Ripping us all Off. I have bought Levis for 40yrs, same size same cut 501s. Now all of a sudden the size I buy has changed, no longer do they fit, my old ones do, but had 3 pairs from different sources same sizes, including Levis direct, and not one pair is close to fitting. When I measured them over 3" difference on the waist, and the cut was way different, no wonder Levis profits are up, they charge more for larger sizes and cut sizes so you have to buy larger. RIP OFF POND LIFE. Luckily I dont give a dam about Brands so goodbye Levis, Hello Matalan.When I contacted Levis they said the ones I had were deffective, and should be returned, but when asked how do I get a pair that are the same as my old 501s, they said I should look at there size chart. I visited the Levi reading store in oracle the manager Dan was extremely horrible to me. He conducts poor attitude and it quite a defence manager and rude and abrupt there are a number of reviews on Google about him and he blames other customers for his own attitude problems, and blamed me when I got upset. He promised to sow on there own Levi patches, there staff members there was a lady with tattoos all over her arms was extremely bitter when I raised a complaint about her attitude, and assistant manager is extremely rude and abrupt, and agree with the store manager own behaviour they train staff to provide poor customer service I spoke with a lady in the store really nicely and manager will blame me and say I spoke basket to everyone in the store when I didn’t.It’s just one lady was being extremely bitter towards me. So the manager think I shouldn’t be upset with the whole team. They have no training on autism and learning disability avoid where possible.the manager made me depressed and mocked the fact I wanted to have my military service badges sown on Levi clothing and including his on Levi number 8 patch. They made me depressed, and sad and upset. I left the store in tears. SOS.
Visited Levi outlet at Junction 32 & what fantastic customer service; lovely Grace was fantastic, very patient and incredibly helpful - bought 2 pairs of jeans! She knew her stuff and was spot on with sizes and styles for the older woman! Definitely will be shopping there again!
I would like to express my thanks to the staff and in particular Paige at the Swindon Levi Outlet. I unfortunately lost/misplaced my mobile whilst there. Having discovered it was missing I backtracked to the last known place I had it. Whilst there my wife had a call from security asking if we had lost a mobile.One can imagine our relief upon hearing this. We collected the mobile from security and they told us a member of staff from Levi had handed it in. At Levi they checked the staff but the lady in question had gone off duty. Purchased 3 pairs of jeans. They sent one, then I received a email saying they delivered the other two. Lies.Then they said it’s my problem. I filed a claim with them, they said they will do NOTHING. They’ll take your money, and give you nothing.
Tried making a purchase via mobile website. 45mins later of going round in circles with login/sign-up and change/reset password emails, I gave up. Went through as 'guest' in the end only to realise no Apple Pay or digital wallet offering unless you download the app. No purchase made. Won't be returning.

There was a jacket on sale for $35. I purchased it on their website with PayPal. 2-3 later it was canceled. So I purchased it again with a credit card this time just in case. It was canceled AGAIN one day later, "Cannot fulfill this order" they said. So I thought I was too late or it was out of stock. No no no, it is now $50 if you buy two or more. I will not shop at their site again.
I'm really disappointed with my experience at Levi's Pakistan. The salesman guaranteed that the chinos and jeans would fit the same, so I trusted him and bought both. Received a Polo Shirt for Christmas and I didn’t try wearing it for a few months. When I finally tried it on, there were two large holes under the armpit where a security tag may have been. What an excellent service we receive at Levi’s store outlet, Cannock McArthur Glen. Every time my husband and I have been shopping there for jeans we have found the staff exceptional. Holly in particular is so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They absolutely know their stuff and are always helpful to advise or offer styles to suit. Today is the third time we’ve been into this store and Holly again has been a true advocate for the brand offering her help and advice to assist us in making the right purchase.The choice there is great as are the prices and the offers. Levis is usually my go-to jean brand but the customer service is so bad both in-store and online. Bad in-store experience: My boyfriend bought a pair at Levi's physical store to be shipped to our apartment but it never came even though he was charged on his card. He tried calling customer service on the phone and they said they couldnt find any record of the order bc there was no email confirmation even though there's a charge on his card from the Levis store. It took an extra 2 WEEKS to sort everything out when it should've been resolved right then and there.Bad online experience: I requested an exchange for a pair of jeans I bought online last week, asking for a different size. Once the jeans were delivered back to Levi's, they informed me that the size I want is now on back order and they have no idea how long it will take to ship the new pair. I'm in disbelief. Shouldn't they have reserved the size I requested from the start? Do they expect me to wait 1 month, 1 year...? I then proceed to ask if they can change my exchange for another size that's in stock and they said they cannot change the order request. I feel like its a pretty simple request but I guess not... Both instances happened within a 3 week time frame of each other. I understand that not all Levi employees are like this, there are some that were super helpful in getting everything resolved, but I just hope Levis would train their employees to be more organized in the future.
The quality guarantee that Levi's mentions on all of their items is a complete lie. I bought some Levi's pants which had an obvious construction defect. Instead of rapidly resolving the issue, Levi's requested numerous photos, the invoice, and then after everything, demands that I package the product, send it to them for inspection at my expense, request a reimbursement of shipping costs and wait for approximately 3 weeks for an answer, without even proposing a solution. Purchased online, delivery date checked the tracker says it’s out for delivery 23:59 ? So waited till 1am and nothing delivered, contacted Levi’s 5 times and they still have no information for me, check dpd and it says they are still waiting for my parcel ? How long do customers need to wait for even an email to say sorry your parcel wasn’t delivered and what action they are taking to get the product or refund back to a customer, trouble with your logistics is not my problem, if you promise to deliver on the 13th then at least acknowledge if you can’t !
Purchased faulty jeans, contacted customer services. They indeed answered my emails, however the requirement to print the returns label myself as requested without the means of be able to do this. Very sly, making the returns procedure so difficult. Always brought this brand, now I am hesitant to do so again. It is the worst return of goods policy ever seen nowadays. You have to chase the company via many calls and emails to get the return label. After hard-won return label, you have to continue chasing them for your money being returned. And not enough with documents, hand filled out declaration forms as proof of the return, does not bring you closer to get your money refunded. Will never ever order online from Levis.com.

