Is lilyrhyme.com Legit?

If I could give them a "-0" rating I would. Similar to the majority of other reviews, I attempted to contact the company multiple times for a status update on my order. No response ever.I finally did receive the order after a month and the music box doesn't work and the Batman ID cover doesn't cover the photo on the ID, so basically useless.Just for grins, I emailed the company to request a refund, and of course, I have received no response.My next step is to contact my financial institution and file a dispute but also, to contact as many business associations possible to make them aware of this fraudulent company.

The very worst. They falsely claimed on September 7th that my order was on the way. I track my orders through the “Shop” app. I clicked the tracking button and the entire name of the package was changed. It states “Evri, Formerly Hermes” and the Shop app notified me that they have lost contact and shipping updates it was at this time I decided to contact the company to see if I can get an estimated arrival time since I ordered the Batman ID cover for a birthday. No response. The next outreach I demanded a refund. No response. I disputed the charge with my bank. The charge given to me was by mooncozy.com which isn’t the site I obviously ordered from. Lilyrhyme isn’t legit either and they work with this scam company clearly. Do not trust them. Get your money back through your bank!

I ordered two orders a month ago.Out over $100! Three attempts to contact vendor with zero response!

Ordered Batman card cover. Paid over 2 weeks ago. Messaged twice for tracking updates or some shipping info. No response. Took my money but won’t send product

Ordered a romantic French curling iron on this website. No tracking number provided still haven’t received my order. Messaged the seller multiple time and no response . Definitely a scam .

Same experience as the previous reviewer. I ordered stone/crystal valentines that were supposed to say “You Rock” and instead received plastic valentines that are quite basic. When I contacted them about a return they offered me 30% back. Total scam!

Exact same experience as the person above. I also purchased the gem valentines and received cheap plastic beads. When I asked how to receive a refund I was told they’d give me a 30% discount but if I returned them I’d have to pay shipping. This is a completely different product. There’s no way that the little beads I ordered would’ve been worth $20 per pack “full price” and discounted to $10. Stay away from this site and don’t be fooled like I was.

I purchased gem valentines from this website. They are advertised as tumbled rocks in the shape of hearts. I received tiny cheap plastic beads that look absolutely nothing like what was advertised. They were shipped by Susyg Floresy in Los Angeles.

My order was placed Jan 18th, 2024, they have yet to arrive. The tracking shows that they are bouncing all over, Kansas City, Saint Loius, neslxt was Mt Vernon I'll, then back to Kabsas city, now it is in Texas. Ughh they are never coming and if they do they will be.junk like everyone else has posted. STAY AWAY

On January 25, 2024, I purchased a 5-pack of Vintage Embroidered Floral Socks from this vendor. Upon arrival, I immediately discovered that the socks ran very small, too small to even get them on my foot, and I wear a pretty average US women's size 8 shoe. I contacted the vendor 4 different times (both by email at "customer (at) lilyryme.com" and also through the "Contact Us" function on their own website) to initiate a return (they won't publish a return address, forcing you to contact them first); all of my attempts to connect were well within their advertised 30-day money back guarantee period. Each time, I explained the circumstances and assured them the socks had not been worn and were still in their original packaging. Each time, I also sent them the required proof of purchase. As of today (February 20, 2024, and still within the 30-day period), I have received NO response. Nothing. Zero. Nada. Zip. It's pretty clear that if the vendor will respond at all, they'll purposely wait until the 30 days has passed so they can keep my money and claim I'm trying to return the merchandise after the guarantee period has expired. Sorry, but time-stamped correspondence doesn't lie. BUYER BEWARE: If you ever purchase anything from this vendor, you better love it forever because you can't expect to be able to return it.

I bought my party dress from them and I am very pleased. The dress looks great and the shopping experience was good. Most of my friends plan to order from them as well.

I never received the order and asked four times for a refund and was never refunded. Waste of $30.

I ordered, they shipped (or said they did) and sent it to the wrong address. I called it to their attention and they haven’t responded. Not happy.

Same issue as everyone else. We just received our packages with plastic beads.
