lds.org Review

The Scam Detector website Validator gives lds.org a fairly high trust score on the platform: 81.1. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Fair. Valid. Known.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this score? We came up with the 81.1 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to lds.org's industry. The algorithm detected a low risk for activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Fair. Valid. Known. tags above. Long story short, we deemed this a known website, with a low scam probability. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning lds.org, let's look closer at the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between lds.org and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of lds.org. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of lds.org, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. lds.org is an innocuous suspicious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether lds.org has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether lds.org boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, lds.org.

, I’m from Singapore. I requested to meet the missionaries cos I was interested to know more bout the Mormon Faith. Alas, my experience was pretty bad and I haven’t even meet em yet. I was assigned to 2 sisters Simbajon and Miller and they were pretty rude to me.I was given the number of the Elders @ 90189731, However, they were extremely unresponsive to my messages on Whatsapp which is shocking. I even called em despite me nursing a bad sore throat and told em to contact me via Whatsapp. My messages remained unread. Just a piece of advice, if you want pple to know more bout the Mormon Faith, you need to care. No one cares how much you know, they want to know how much u care. I also wanted to invite em for my 3 Bday Bash and they bluntly ignored me despite me sending em multiple invitations. Cos I needed a response from em for me to book a table for em at a restaurant. Also, They tried to sugarcoat me by asking me to go for church service on Sunday for a Bday gift and when I told em I could make it (despite my busy schedule), they ignored me! They stress on Perfection yet they are not even capable of exhibiting decent human behaviour! They are a joke!
I grew up in the church but left 25 years ago. Best life choice ever. They're obsession with being perfect is damaging. Yesterday I attended the funeral of my cousin who was a Morman, during which I heard Mormon members of his family describe him as flawed and imperfect because he had additional needs, and that now he is with God, God will bless him and make him whole and perfect and he will no longer be flawed.Utterly unacceptable. The church is damaging and outdated, stay well away.
The saying goes that if you give a man a fish, you have fed him for a day, but if you teach him to fish, you have fed him for a lifetime. Ezra's father certainly did the second. However, Ezra learned much more from his father than how to fish. He learned that he could rely on his Heavenly Father. CALLED Special Projects and was told We do not release details being a private entity. Our RFPs are strictly by invitation ONLY and we do not release any kind of timeline or design details. We do not release who the contractor that is chosen is or anything like that. Guess they do not subsribe to thier TEACHINGS. I think Jesus would be confused by your unwillingness to share informatoin or help one become involved and try to earn money for business/family regarding construction of TEMPLES built to worship HIM! MY FAMILY JUST Die no help need prayers call call 🙏 this church no help ! WHAT DO CHURCH S DO! Living in burley no help from morons I am disabled just need prayers 🙏 😞
It's a false crutch and fake.how can a selveelected profit govern a church that is homophobic, racist & sexist.its a money making organisation.
"Come Holy Spirit, feel the hearts of your faithful with the fire of your love."(Gospel Acclamation)As we open up our lives e this power,we will began manifest the fruits and gifts of the Spirit. In Galatians 5:22-23 Paul lists the fruits of the Spirit as Love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness and self-motivated ,self-motivated- self- control (for a list of the gifts of the Spirit see,e.g.1Cor.12:7-11)We have seen the true Light,we have received the heavenly Spirit,we have found the true faith:we adore the indivisible Trinity ,who has saved us.'( Byzantine Liturgy Pentecost Vespers)
The morman church is a joke, I don't go to the church but my mum does and I drop her off every Sunday, Last week Sunday 2nd I dropped my mum off like I all ways do, and some coward went to the bishop and told him I was loitering near the church for 15 minuets, I explained to the bishop that I went straight away after dropping my mum off. I wear a hat and a mask because of my mental illnesses I which I explained all that to the bishop I also told him to check the cameras, has this will show I left straight away, now because of this I won't take my mum to the church anymore. That person who said I was loitering around the church is a liar and I disgrace. This tells me that the Morman on Chester lane St Helens Merseyside is a fake church.
The founder, seer, revelator and prophet Joseph Smith has a questionable image. Treasure digging, spiritual seeing golden plates in the wood, translation of the golden plates with the aid of a seer stone in a hat, the highest authority of the restored Kingdom of God on earth, polygamy, child marriage, causing of social turmoil in those days.If you are rejecting all the aforementioned and looking for the correctness of decency, you are on the right address to become a member of the Church. As far as I'm concerned the finances and the cash flow of the Church has not a Christian attitude. In my country and city, money doesn't reach the members that are in financial need. The intentions of decency correctness is the only reason I give them 2 stars.
I just read a deacon had shot his poor donkey because he needed his feet trimmed that was a foot and half long he had sores all over him looked horrible .His neighbor had been trying to do what she could .They found a sancuo for him but before they could take him Deacon of LDS church went out and shot the poor abused baby .They had been on Vacation to bad they didn’t think about Zach .You have a good deacon the horrible person should be in jail along with wife she knew Zach wasn’t taken care of and neither one cared .I thought LDS was about love you have the wrong Deacon he’s from hell .How can they go to church and then go home and forget animal .
This church had a raffle for a painting at a festival. We were contacted 2 days later and told we had won. They contacted us 3 additional times to say the painting was on the way. On Nov 23rd I contacted the main church and was told it was on the way. Today Dec 6th I was AGAIN told, it’s on the way. How can a church be so dishonest? This church represents how Satan works and not how Christian’s should be.
I give it only 2 out of 52 wives. There are a tone of rules, massive time commitment, constant cries that you are in a cult. On the pulse side, you get Super VIP heaven, carpeted basketball courts, and multiple wives.