“Levis 501”

“Levi's doesn't care about their customers”

I ordered jeans directly from Levi's website which said my purchase was in stock. Levi did not hesitate to take money from my bank account immediately. A few hours later I received an email saying they didn't have my jeans in stock and I would receive my money back in 7-10 business days. As a teen who doesn't make very much money, $100 dollars is a lot to be taken for something that never even shipped. Super frustrating that such a well known and established business treats their customers like this. Stick to small business who actually care about their customers! “Once the Jean of choice but NO MORE”

I've bought nothing but Levi jeans since 1979, had great service out of every pair until the last 2 years. The last 5 pairs I've purchased since fall of 2021 have either ripped in the material by rear pocket or in the crotch. I'm nearly 60 yrs old. I have worn Levi's 501 Jean's all of my life. And most of it. Had me believing they made the best quality products a hard working man can count on. For my money... these were the only jeans to be had. No frills or fads -- just the basics. They had a few styles from which to choose. Then someone had the "corporate inspiration" to yield to vagaries of the common marketplace. At this time, fad styles and cut in synthetic fabrics became more of the norm. At this point I jumped ship for LLBean jeans. I hope Levi sets things straight with its old loyalists.

Before heading out on a 30 mins drive to get to the store, I tried calling, no one picked up. I called CS, and that was useless with the options, call again, drive back to the store or do the return online and pay for the shipping. “S61 Levi Strauss jeans rip at back pocket everytime”

My husband has worn Levi jeans all his life, he is 60. Lately he's been buying the S61 or S67 from Walmart. They fit well and feel good and less expensive than some. The reason for a review- Every pair he buys tears along the seam of back pockets making them unwearable and half tear in the crotch. I can't seem to mend them they still RIP. I always buy jeans, t-shirts and hoodies from levi's for myself and they never disappoint me anyway. They have amazing collections. Really good and high quality of fabric material. Feels Very comfortable. Offers great discounts on every purchase.

I fist fit into a pair of Levi's in 1986, the quality and fit was beyond anything I had ever worn (Lee's). Levis in the past have lasted ten years or better if I took care of them. I have purchased 4 pairs in 2021 and they all have torn out due to low quality materials and two of those had slight twists in one leg. I will never buy them again.

“Poor construction yet still high-priced”

I am a woman who has worn Levi jeans all my life and I'm old enough to remember when they were rugged and fit well. And had decent pockets! Now the price has remained substantial yet the jeans are more cheaply made and wear out faster. And what's with the pockets? They're half as deep as they used to be. I'm used to putting things in my jeans pockets but now when I sit down in an easy chair the contents of my pockets fall out. Why bother to put pockets on the jeans if they're of little use? The upshot is I have begun to use other brands because I get more for my money. Too bad. Levi used to be a synonym for quality. No more.

Just a decent pair of jeans with a perfect fit. Color stays the same after several washes and does not fade. The material is extremely soft and flexible, which is something that other brands of jeans neglect. Feels really comfortable. That is why this is my favourite brand of all time.

Was trying to place an order on the levi.com website and got a notification that the website is down. Called the customer service line and spoke to an agent named Connor (Conor?) and he explained that the website is down for planned maintenance and no orders can be place for a period of 6 hours (9 pm to 3 am MT). I have never seen a e-commerce website (for a company as large as Levi's) purposely go offline for a period of 6 hours -- potentially losing thousands of dollars in sales. Tried calling the customer service number to get additional clarification and got Connor (Conor?) again -- does Levi's only have one customer service agent? Not too enamored with Connor (Conor's) rather haughty tone. What kind of Mickey Mouse operations is Levi's running?

“Very soft materials used”

Levis is obviously one of the oldest and most well known brands in India. It is very easy to purchase a Levis garment as you get it in almost every mall. The material used in a levis garment is just amazing, it would give you a really amazing feeling when you put on a Levis shirt Or T-shirt, it just feels so light and soft, you'd love wearing a Levis on a bright sunny day. I had purchased a white levis T shirt in 2012 and it still looks as white and as good as it did in 2012, so you can make out about its quality and durability. The price is something that could've been slightly lower, I feel. Nevertheless it's worth buying.
