Is jimmyjoy.com Legit?

I’ve been a loyal Jimmy Joy customer, but their lack of transparency on ingredient sourcing has been frustrating. After over two months of asking about the origin of their spices, I received only vague excuses. A company that can’t readily provide basic sourcing information raises serious health concerns for customers. This experience has unfortunately damaged my trust in the brand.

After seeing an ad for Jimmy Joy, as someone looking to become healthier and take better care of myself, it almost seemed to good to be true! Vegan, sustainable, and with so many of the daily nutrients needed. Ordering and managing the subscription is easy, and I like that I can switch flavors or skip a delivery if I've ordered too much. I subscribe to 4 of my favorite flavors of Shake/Powder each month, and Jimmy Joy has become my everyday breakfast, sometimes snack, and healthy vegan alternative in my diet. The fact that the order happens automatically makes sure that I never run out, and don't have to remember to re-order in a busy day to day routine, is perfect for me.This is a product I didn't know I needed until I had it in my hands!! 10/10, would recommend.

after not ordering anything for 5 months , out of the blue an order worth 70€ arrives at my door, which i have to pay to send back and pay for a new credit card (obviously have to cancel), they do not reply to emails , however will reply to this. The only reason a food supplement company will want your credit card details is to commit fraud , do not make the same mistake as me .

I bought 3 shakes at the end of September, vanilla, banana and lemon pie, my first order. Taste was acceptable. I don't consider the shakes to replace a meal. They are not filling as a meal would, however, they are adequate if a meal is delayed as a filler.The website is confusing. Today I thought I would make another order. I wanted to take advantage of any discount by subscription or otherwise. It was difficult to ensure that I could withdraw at any time. On the page before checkout it has this notice: New customer? You may be eligible for a free shaker, scoop, pot, and starter guide.If eligible, you can add them at checkout on the next page.But there is no box to be ticked. I was about to spend over €80, but did not proceed. I find companies who act with integrity don't have issues like this on their websites.I did not receive the scoop or shaker as a first time customer, I assumed it waas automatic.

Amazing meal replacement and amazing company!I made an order of 2 protein powers, the pre-made meal replacement juice, the bars, and 4 meal replacement powders. The meal replacement is amazing, I take it as breakfast at 8 am to go to uni and I don't get hungry until 12-1. Also, the flavors are amazing! I ordered chocolate, caramel, pistachio and coconut. I did not like pistachio but the others were delicious and low sugar, I love it, so you should give a try to other flavours in case you dont like the one you got. The proteins are amazing, the bars and the pre-made shake, I loveeee ittt!!!!!! This literally solves your hunger and makes you feel with energy and its healthy, super cool for weight loss. Additional, I love the design of the packs, so funny and pretty to have in the kitchen, love the whole branding. I suscribed to get this products alwaysss, the only thing I am missing to try is the prepared foods but maybe next time I get it, my kitchen is full of jimmy joy and I love it.

As a former Huel girl, there's no going back for me now! I don't like all the shakes or bars, but the ones I do, oh boy 🤩 They also have really nice recipes, I've made their banana bread but added some coconut flakes and substituted half of the banana shake powder with the coconut variant.On top of that, great customer service - shout out to Daniel 🙌

No idea how anyone is buying from this sham of a company... I placed an order which they took full payment of but then have never dispatched, nor responded to any of my messages asking where it is, or for a refund. I can't cancel the order online either, so I am having to claim back the money via my card issuer. Very weird, and a definite red flag!!!

Jimmy Joy is a real time saver. Super easy to prepare, but still gives a solid, nutritious meal that actually fills you up. I love that I don’t have to compromise on quality or taste, and it keeps me going for hours.

Quite good and convenient product. The support can be a bit dismissive at times, but that might simply be that they are overburdened and don't have time to... actually resolve issues. Before this incident all of my experience with Jimmy Joy had been positive, and I had been a loyal customer for nearly a decade.

I see some reviews being unsatisfied with the taste and delivery methods. The taste is a matter of opinion. For me the taste is fine. It could improve, but it's def edible. Regarding the delivery, I have always gotten my products in a timely manner. Customer service is good and the webpage is nice. All in all, JimmyJoy provides a great service to vegans or people on the go who needs a quick meal with sufficient calories and macronutrients.

