Is kith.com Legit?

My order was cancelled by mistake and they send me an invoice with my order for me to purchase it again. I thought that was great customer service because I was still able to get my items before they sold out.

Kith is always excellent, from their products to their customer support. I've never had a problem with Kith.

Following a 6 Month wait (this was fine and fully explained as a 'made to order' item) they arrived with a small tear on the suede.Customer services provided two options:A) A 10Euro gift card - the trainers cost >200...B) Return and refund - no replacement possible despite a 6month wait...Neither of these options appeal and are frankly poor from any genuine retailer.

Sent the wrong item, I am a size M and they sent a totally different item and size XXL! Customer service is robotic and really unhelpful. They will not send a replacement but ask that you return the wrong item for a refund... I live in the UK and this item comes from the US so that will take a while to return and be refunded. Not a good experience and for the price you pay, you can get better service elsewhere.

I recently had a disappointing experience with KITH's refund policy. I purchased an item that didn't fit, and despite not being able to wear them, I was unable to get a refund. KITH's policy doesn't offer refunds under any circumstances and they aren't obligated to provide a reason. It's simply "company policy," which leads to an inferior customer experience.Customers can't try on clothes to ensure a proper fit when shopping online. This issue is especially concerning for items that are ONLY available online. Most retailers understand this and offer full refunds to accommodate their customers. So why does KITH insist on keeping the funds? This policy, which is not fair or reasonable, is simply unjustified.On the note of "customer service"... They have an automated chatbot and an email service that only responds around 4AM. I suspect that KITH is farming out their customer service to another company outside of the US.

JAS from the Kith Customer Service team is the best! I had an issue with my order and JAS gave all his/her effort to help you with everything. I couldn’t be happier with my online shopping experience. Their website was user-friendly, making it easy to find the perfect item. The checkout process was smooth even thought I had an issue which was truly my fault at all and not theirs. I will and always will definitely shop at KITH again. Highly recommended! 1000x STARS!

Representatives were very understanding and helpful. Offering me options for my return that best suited me. Also thorough with responses, which I appreciated.

Won the raffle for the Jordan 1 Travis Scotts a month ago, DPD failed delivering the package. The reshipped it to KITH and they promised me a fully refund, but till today I am still waiting for that refund. The customers experience team are not even trying to help me. They just keep saying.. 'we will update you soon for further information'. Conclusion: one month later, no shoes and no money. All I am asking is a full refund a.s.a.p

Website very misleading I ordered a pair of trainers and the came in US size, No where does it make clear that the EU website still is US sizing then when you speak to customer service they are little to no help. Be very carful happy to take your money reluctant to give it back when they are miss selling.

I've been making online orders from Kith Europe for several years and everything has been great. From product quality, to delivery times and customer support. A few weeks ago, an order I placed from the app had an incident during the delivery process and the support and resolution that Kith Support Team gave me was something that not many brands do to their customers.Those small details that make Kith a brand that stands out among many others.

Each agent at kith were attentive and got back to me in a timely manner. I appreciate there hard work and service.

Trash do not buy from this company, it’s a scam never buy from this company items on the website do not look the Same in person. Looks cheap and small I ordered shorts with patch’s but received in the little shorts with sublimation print. On them

I've been a loyal member of kith for 4 years. I had a small problema for a tee..received support right away and they solved the problem quickly.Very kind.Highly recommended!

I made a mistake in ordering the wrong size on some Asics Kayano 14s that were final sale. I spoke to customer service and I think they understood it was an honest mistake and allowed me to return the item once the shoes comes in. When the order arrived, I realized that the shoe could fit my brother. Since his bday was coming up. I gave it as a gift. Even if I ended up keeping the purchase, I was glad to receive such personal service from Kith. Thank you Jas in customer service!

BEWARE OF FINAL SALE Items online. Ordered a pair of sneakers online, that were final sale. Took about it 6-7 weeks to receive the sneaker after being promised 5-7 business day shipping. Once arrived sneakers appeared to be B-Grade sneakers. Dirty, dented and filled with dried glue gunk. Reached out to the company, no attempt to resolve. Disputed charge with credit company. BEWARE OF FINAL SALE items, they are low quality and damaged.

Be careful before you buy… Kith do not offer refunds!! You’re either not able to return or they give you a gift voucher. I bought some of the Kith Taylormade clothing and for such a well known brand (I have been to their shops in Miami and Paris) I couldn’t believe that they did not offer refunds. Shocking. Will not use again.

I love Kith but I live in Puerto Rico and shipping takes almost a month. The only thing I can complain about is if they used another shipping method like DHL or directly with UPS until the final delivery and not sending it to Usps, it would be great.