I have been a life long member, and though there will always be questions that arise, I have found legitimate answers to those questions. With 48 years of scrutiny, I have come to the conclusion that this is the real deal. The church really is run by revelation from Deity. Anyone who gets offended here and gives a poor review is looking to be offended by something. That being said, all people would do well take advantage of the happiness and stability that comes from a commitment to this faith.
Hello,My son was illegally ordained a teacher just this past March. I am the father, who was to do the ordination, and the ordination was done without my knowledge on the only Sunday of which I was not in attendance in my home ward. The bishop and stake president have avoided to be held accountable and a damaging lawsuit is being pursued. The area authority who oversees the Utah County, Santaquin Canyon Ward, must contact me or suit deliberations will commence. My bishop of who approved of the botched ordination is Shane Monroe and the Stake President is last name Wood. Not only did they not support me in my right as a father to ordain my son…They also took it upon themselves to disable my temple recommend, of which I renewed just two weeks prior to the botched ordination - Without telling me the reason of why. My current Bishop, Bishop Swenke of the Spanish Fork 24th ward is assisting me in contacting the offending parties, since he is supportive to me and will not tolerate the insubordination of such an ordinance. The temple president of the Provo MTC temple is also undergoing an investigation.I need to know who the general authority is that Stake President Wood answered to, being that it was Wood who acted out of misalignment in following through with church protocol. Don’t let this email fall on deaf ears.
A member of the LDS Church Rick fry what personal details that he shared with his children and the children had shared with their biological mother. He was now marrying his fourth wife who is an LDS member. The details he shared with his children that he had cheated on his wife days before they were married. Then he shared with his children that he told his wife that he helped that he could satisfy her in the bedroom because it has been a wild inappropriate to share with your children. After they have been married I believe for a few years for he told his children that they had to leave the home and not to come home until they were told and on that day he had someone break into his home to tell from himself his wife and his children and cleaning insurance. And when the children were younger he had cameras in the bathroom watching everyone who went into the bathroom when their half-brother went to go visit them the children were in their brother not to do any thing funny into the bathroom because their father is watching. He had also picked up his son by the throat up against the wall while his feet were dangling off the ground. When is daughter was bit in the face by a pitbull he never once visited her and blamed it all on her being bit in the face by a dog.
Such an amazing church full of really nice people who seem very Christlike. 100% would highly recommend. The teachings and organization are consistent with the Bible and the church can be found pretty much anywhere globally. So cool!
This is a wonderful website to learn about the Church of Jesus Christ Latter-day Saints in action.Announcements about General Conference weekly study and news about world events and concerns across the globe it helps me to come closer to Jesus Christ his Apostles and Prophets and making changes in my life to prepare for my family in eternity. it helps me realize the power of the atonement is real and we can be healed of all of our afflictions pains sorrows Etc
The gospel of Jesus Christ has made my life worth living. We all are sinners and there is joy in knowing that God loves us in spite of our imperfections and that he is still willing to stretch out his hand to us and show us a better way to live our lives and serve others and know that every person on this earth are our brothers and sisters. There are many opportunities in this church to learn, grow, serve and improve our character and even practical ways to conduct healthy and stable living. Serving takes commitment but Jesus said those who lose their life in him will find it. He expects us to strive to be like him and he shows us the way. He gave his life to make up the difference after all we can do to follow him. We all have our own pace and times when we fail in spite of our aim. Life is a time of testing, trial, learning, growing, repenting and serving and that is a lot of what I have learned going to this church.
An organisation that takes your faith, loyalty, money and spare time and then basically leaves you high and dry with unanswered questions, unsatisfactory explanations & platitudes, riddled with guilt and confidence stunted , is essentially a very poor investment indeed! Don’t buy! You will be sorry! Don’t say I didn’t warn you. A church based on the ramblings of a mad, narcissistic, fraudulent, compulsive liar in Joseph Smith, will never have a basis of truth only at best half-truths. The pseudo- Christian ideals are an attempt to appear orthodox to other Christians and catch the low hanging fruit. You certainly couldn’t base a healthy, productive and all-embracing life on it. So, for code to live by I would give a 0.For meeting interesting people with a story to tell I’d give 5/5 however, since most of them have a form of mental illness where they believe in an invisible god and aspire to live with him in an imaginary kingdom on another planet, takes the shine off the whole experience. The patriarchy of power removed equal opportunities off the agenda for, welll, eternity. So a big nil poits for that too. Grass roots racism towards non-whites is woven into the fabric of all they do, so 0/5 for fair treatment of all races.Al in all, a bad experience that turns people into zombie sheep, who question nothing and pay just about everything. As I said, a poor investment which requires you “to give all your time, talents, heart, might, mind and strength and soul to the building up of the kingdom of god, here on earth”. They make you keep this promises- oaths and covenants- in their “Holy Temple”, where you are required to keepSacred oaths, even unto death”.Basically, the Mormon Church is a form of fake ‘fire insurance’- if you keep the commandments, covenants and oaths- you don’t get to burn- in hell for all eternity. So, in summary, pass and collect £200 pounds this investment will destroy your free will, rob you blind and turn you into racist, mysoginistic fascist.
Sun Valley ward in Reno Nevada... You people are rude and not kind or welcoming!!!! I come in with a service dog and I get thrown out!!!! These people are judgmental. There are better churches out there Im sure. If you are disabled like me don't go to the LDS church!!!!!
I'm not here to ramble about my past experiences with the church were all moving forward here and I see MAJOR PROGRESSIVE IMPROVEMENT! I am happy to call myself a member and I can truly say I believe in this church. I'm so incredibly happy to see such strong progression, I'm in awe. I don't think I even have the words to describe how happy this makes me. Job well done!

