Is kitchenadvisor.de Legit?

As native English speaker, it was really appreciated to have the advisory call in English, the person spoke to me was, competent, thorough and taking sufficient time to both hear my criteria and making recommendations.

Janos was an amazing kitchen advisor. He was very detailed in asking you every question for your preference, understanding your needs thoroughly and being eager to help. At no point did I feel I was being upsold anything or overpromised anything. Simply put, I asked for X, Janos asked all the right questions to make sure I got what I asked for. 10/10 would recommend KitchenAdvisor for your kitchen planning. And of course, if you have the luck to work with Janos, consider yourself in very good hands!

Amazing customer experience from the very first moment. I filled out a form and could book a meeting for the same day. The phone consultation was professional, friendly and extremely diligent. I had a very specific request and Elisabeth went above and beyond to meet my needs. A had a few follow up questions and wanted to send inspirational pictures which I could send on WhatsApp (again, simple experience). I can highly recommend the team. Thank you very much!!

Adnan was very responsive and supportive throughout the process. It saved us some time by only having to discuss our needs and wants for the new kitchen with Kitchenadvisor, after which, they handled the entire process of finding suppliers / kitchen studios for us, briefed them and gave us 3 options to work with. We are visiting two of the studios this Saturday and are really looking forward to it.

We were quickly provided with a quality consultation including review of our floorplan, requirements and budget. KA provided helpful advice, guidance on appliances, finish, fittings, process and budget. We were then refered to a number of partners suitable for our needs who provided a high level of service and relevant options for our kitchen. Our experience with KA was great, it has saved us time, helped us navigate designers and resulted in a great partner.

They gave me recommended to ‘good’ kitchen contractor, that ran away with my money (15k euro). I have to go to a lawyer to settle the deal till now. Turnout Im not the only one that has problem with this kitchen contractor, however they still never taken out this kitchen contractor from one of their recommended contractor. I would like to suggest everyone to go for reliable kitchen contractor rather than get recommendation from them.
