Machine stopped working after six months. I called the service support trying to see if I could repair it when they told me the machine was deemed effective. They told me take a picture of the serial number and the receipt and send it in. I did not have a receipt I didn’t keep it after six months, since my last one lasted over 10 years before I threw it away it was working when I did that but apparently they went way downhill. They told me they would not replace after six months and they would give me a 25% coupon for my next, Keurig would never buy a product from Keurig again Now that I know there’s so many others on the market much prices and probably higher quality. I don’t know where they got this junk from but they should check the manufacturer of this crap.
I’ve had numerous Keurig coffee makers. Product is junk, it doesn’t last
Bought a $200 KDuo Special Edition and only after 7 carafe brews and maybe 2 Kcup brews, the unit would not power on at all. Supposedly, some units have a thermal cutout that can be reset but requires the unit to be dis-assembled. Seems ridiculous to me to have a reset switch in system but you have to take it apart. After dis-assembling this newest model, I could not find such a reset switch but verified an open circuit in the system. Kuerig was no help at all. Hoping Target will come through.
I give up on Keurig brand, I’m on my 4th coffee pot not to mention the ones I’ve bought for gifts over the years. This last one actually lasted 3 years which is a record but it won’t even power on. I take good care of my coffee pots with regular descaling etc. I called customer service and I was offered a 25% discount but I’m not interested in spending another penny on this brand. There are many other options out there these days and I suggest people search around. I have a nespresso to make my lattes and that has been working fine for over 3 years now. I just want to warn others to shop around.
I purchased my first Smart Coffee Maker on 12/29/23. Started throwing error code 2 at the end of June. multiple calls to Customer Service...always the same script involving steps to clean needles, check the water port, clean the camera lens and run hot water through the machine. Replacement coffee maker was delivered on 7/24/24. Ten cups of coffee later and I have the same error code 2 (defect in preheat tank) on two occasions. Called Keurig twice requesting escalation...nothing doing! Same scripted litany...clean needles, check port, clean tank Etc. Case study in insanity...keep doing the same thing expecting a different result. A new Smart Coffee Maker should not throw two error code 2 failures in the first ten cups of coffee. Good luck on trying to call Keurig's home office...calls are filtered and branded as spam. You will end up back with the Customer Service team listening to the same scripted litany of corrective steps. Supposedly Keurig is sending me yet another replacement machine today. So, in seven months, I am now on my 3rd Smart Coffee Maker. I regret ever doing business with Keurig. Going online this morning and ordering a single serving coffee maker from a reputable company.
We bought a Keurig K910 from Walmart six months ago. Recently the power on the machine stopped. We then researched the machine and learned lose of power is a common problem for this model. When we called Keurig customer support, the rep and her supervisor said Keurig will not honor its warranty without the original receipt, which we did not keep. I believe this is Keurig’s way of not having to honor its warranty, causing its warranty to be a sham. We have bought many top end Keurigs before (the K910 is a cheaper model) and plan not to ever purchase Keurig products again.
I take such care of my machines but makes no.difference I've had 3 in a year they don't last. Bought one 2 mnths ago descaled it and that descale light will not shut off. The last 2 broken by leaking water that ruined my counter top from due to leaking. I'll never buy another keurig as long as I live They are built to break so you buy more well not this time they can keep their junk..
Their customer service is a joke. The AI chatbot cannot understand basic inquiries. And the humans (when they finally join) cannot read either apparently. If you're unhappy with a product, you're stuck with it. Just unsubscribed and will never buy from them again.
I have placed 2 orders of ground coffee with Keurig and both times the bags of coffee were open, the first box that arrived had leaked so much coffee in my home that it took over and hour to rid myself of every coffee ground. The second box came with about a pound of tape covering every spot that coffee could leak out of. I have not even opened the box because all I hear is loose coffee grounds. The Keurig Company is a JOKE!!!!!After talking to them and numerous calls for ten days and after sending the proof of purchase, the copy of the receipt and photos by email they still bull crap me and every phone call they would say a line like: Sorry unable to hear you and disconnect the call.My Keurig stopped working after only a few months. I'm a long-time customer of Keurig about to leave them as a customer. I'm also a PhD-level expert on ecommerce.Each new Keurig website design is worst than the last. Trying to change my Auto-Delivery today was a real, slow pain. I lost thousands of old loyalty rewards points because they used to have nothing in their old rewards catalog that I needed or wanted. Now, I've lost rewards points in their new loyalty program before I knew they expired. Loyalty points expire pretty quickly, apparently. And they are not automatically applied to your order, nor does an order have a place to add items you want to buy via the new loyalty program.Well, now my loyalty to Keurig has expired. The chat bot was useless.They did replace a Keurig that broke because I followed their directions and used their descaling solutions. I guess I was lucky on this exchange. I found out online that many customers have had this problem. Vinegar works great. However, their descaling liquid damages their machine. In my experience, this company is going down hill in terms of quality and customer service.
