Great selection of wines at good prices, easy online shopping and prompt delivery.

Super easy to use, order, pay but delivery is with Chronopost and this is not a positive thing.The delivery man offered to leave the package in the building's lobby as the receiver was not at home when he came.Gladly he brought it back to the near post office.@Lavinia, switch delivery company and you'll get more orders from me.

My order was already on its way when I learned that the recipient would not be at home for the following two weeks. Lavinia immediately recalled the colis from the van and relaunched it two weeks later on my request. I think that was marvellous! Thank you very much!

I wanted to send a gift to my friend and it was super easy on the website to do so. When I enquired to ensure the price would not be included on the delivery I got a very quick reply reassuring me it wouldn't. I will be ordering from them again!

Lavinia offer an excellent service. I used them to send a bottle of wine as a gift. The delivery was fast and efficient. The website is a bit difficult to navigate for non-Spanish speaker, however I understand that they are in the process of looking into this to offer a multilingual website. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I sent a present with a card to one business relation. They deliver the product faster than expected but they forgot to include the cars and the name of the sender to the receiver. I had to call my business contact one week later to see if he had received the bottles of wines which was a little bit inappropriate

Not clear where you can add a personal message. I missed and-A) phone was not answered after trying several times (clearly tricky option)B) the answer to my email request to include a personal mesaage was that it was not possible after the order was payedLavinia is not a low cost eCommerce, so I would expect a good service

I have been using Lavinia for a while. Its web page is pretty easy to use and very informative. Shipping is also done in a very professional way.

The order took more than a week to arrive from the delivery date, the company sending the wine boxes never contact me, send me any mail or text. I have no idea How was the parcel ongoing, they deliver to my neighbors who is an empty house and they said in the report that nobody was home, while family was at the house at all time, very poor service. Luckily the customer service agent was very helpful, and for days she was trying find out where it was the parcel.