This site has tons of good information on raising your family and good principles to live your life by. It's very well organized. It's a site I usually visit every day. The online scriptures are especially useful. I do prefer the classic layout however which is located at http://classic.scriptures.lds.org. I like that version better because it fills the width of my browser which is something that the new version doesn't do.

“This site is an excellent place to learn about my faith”

This site is an excellent place to learn about my faith. It provides detailed information and is full of resources for members of the church. Many free inspiring downloads can be found. If you are a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints this is a great resource. If you are not a member but would like to learn more, then this is a great starting place.

“Don't believe the Hype its a CULT”

This so-called church is truly the definition of a cult. Here are the ten recognized signs of a cult to prove my point. 1. The leader is the ultimate authority: You're probably in a cult if you're not allowed to criticize your leader, even if the criticism is valid. ( their prophet has the final say in all matters). 2. The group suppresses skepticism: You're probably in a cult if you're only allowed to study your organization through approved sources. ( They regularly speak against looking at anything the church does agree with).\ 3. The group delegitimizes former members: Former members are dismissed as bitter, angry, dishonest, or evil if they speak out. Cults often impose some kind of shunning to shame former members and prevent them from infecting other members with the truth. ( The Cult will probably try to have this review removed, I lost my family when I left) 4. The group is paranoid about the outside world If your group insists the world's end is near, you're probably in a cult. ( They have been preaching we are in the last days for 200 years) 5. The group relies on shame cycles You're probably in a cult if you need your group to feel worthy, loved, or sufficient. 6. The leader is above the law When confronted, they do not confess but create justifications for their impropriety. Sexual grooming of members is standard. Loyal cult members will perform any amount of "mental gymnastics" to justify or ignore the leader's behavior. ( Look into the history of the Mormon church and how the members try to normalize it). 7. The group uses "thought reform" methods You're probably in a cult if your serious questions are answered with cliches. (Every day, all day). 8. The group is elitist If your group is the solution to all the world's problems, you're probably in a cult. ( Yes) 9. There is no financial transparency Suppose you're not allowed to know what the group does with their money. In that case, you're probably in a cult. ( they hid a 100 Billion yes with a B fund from members and the world, then avoided IRS penalties by claiming it was church money, not from real estate investments, they are the wealthiest church in the world yet donate less than. 05% of their wealth annually. 10. The group performs secret rites If there are secret teachings or ceremonies you didn't discover until after you joined, you're probably in a cult. ( Mormon temples are for "WORTHY" members only. They make a life oath not to reveal what goes on in there, or god will strike them down). See, the church is a cult; it ruins families and is not a Christian organization as they would have you believe. Additionally, they are racist, misogynistic, patriarchal, homophobic, and exclusionary. They can be judged by their acts which are never good, in that they protect rapist murderers, and child molesters. Tip for consumers:Don't join; leave if you are in, they are peddling lies. Products used:I used the church for 35 years, I paid them over 200K no money was returned, only shame and guilt were provided. Service Value Shipping Returns Quality

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]

There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.

Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