*** BUYER BEWARE-DO NOT PURCHASE A K SUPREME BREWER ***They have a design flaw which burns the brewer out if the water reservoir is not put on correctly or developed an air bubble when filling. I have been through 4 brewers. Keurig Customer Service is terrible!!!
Just bought my Keurig a like 14 months ago and it broke. I tried everything the customer service guy suggested and nothing worked. He offered me 50 percent off of new product and I couldn't help but laugh. I couldn't barely even understand the guys English and had to ask him to repeat his self several times! Such a waste of my time calling customer service. I would expect them to stand by their product and send a new one but no. Never buying anything Keurig again! If I could give zero stars I would.
On our 3rd Keurig & now this last one is not working right AGAIN! First two I’ve purchased was the duel pot & cup maker , both stopped brewing at first stopped making a full 10oz , then quit all together (yes, I descaled regularly) . So I just purchased a regular Keurig 1&1/2 months ago and now this one is doing the same !!!! I’m really upset because we love our coffee for these but I’m seriously going to go back to a regular coffee maker after this !!
Keurig customer service is beyond awful. Had 2 brewers break within 7 months. Now they want it back before replacing it, which will leave me without a coffee pot for a few weeks. Hope to sell, give away our keurig pods and move on to a company that cares about its customers
Overall their program is OK so long as you don't encounter issues. However, if you must contact their customer support team be prepared for long calls and no real support. They essentially repeat what you can already see online in your account, and will offer a free box of coffee to hopefully appease you. If you need actual help in resolving an issue, you're out of luck.
The return policy at Kuerig stinks! When I purchased a new Kuerig brewer I took advantage of their subscription service. I noticed today that a type of coffee that was ordered I would not drink. I asked to return the delivery unopened or refused delivery. I was told there were no refunds. This is insane because they would accept unopened boxes at the grocery store and restock the item. Now I am stuck with a case of coffee pods I can’t drink and they won’t accept a return. Also the coffee maker I purchase in April 2024 works when it wants!! Next coffee maker will not be a Kuerig!!I did receive a replacement box of the coffee that I meant to order and I was instructed to keep the flavor I did not want. I am very impressed with the customer service that I received.

“Keurig K Mini (only warm water)”
Bought a Keurig K Mini on 10/24/2024. Took it back to Target the next day, after callng Keurig. It only heats the water to a WARM temperature NOT HOT. In order to extract the flavor of coffee the temperatue needs to be 180 F or higher. I took the Mini K back for refund after calling Keurig 3 times. Don't buy a Mini unless you like WARM coffee. “Buying coffee from Keurig”
I ordered my coffee on auto ship for convenience so I don't have to think about it. I get points for doing so. I was told when I signed up I could use my points at anytime. I went to use them after letting them build up for over a yr & was then told I have NONE! That's because u have to login and use them every 90days! Who looks at their coffee auto ship account that often? Isn't that the point it's convenient & you don't have to look at it. I called and asked to speak to someone & they spent 30 mins changing an address. They were clearly new or untrained. I asked for a supervisor & was told NO! I said I will hold. They still said NO!' They told me I could get a call back within 24 hrs & guess what I never got a call! It IS CHEAPER TO BUY FROM MANY OTHER PLACES & the only reason it was good from Keurig was the point. “Warranty fail!”
