on my order just because I asked nicely (hey other reviews complaining about service, did you try being nice about it?) and sent me multiple follow up emails checking in on my order. Seriously, I have literally nothing bad to say about this experience. Everyone I sent a picture of the dress to wanted to know where it was from and I was very happy to recommend Linennaive. I cannot wait to buy another dress from here and absolutely plan to. Like, maybe six more.

Please don’t fall for the images of the clothes on the website like I did. The reality is the clothes do not look the same when you receive them. I ordered a dress and was horrified with the quality, I sent the dress back to them at my expense and ‘Tracy’ is dragging her heels about giving me a refund. It’s been 2 weeks and now I’m going to my bank for a chargeback. Avoid*reply* - I’ve ended up going through my bank to initiate a chargeback. Linenaive lied to me over and over about sending the refund ‘tomorrow’.

Kind and responsive customer service, they measure each item individually and answer all your queries if your reach out. The designs are stunning, overall I'm very pleased. Yes, the shipping might take longer, as the items are not ready to ship, they are literally sewing them when you order. As long as you understand that, it should be fine.

I ordered the Phoenix dress in Teal, size L. Perfect fit, I'm 72kg, 168 cm tall. Beautiful fit, beautiful craftsmanship, I am so happy. I had read about delays but ordered via Etsy and had excellent communication with Tracy and the dress arrived within 2 weeks! I am extremely happy, I have a lovely dress to wear to my daughter's wedding and I will purchase again.

I ordered bergamote 20. Really pretty it fits. But I guess I was naive cause I thought for that prize it would not arrive from China and be very well made. It has loose threads all over. Nothing scissors can't fix but if I pay a higher prize it should show in the execution. Really disappointed. Will not order again. I will keep it. But I don't like paying for items I have to fix. Then I can just make it myself.I tried to find where they produce their products but I could not find it. Makes sense if it's China. I hope the workers are paid fairly and have good working conditions.

For a long time, I had been admiring the beautiful dresses and other clothing at Linennaive. I decided to order a dress for my wedding, but I didn't have much time. After placing my order, I contacted them to ask if the dress would arrive on time. I was absolutely amazed by how prompt, friendly, and clear the communication was. The dress was still in production, so I chose a beautiful blouse instead. They refunded the price difference, and everything was delivered quickly. Now, every day that I wear this blouse, I receive a lot of compliments!

I placed my order in January 2024, it’s now May 2024 and my order has still not shipped. the last three updates (that I had to contact them for) stated the item would be shipped in a specific timeframe, and then wasn’t. Their shipping times are misleading and they do not communicate AT ALL about the status of the order, unless requested. My last two inquiries to them have been ignored. They advertise heavily on instagram, and I think they perhaps used to be a good brand but clearly something has changed. I have no idea how they are still in business by not shipping orders to customers and stealing our money.

Delivery time is very very long (4 weeks for a skirt). Quality of the stitchings is very bad (threads coming out). No invoice (email or printed), no fiscal/legal data of the company, no label on the skirt or packiging - very unprofessional, almost scam-like appearance. However the skirt arrived but I would never buy another product from them. I want to know what brands i endorse by buying their products, the quality of the material, where it is made, and if the company is a fair one to their employees, sustainability practices etc.

I got the Ylang 18 | Floral Lace-up Linen Dress in green. It fit like a glove and looks amazing. The quality is good although the corset top is a bit seethrough. I don't think that should be the case for a €160 dress. I am still very much pleased with the dress however! It's a dress that can be worn casually but is also perfect for a renaissance fair. I wore it all day yesterday and it was comfortable. The dress got a lot of compliments :)

The item I ordered over a month ago has not been sent still and last contact I recieved they hadn't even made it. I needed the dress for an event and followed up multiple times and kept being told it would be sent soon. They continued to push the date back and I have no idea when to expect the product at this stage. The event I needed it for will pass in a few days. Unbelievably disappointing, considering requesting a refund. They are continuing to advertise the product they are still making for me. There is no communication about a delay in making it otherwise I would not have purchased it. Terrible.

If I could give a zero star or below I would. Ordered a dress, paid for express shipping. 10 days later I am advised that the dress can’t be supplied as not enough material. No solution offered, very little apologies. Then advised I would be refunded in 10 days. $200 held by this company for 20 days for their inability to provide me a product that was advertised on their website as in stock. I will never waste my time and resources buying from this site again. Can’t express my disappointment enough.

I ordered thinking, its a nice little cottage core shop from the US. I should have been suspicious when the paypal payment went to a Chinese address. Long story short: Product made in China, doesn't look like on the pictures, bad quality and fit. Had to send it back to China for a huge amount of money and since a month I am waiting for my reimbursement.... Had to contact paypal customer service, now I have to wait for another three weeks, still no money. NEVER AGAIN, deleted this shop from all social media.

This fabric feels thin and synthetic. I have worked with proper linen, this is not even close. The fit on the arms is awful. I bought 3 long-sleeve shirts and they all have different sleeve lengths that are twisted. I hate the fit and I hate the feel in comparison to my homemade linen historic costume. #MakeItYourselfIn my intermediate seamstress experience these Linennaive products are worth max $40ea AUD with postage on top.