Top tier meal replacement! One of the few meal replacement products that also taste good apart from being healthy. It saves tons of time and money, but that’s not the only value there. If you have a busy lifestyle and also want to remain healthy, if you are experimenting with vegan diet but feel unsure that humour get all nutrients, then, give it a try. A meal per day, will boost your confidence that you are not missing the essentials on your unique lifestyle. I have tried many of the competitors, I may say that this is my favourite. Also of course there are flavours that I like less or not at all, that’s purely subjective. If you find your flavour, jimmy joy is the best. I remember that I was on a diet to hit a weight goal before my wedding and had to travel for a project with work on a mountain with some rescuers. The lunch that was offered, was too carby for my taste (and my goals). I had a pouch with me in my luggage, just in case, that saved me! Give it a try ;)

I have been using Jimmy Joy plenny shakes and bars for months now. Some of the flavours aren't to my liking but some are absolutely amazing! Highly recommend lemon pie, apple cinnamon, and the vanilla bars (not the shake, for some reason the flavour of that is weird).However, the reason for my review is the absolutely wonderful customer service I have received today.I had a subscription box delivered early, and I had added a 1 time shaker bottle to that. (The boxes arrive super quick fwi) Unfortunately, I open my box and the bottle isn't there!I went to the chat bot on the website, and within 30 minutes had a very nice, genuine apology from Daniel. He offered me a wonderful solution to the problem, and immediately issued me a refund for the bottle. It was probably the easiest and quickest to a problem like that that I've ever had.Great job!

I recently ordered Jimmy Joy shakes in vanilla and wild berry flavors, hoping for a convenient and tasty nutritional supplement. While the shakes were easy to digest, their texture and taste were far from enjoyable. They were grainy and dry, making them difficult to consume. The flavors, particularly vanilla, were also unappealing.The delivery time was unexpectedly long, taking over a week to arrive.

I love Jimmy Joy products, they mix surprisingly well, tastes good and not so sweet than other brands. Apart of this they produce their own shakes in-house what is amazing to assure that no traces of strange things(milk, eggs) will be found in the product.

Great affordable meal replacement product. Comes in very handy when you don't have time/energy to make a proper meal while not sacrificing your health.Taste is always subjective, but I can see why some might not like the taste, as they don't pump the shake full of sugars or sweeteners. Personally I like the more "natural" taste palette Jimmy Joy has, feels like an actual meal instead of a milkshake. As it should.

It's a really solid product (I love the pots specially), and the price is fair. The marketing can be a bit cringe sometimes, but well, I prefer them having a personality over being just a plain boring company xDShipping and packaging always perfect, and never had a mistake on an order.

I've been buying Plenny Bars for the past year. They've gradually been improving in both taste and texture and I now eat them pretty much exclusively for breakfast and lunch during the week. They're big enough to be filling without being over-facing and the regular addition of new flavours ensures that you won't get bored quickly. Only downside is the relatively high price.

Had a lot of bloating but that's changed since I started Jimmy Joy, on my second box and would definitely recommend

Well what can I say firstly order arrived quickly but the cajun pasta bag had 3 holes in it so I was reluctant to try it , but I did amd wish I hadn't it is not to my liking at all , then I tried the peach shake which was drinkable but did not taste nice at all and food should be a JOY and these products are certainly not a joy to eat or drink ! I have contacted the customer services for a refund and they have told me I have to return the products and a refund will take upto 10 weeks ! Omg ! 10 weeks that is ridiculous. I'm totally unhappy with jimmy joy it's not filled me with joy at all . I did expect better customer services . I will be returning all the products as they are truly awful .... there is much better products for you to try trust me!

“Good concept, nice flavours”

I tested, for the first order I did, 5 flavours: chocolate, banana, strawberry, mango and vanilla. The taste is overall ok, with the chocolate one I added a bit of cacaopowder, and the viscosity when using the recommended portions and the shaker is nice enough. It helps me to fill my stomach with all the necessary nutritions. I only eat\drink the shakes when I am home alone. For my kids I coock fresh!

“Cheaper and much the same as the more expensive”

I tried Huel which was expensive etc, never tried Solent but that too is not good if on a budget. Tried many others too. I am a vegan, so these shakes are perfect for me, no whey powder. Sugar is a tad high, so not good as l am a diabetic. Ease of making the shake is good, which is perfect because sometimes l am bedridden due to illness which is why l buy shakes mainly as some days l cannot prepare meals, also my taste buds are iffy and l cannot taste anything unless high in sugar or salt, so l am fed up of eating anyway. Knocking back a shake quick does me fine when not in the mood or state to prepare a meal. Flavors are a tad limited and could be stronger... but okay. I like Mango the best. They are best drank fresh as they go very slimy fast! Very filling (hence the slime as l think that is the thickener used) Priced better than most. To be honest the quality of most of the food supplement shakes do not vary much in flavor and ingredients, nor does the consistency etc Jimmyjoy beats them by price mainly. The names a bit odd but l understand it used to be Jimmy Juice which was worse lol Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