I bought a Keurig Duo Plus 18 months ago at Bed Bath & Beyond. I registered the product several days after purchase and got a confirmation email that it was registered. The coffee maker recently died and will not turn on. This seems a common issue from my research. Even though the company acknowledged I had registered the product they will not replace it without an original receipt even though I supplied a credit card statement showing the purchase. I was registering a number of new products after a move and didn't realize this and tossed the receipt after a year and the BBB bankruptcy believing the product was covered. Most companies request a copy of the receipt be uploaded as part of registration and they should as well. Keurig wouldn't budge on a replacement and honestly the product is crap. I never got a hot cup of coffee out of this machine. I will never buy another Keurig product. What garbage and awful customer service! Service Value Quality
“No Coffee From Keurig”
Read another review that was spot on to my experience. Brewer purchased 09/2023 lasted almost six months. Took care of brewer as the manual suggested. Received a replacement brewer, that immediately made loud noises, and produced coffee grounds in the cup. Then a second replacement lasted almost a whole month before making strange noises, smoke came billowing out by the K-cup holder, and then it would no longer power on. Keurig warranty means absolutely nothing. Unable to receive a brewer that actually brews a cup of coffee, as the product is intended. Customer Service/Corporate awful, phone breaks up, or disconnects call. Two out of three phone numbers provided in an email response do not work. A refund was supposedly initiated in May, to only hear "I'm sorry, you will have to return the brewer to where you originally purchased it." The original brewer contained a piece of paper that indicated to not return the brewer to a store, but to call for service/warranty. I was advised before first warranty replacement to dispose of the original brewer. I have the receipt, cannot return an item to the store that I no longer have. Service Value Returns Quality
“Smart Brewer not so smart! Customer service is a joke”
So I have a smart brewer that started recognizing fresh new pods as used pods. Called customer support representative has me do a brew cycle camera thru wifi confirms issue representative then has me lift lid with the already pierced pod and my smart brewer decides hey good pod and brews. She then escalates to tier 2 to check software and says we will call you in less than 48 hrs. Week later get email we can not reach you by phone so I call back get the run around that oh even though I have numerously updated my phone number thru them and on the app they are still calling my old land line I got rid of 10 years ago. Have me go thru hoops again ask to speak to supervisor which they refused and promised a supervisor would call back before end of day and that they personally updated phone number. We'll no phone call received. So I call back today get a supervisor finally they verify all the issue and low and behold still have old land line as contact. This has been going on for a week. Their answer is oh so sorry now we want you to take a video send it to us for us to review and verify that there is an issue even though their own damn machine sent them fricking pictures thru wifi and they will call me back lmao. Now I am fully insulted you can't even update a phone number bit I should jump thru hoops for you to fix my machine so I can over pay for coffee by buying your pods at a box of 100 k cups weighing 2.4lbs or 39.1 oz or 1110 grams for $46.99. Thanks to the awful care I did research and guess what I did deserve to be treated like a pos due to sheer stupidity. 1. I am way over paying for sub par coffee. 2. Keurig has been sold to an investment firm and merged with Dr pepper thus crappy out sourced customer care 3. Other brands like Cuisinart who actually care about customer service make single brewer that freshly grind my beans and overall between brewer and coffee I will now save money. The Keurig coffee maker does not make a good cup of coffee. The coffee comes out very weak and tasteless. Using a clear cup, the coffee is transparent with little or no dark coffee-like color. “K-Duo Life expectancy 2 Years”
I have bought this product twice, once in 2020 and then in 2022. We followed all the maintenance instructions on it. Both of them stop working all the sudden after two years. Just do not power on at all (connected all the time to a surge protector), tested on different outlets. Used once a day, in the mornings, with the carafe. “One is too high”
After trying to get the chat person to help, they referred me to call customer service. After waiting for 20 minutes, a recorded voice came on and asked me my name. I answered. No response. Same auto voice, I answered, no response. Happened 5 times. Then I was told because there was no response it was hanging up. I HATE THIS COMPANY BEYOND WORDS! “Two keurings in one year.”
My original Keuring lasted 12 years before it started making strange noises. I bought a new one which lasted about two months, so I upgraded to the Keurig Classic ($199.99). This one lasted about 9 months and suddenly started spitting water onto the counter when the maker was plugged in but power was OFF. From that time on the power button did not work. Totally useless. I have the most basic version available. Put water in the tank, put your pod in, press start No, it's a way more complicated than that. This is the 3rd one that Keurig replaced. I see many reviews that have the same issue. Keurig response is always the same. We're sorry contact customer service. The single Keurig K Cup has an ongoing issue. Unit cost $169.00 and is Junk.

