Is joinit.com Legit?

Support is GREAT! Stripe being the only processing is the biggest and only drawback I've found, sadly it's a huge issue for our organization and not certain we will stay.

PJ is the BEST!!!!!!! I just started using Join It and I must say the software and membership database is far ahead of most membership databases I've used in the past. It's extremely user-friendly and has all the bells and whistles that you could use. However my praise goes to the Support. In just the last two weeks of using the software I've reached out to Support three times. Each time was better than the last and I have to say that I would pay four times the amount I am paying now because of the customer support. I highly recommend using Join It, if not for the membership database but definitely for the support team. Big kudos to this company for having a complete package.

Nothing wrong, was just a bit too pricey and we found an integrated platform that could do everything we needed along with managing a membership platform.

We had an issue with the banner image size and the join it was extremely polite and professional in handling the matter. They did not just give suggestion but found a solution for the issue. Kudos to the team

The monthly summary report came but was damaged and couldn’t be opened. Support staff emailed me an undamaged copy as soon as I informed them. Less than a 24 hour turnaround. Much appreciated.

It only took me a couple of hours to get to understand how the system works and within 20 hours I was live. The help provided was so prompt and useful to me that I cannot thank Join It enough, and would recommend it to anyone wishing to avail such facilities.

Tech support is wonderful. And they added my currency to it too. I just wish there were other event options because eventbrite doesn't work for me.

As a non-profit without a big tech team, it can be difficult to find tools that are both well built and also easy to set up. Join It has a great combination of powerful features, affordable price, and ease of configuration and use. I'd highly recommend it to anyone running a membership program!

It is an amazing crm platform for membership! I just wished the fees were less for processing payments. I'm only using it as a crm tool ATM. Because as a startup I have to keep the cost down. But my hopes are to use it one-day to automatically capture the payment and register the memberships. If only, the processing fees were more affordable.

We migrated from a package with features that our users were not using to a simpler one. JoinIt does what we want: allows renewal notices, provides various types of memberships, coordinates with other services for payment, email and events, has member access to a directory. All at a reasonable price. I am very happy with it so far. They imported our 400+ database in about an hour using a template they provide. Support has been great.

As a tiny but growing nonprofit, a low-cost solution is important for us. JoinIt has that plus a decently attractive interface and helpful tech support. It's also clear that as we grow there are additional features we might need and opt into. That scalability is nice and it's in fairly plain language. Overly complex solutions aren't always the best or most welcoming for smaller membership organizations.

The Join-It team is super supportive and walks you through the entire onboarding process. Questions are responded to very quickly and the chat feature has been a life saver.

And after reviewing the software in a demo mode, I found the best product for our club.

Very easy platform to use and get used to using. The support staff is real and they respond in a timely manner. This is a real company, with a real product that works as advertised. We only have been live for about half a day and we're already seeing revenue come in with renewals. Thanks Join It for making the transition from our spreadsheet system to painless!!!

We have been using JoinIt for 3+ years now. I find the system simple, yet very powerful. We are price sensitive (small non-profit) and I think it is excellent value for money.The customer service is also first class. They reply to my emails in an extremely timely manner and they helped solve a problem with waivers that took them a lot of time and effort. I really appreciated that they took the time to understand the problem I was trying to solve. Not only did they understand it, but they solved it (and went out of there way to do so). I have recommend this software to another non-profit and they are also glad they switched.

Joinit has a modern backend for non-profits to manage their membership. Lots of connectivity to other systems you might use, and great customer support right on your dashboard. They are constantly improving and updating.I've been using them for a couple of groups and appreciate their system and their customer service so much.
