Fast easy streamlined w/No hiccups!Try to tried to book with Expedia and booking.com could not get it to go through easily and they booked the wrong airport but I’m glad I caught it last minute before I put my card# in! Gee whiz that was a near disaster!Within minutes I had all my confirmation numbers and then it was only another few minutes I have my E tickets zoom zoom easy breezy! Thanks a lot guys

Over the past 10 years I have used JustFly for my travel arrangements in the US and international with excellent results. Never a mix up or problem. I can't say enough favorable things about this travel company. They far surpass others.

The booking process is straightforward. The booking was confirmed and the tickets were issued immediately with e-tickets and record locator provided. The booking tool made optional trip insurance available for purchase but it doesn’t playing trick trying to get you to add them, like some other agents. This was our second time using JustFly services and we would use them again.

Maybe a little less forced advertisements. But extremely helpful thank you, happy to be a customer.

I have been using JustFly for years and love it! All the flights and options within the flights are very easy to understand. I like that they break down the pricing so there are no surprises at checkout. I have recommended JustFly to all my friends and family!

The site was easy to navigate and book flights. The total prices are upfront, so it is easier to compare prices with other sites. I like that the return flights are listed together with the initial flight so it is easier to find flight packages. The booking experience was seamless!

Advertise a decent price on kayak. Let's y9u go as far as selecting seats and inputting your credit card details to then tell you it's not available!!! You then get presented with alternatives 2.5 times the price. No thanks!!

Beware that they will charge you to ‘request’ a seat. This isn’t actually pre booking and guaranteeing that seat. They are simply telling the airline you would like to ‘request’ that seat. You, yes YOU then have to call the airline to confirm the seat and then if required, pay the additional fee. BE CAREFUL.

Zero stars. Fraudulent business. They charged us for expensive tickets and booked us on a different return date. Initially claimed changes were free. Guess what. They asked for $900 extra to fix their own error. Business needs to shut down. Stay away from these monsters. To hell!

I booked a flight for my son from Karachi to Houston, he is supposed to travel on 09/23 but I mistakenly selected 10/23.I did cancelled the flight in time and bought another ticket right away for the correct date but I still have to pay the $75 penalty. “Just don't use JustFly period”

Just don't use JustFly period. They take big advantage of delayed or cancellation to steal your money. You save some money compared to booking directly with the airlines but JustFly is very hungry for free money! So when you need to change something or cancel it because of a valid reason, they will provide you with a very vague reason why you couldn't cancel and get a refund. And you'll end up really frustrated! I purchased 2 tickets from them for $2566 and I ended paying $4743 to get to the final destination, they screw people so bad Date of experience: August 30,2024

“Justfly is a scam. PLEASE BE AWARE”

I booked two tickets with Justfly I paid Insurance for both tickets. Price was almost $4,000. We got COVID. I called to reschedule my flight or get a reimbursement. I sent them proof that we were not well. They told me that they will not refund the tickets, but I can use those tickets within a year. When I called Justfly to use the tickets again before the end of the year, they asked me to pay $1,000 as a penalty on each ticket making it almost $6,000. They told me to contact the insurance and also the airline. I have spent more time over the phone trying to talk to someone who can help me but all in vain. They have been giving me a run around, I will continue calling and will keep fighting to get my money back or at least get the tickets. PLEASE, PLEASE Do not get tickets from Justfly. They don't care about us customers. Once they get your money, they will not want to hear from you again. I have attached proof. I still have a case pending. Very, very upset customer.

Justfly is not upfront about cancelations and rep lied told me I would be issued flight credit since they don't issue refunds. I tried to use my credit and they denied it stating there was a time limit on using the credit which was not listed in the booking email and not disclosed to me so they just kept my 600$. I canceled my flight before 24 hrs and justfly change me $150. Also you can't talk to a live customer service agent unless you are booking a new flight. Any time I called the will send to a virtual text message. Please don't let them scam you like they did to me because they have the privilege to have my card information. They charged me $64 extra for booking 2 seats. There is no phone number to talk to a human being. When I finally emailed and got a human being online, they said that I knew about the charge which is NOT TRUE! I did not know there was an up charge for that. DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL "business." “Consider Another Source for Airline Tickets!”