I would highly discourage anyone from purchasing this product as after having 2 replacements ( total of 3) in less than 1year the last one only lasting 1 month it is not worth the cost. My Mr. Coffee is by far more reliable

I called to get a return code for a product I purchased that was incorrect. I have called 3 times and I continue to get that my claim needs to be escalated. Escalated for what? I need a return code for a refund! I've already purchased the correct product from you. This doesn't seem correct. I'm currently on the phone for 16 mins. Waiting for someone else to help me. “Poor customer service”
I was a customer of Keurig for a couple of years for their Chai Tea. I ordered thru their website every 4 weeks. The Chai tea is now a flavorless tea. I tried it on two different Keurig machines and it is definitely the tea. I had 3 boxes left from my shipment and when I called Keurig, they told me they don't take returns of their products but offered me a $50 coupon. I told her I wanted to cancel my auto delivery of future shipments of the tea and I was told they cancelled the auto delivery for me. They didn't end up cancelling the delivery and they never sent me a coupon. I did just end up with another 4 boxes of tea. I was told again that the auto delivery was cancelled but that they don't take product back and will not refund my money. What a crappy company. Customer satisfaction is obviously not important to Keurig. I'll find my tea and coffee elsewhere. “Faulty machine, helpless diagnosis, wrong replacement part sent, then no CS response... sigh”
Faulty machine, only 62 days old, called CS and had to essentially do my own troubleshooting as they were none too helpful beyond standard FAQ stuff on their website. Agreed to send replacement gasket as attempt to fix ('we won't charge you for the gasket this time, normally $19.95"... the defect isn't my fault/doing) but then sent me only a "Gasket Replacement Tool", a useless piece of lawyer-made plastic to keep one from poking themselves on the needle, and no gasket. After three follow-up emails and contacts, they still are not responding to my request for replacement. My suggestion is don't bother contacting them, just donate your machine to Goodwill if it still semi-works, and write it off as a lesson learned.

My $169.00 Keurig Supreme Plus stopped working two days after the 1 yr warranty. I had a cheaper & older one for 7 yrs with no problem & still working. Contacted Keurig about replacement. They will only give me 20% off $189 model. I cleaned the machine every 3 weeks, but the clean light would never go out. Must have been defective from the beginning, but Keurig will not help. So sorry I bought this Keurig or any Keurig model. Tip for consumers:Be careful when purchasing the top model of Keurig. The "clean" message would not go away after cleaning several times. Then the K-Supreme Plus stopped working a year after purchase. The Keurig company will not repair or assistance except a lousy 20% on a new one that could also fail. My older Keurig, donated, continues to work after 7 yrs. Try another coffee maker other than Keurig. Products used:My Keurig K-Supreme Plus coffee maker cost $169, and quit working 2 days after the one year warranty of ownership. I contacted Keurig by phone, and the international rep would only give me a 20% discount on another. That is no help. I can obtain that discount online without his 20%. I explained how it lost power. I tried everything to make it work, but would not turn on. The international Keurig rep was not helpful, but making me angry. I purchased the Keurig Duo Plus a few days ago for $ 149.99 and saw it for $114.99 on Keurig web site. I called to get the difference in price but the company would only give me the difference if I boxed up the old one and sent it back and purchase a new one for that price. They want to make it inconvenient as possible so you won't do it. They could just credit your card but won't. Stay away from this company they keep playing with the prices. I have been trying to return an order for 7 days straight now. Have called/emailed/chatted everyday and still haven't gotten any help. Everyone I have spoke with tells me that I need a specialist and they will get back with me. Yet I haven't gotten anything back. However I get a survey immediately after every contact. “Return Process is a Nightmare”
Whatever you do, do not order directly from Keurig.com. If something is wrong, the return process is an absolute nightmare. Had to call multiple times even though I was promised return calls. Have to pay for return shipping on your own, which with the size of a brewer box is crazy expensive, about a third of the price of the brewer in my case. It would be nice if they could just offer a label for a return fee since I'm sure they get shipping discounts with everything they send. Even after sending brewer back, was promised in return instruction email that I would receive funds back in 7-10 business days. Have waited that long and still have not seen anything in my account. Contacted them again this morning only for them to have to send it to someone else who is will supposedly call me back in 24 hours. Not holding my breath... My wife and I buy our Keurig coffee maker a little over year ago, we spent around $200 dollars on the K-Supreme Plus model. For no apparent reason it just stopped, I called it in to the Keurig warranty department on 04/03/2022 they told me they would send out a new one with in 7 business days i still have not received my new brewer as of yet, when i called to check the status they then said i need to show proof of purchase by sending in a picture of the model / serial number a long with a photo of the brewer itself. After doing exactly what they asked me to do 10 days later they are still giving me the run around, i have now sent in a total of 12 photos as my proof and still have not received my new coffee brewer. # still getting the run around,(I should have kept my Mr. Coffee maker it should be called Mr. Reliable) Service Value Quality
