Extremely happy with my products. It performed exactly the way they said it would. I was hesitant to order it because so many items online have fake marketing tactics. But I must said - it met and exceeded my expectations. Thank you for restoring my faith in online purchasing. This product has performed EXACT as advertised. I would recommend it to a family member or family. I also ordered the travel heat pad. So happy with it as well.

I hate the power method on my hair straightener if there would’ve been somebody that actually reviewed that part online I would’ve not purchased the straightener. That’s literally a digital power on. You have to place your finger directly over a certain area for it to even turn on which takes about five seconds of holding down. And honestly should’ve just had a simple on and off button when the blow dryer does.

I’m very pleased with almost everything I’ve received from L’ange. I would give a five star rating if they would change their “no return” policy. I find it very unfair to refuse returns on items that don’t work out, for whatever reason, when a customer has spent so much money. And every other company I’ve ever dealt with will take returns, whether the items are “personal“ or not.

Really love the duo for curls I've never been a girl who can curl my own hair! However it's more of a curler then straightner. I found it didn't grip my hair as tight like a straightner would. I wish you were able to lock your buttons, I'm always pressing the power button while curling then have a re-adjust the heat. Other than that it's freaking amazing and I love it!!

Love all things Lange and sure do need the 3Way hairspray! Love, love, love it. Just found my last can in the back of the cabinet that I didn’t know I had. Super excited but sad at the same time. All time favorite spray, and that is saying a lot for over 60 years! I do hope it hasn’t been permanently discontinued.

I’ve been round brushing and drying my hair with round brush dryer for 50 years and I will have to say the L’ange is the best thing out there! Thank you for having a great sale or I would have never bought one👍🏻

The influencer video I watched made it look like the curls actually stayed in your hair. My hair is extremely fine, and this appliance did not work for me. Customer service was excellent, and the return process was very easy.I would do business again with this company, for hair care products, however, this particular appliance just wasn't for me.

Customer service is great. Was not happy with a drying tool. Wrote a review and immediately got an email from the company offering me to return the tool to get a credit (i was to late for a refund).

Loving my new Lange le duo! A great transaction from start to finish! Website was informative and user friendly! Easy to order, relatively quick shipping, and an amazing product! I am so impressed with how well it curls and straightens my hair.

Delivery was quick but was really hoping the tool would curl my hair easier than using my chi flat iron. The l’ange is heavier and the on/off and fan switch constantly turn off because they are placed on the outside where you hold the tool with your hands. Sadly disappointed ☹️

Hi quality products!I have a couple of styling tools that are easy and fast to use and not harsh on my hair. I love the soft pink hair wrap for wet hair- very kind to your hair; just perfect for wrapping and not feeling like a heavy towel on your head! Given quite a few as gifts.

Not at all impressed with the Le Duo Grande styling tool. The barrel did not clamp down tight enough to hold in even small sections (or larger sections) of hair. Every time I try to style a section, the hair ends up falling out of the iron before it gets to the end. My hair ends up with more frizz and static than my usual styling process. I have curled with a straightener for years, and this one it most definitely NOT easier or more effective. Feels like I wasted my money.

I have a torn rotator cuff and I had trouble doing my hair I was able to fix it and make it look decent with this blow dryer brush

Quick and easy to deal with!One of my orders had a broken cap on the shampoo. emailed and they requested a picture of the bottle, and they replace the bottle. Great customer service!

Great company. Good hair care products. Easy returns. Only thing I didn’t like was when I bought the multi-volume tool and an attachment, upon returning the multi- volume tool I found out they don’t allow returns on attachments. The attachment is useless without the tool, so I should have tried the tool before buying the attachment.

I waited a long time to buy one, once it went on sale, I ordered hopefully that it would help control my coarse thick hair

Unfortunately, I had to return the dryer brush I purchased and they wouldn't take back the additional head that I bought too. My hair had never been frizzier. Tried it three times.

I was looking for a new hairstyle to celebrate a milestone birthday and this tool was just what I was looking for. I love the soft waves it gives my shoulder length haircut and it’s super easy to use!

“Inferior product”

I purchased my L'ange Le Volume hairdryer in January '23 from Target as I had a gift card. It now only blows out cold air. I contacted L'ange customer service, but since I no longer have the receipt, there is nothing that can be done. For the price, it should have lasted for more then 6 months. I've had my Revlon dryer for years and have had no issues. The reason I wanted the L'ange was to have 2 brushes sizes. Save yourself $$ and don't get the L'ange. “Untrustworthy company”

L'ange products are inferior to others & over priced. I have a Le Duo which doesn't straighten my hair. The Le Vite didn't straighten my hair but did a good job at burning my fingers. I had gift cards and in all the returns and exchanges L'ange took them away. In my last post, L'ange said they would contact me, but didn't. Their customer service is beyond dismal. “Buyer Beware”

I bought a styling tool from L'ange, but it did not work for my hair. So, I tried to return it. They do not accept calls, their online chat did not work. When I finally heard from them they told me to return it they subtracted out $7 just for the return, they subtracted out what I had paid for taxes, and I needed to pay for shipping it back. In the long run I would be out at least $20 from the original price I paid. I purchased a LeDuo flat iron less than a year ago. It is now broken. They claim to have a 1 year warranty but when I try to contact them about the warranty I can not get anyone to help. The live chat was started and then when I told them that my iron was broken I never received a response. I have tried live chat again, text and email with no response.