Justfly.com lures consumers in with low rates only to notify you in a month or so that your flight is cancelled. Then, you will have no, and I mean no, choice on your replacement flight. We had to accept a 6 am red eye flight when we have a 2 hour drive to Chicago O'Hare. I explained this to customer service and they offered absolutely no assistance in meeting any of our requests. We also paid $100 more per ticket to book the later 12:35 pm flight. Do you think we got a credit for being forced to take the red eye flight? Nope…not an option. My initial problem arose when the airline made changes to my existing booking. I received an email from Justfly stating that I had alternative options to change my flight, which seemed straightforward. However, when I requested to use these alternatives, I was told that I needed to pay extra fees, despite the fact that the changes were not my fault. The agent's response was that this was just a "generic email," and that I would need to pay if I wanted to make any changes. “Poor customer service and not transparent”

When I checked out to purchase my ticket they only gave me the price of the ticket. They did not include the charge for using their service. So this leads people to believe they are ONLY paying for their ticket. It's not unreasonable to be charged for using them to purchase a ticket. However, it's deceitful of them to not put it in your total when checking out. Also they have terrible customer service. You can't call unless your flight is in the next few days so you have to use their robot chat service and you're lucky if you can get a human. The robot said it would switch me to a live agent and I waited for 2 hours and gave up. Service

Me and my wife bought round-trip tickets from Austin to Shanghai. There was a new government rule that disallowed my wife to take connecting flights in Taiwan. The airline company Eva Airlines said the travel agency should have notified us about the restriction, and this is also what I found online. However, Justfly said it had no responsibility to do so. After using this platform for several years, the first time I have a problem I can't get in touch with anyone. The agent at the counter in Tbilisi Georgia didn't know anything about Type D visas and caused us to miss our flight. From there we lost 4 more flights because we had to re route to different countries. After waiting on a chat for over 8 hours I was not able to get anything. The answer was, we can't do anything. I am taking the lost because I am to blame for not getting insurance However, justfly lost a loyal customer. I just purchased a ticket and promptly received a receipt directly from the airlines for $35.oo cheapers than JustFly.com charged me. When I asked, they said that was their processing fee. Learned my lesson today. Doubled check the airlines webpage and it was showing the same price the receipt said. Don't use them. They aren't cheaper. Buy direct from the airlines. Service Value

Beware of the hidden fees and lack of customer service! I would NEVER use this service again. They charged a seat request fee that is not shown on their website. The fee just to request seats was almost $90.00 for a service I could do for free. Only until I got the charge on my credit card did this fee show. I then tried to contact customer service to be on hold for hours, (no kidding), and finally when I could talk to a person they said a supervisor would return my call. I never got a call from anyone! JustFly.com is a fake company with no humans in customer service. They take your money and give no service. Affirm.com is another company JustFly works with offering financing. Affirm will not refund any money. They are ripoff scams.

Saw several negative reviews, but we had the opposite encounter. Was great flight and people at justfly were easy to chat with. They were quick to answer questions, and they were very helpful. I would definitely use them again.

Everything works well, and quickly. My only complaint was that, when being transferred to an airline's site, not once did I get the price listed on just fly. I'm sure this is the airline's fault, however. If you need a last-minute flight, what can you do?

“Wait Times are Too Long”

I had a couple of issues: 1. The Justfly booking process doesn't allow for Frequent Flier or Mileage Program account numbers. So I called the *******015 number to ask about it. I was transferred to Customer Service where I waited 20 plus minutes! That's too long. Justfly's site should be updated to include the above so there's no need to call. 2. The DAY AFTER I booked my flight, Alaska advertised $59 each way for Portland trip in August. If only I waited a day. Now I'm waiting yet again on Justfly's 800 number. I'll probably have a 30 minute wait. It's strange how the recording says, there are 10 calls ahead of you. Then, a few minutes later, there are MORE than 10 callers ahead of you. What happened to basic queueing? I'm afraid I won't use JustFly ever again.

“Misleading”

The tickets I purchased said "Economy" you'd think hey we're regular airline tickets but apparently in addition to "Regular Economy" United has a new ticket called "Basic Economy" where you are not allowed any carry on luggage. JustFly did not list the ticket as "Basic" so I had no idea this policy existed. Even my confirmation email says only "Economy". So now I have several fees tacked on and am forced to check a small bag for a weekend trip. Very disappointed. Watch out for this scam!
