Is leehanton.com Legit?

Somehow we ordered the wrong size and attempted to return and get an exchange of a sweat suit. Forget 30 day returns. They said it would cost us too much. "Give it to someone who could wear it" "We will give you a $15.00 discount." And it never ended. "Take photos and send to us so we can determine if it's refundable. "We will give you a $20.00 refund, keep the item" Hassle, Hassle, and we finally said give us the $20.00 refund. We know it will probably will be a merchandise credit which we won't use.

Good quality, good prices, not much more one can ask for

Great shorts at fantastic price! Comfortable for lounge wear as well as appropriate with tee shirt for shopping, other errands. I mistakenly ordered a five-pack in wrong size, XXX EXTRA SMALL, I wear XXX LARGE. I received an email next day verifying accuracy of my order. Who does that!? I was able to correct online. Averted major incovenience.

I know my sizes. I ordered XL shorts, and the entire garment was too snug. I tried to return the set of five--and was informed they were 'not returnable.' They're useless to me, will donate to a thrift shop. Very disappointed.----------(Edit). I should not have to reach out to your support team. Your 'not returnable' policy is asinine for clothing. I'm not gonna try, I'll just cut my losses and donate.

I originally ordered the 4 pack of t-shirts in a L size. When I received my order, one T-shirt was missing. I notified Lee Hanton and they immediately sent me the missing shirt. I had tried the new t-shirts on and they felt a little large. I requested that they send the missing t-shirt in size M. I received shortly thereafter and liked the fit. I then ordered the same T-shirts in a size M.I was impressed with the customer satisfaction. They apologized for the first mix up, but I ended up realizing that I am size M, based on their products.Thank you

Was looking at some winter hoodies from Duluth trading company that were pretty expensive and ran across your hoodie, thought I would place an order and was impressed by the quality and needed a winter jacket for an upcoming trip. This led my daughter to decide to order one also after seeing the quality of mine.

The track suit I ordered was a perfect fit, it was the same as in pictures. The purple one is beautiful. I have gotten so many compliments off this tracksuit. I’m going to buy another one. Love Love Love!

Lee Hantton asked me to write a review regarding my order I have not yet received my package it’s been a while I have no way to track it also I don’t have a phone number to call to find out tracking or any other info so my review right now is one star. The products I purchased were exactly as pictured and described and were and exceptional value for the price

Actually I thought the shorts I ordered were of good quality. Unfortunately the size was too large. When I tried to return the product I got a lot of pushback. The representative told me to try and sell them to someone else. We have been going back and forth finally they have said they will ship me the product in the correct size. Although the colors I ordered were out of stock in my size. I have notified my credit card company of the situation and I am waiting for a resolution. I order a lot of my clothes online and have never run into a situation like this.

This is the third time I have written to LeeHanton regarding a major flaw in the material of the long sleeve tee shirts I purchased. After one washing the material on the back of the two shirts I purchased (I have not washed the other three yet) puckered and frayed. this occurred on both shirts in exactly the same place (center back). To date I have received a lot of talk but no serious action. I am very disappointed because I think the shirts are very nice.

Good information. Helped me to get my order correct. Got my sizing on the shirts from 3xl to xl which was my fault it was wrong. I would recommend this seller.

Tracking number the company gave me was canceled. Had to contact company to reship items and get new tracking number.

Not Leehanton branded. You buy direct from their website and it's not even Leehanton branded. The jacket I received had no tags (assume used) and was made by a different manufacturer. (Outerwear).

I requested tried to make a return and the response was that I should give my purchase to a friend and they would give me a $15 to spend more money on their website. Terrible customer service. I was offered a refund in the reply from Leehanton but there is no process in place to get the refund.

Not happy with your sizes I ordered 3xl the 5 pack shorts and they where very small ...

These are nice quality shirts, I bought extra large and they fit good. The 5-pack price was the reason I bought them.
