Not just the quality of the product seems to be top notch, but the customer service is as well. Shipping is SUPER fast & all the flatware is wrapped in a cute individualized custom-like potato sack style bag to protect each piece of flatware. Very impressive! They also let me change the color of selection of the flatware after placing order (but before shipping of course) - no issue at all. :)

What a wonderful company, products (GORGEOUS!), and customer service. I was looking for contemporary gold flatware to go with my good china. All I saw online was tacky shiny gold flatware that was not my taste, and I am picky! Stumbled on jazzupco and their beautiful options. I chose Ava and bought 16 place settings. The flatware was gorgeous, high quality and completely elevated the look of my table. I reached out to Lawrence who couldn’t have been more helpful and delightful to work with. I don’t write a lot of reviews but this one was warranted!

I received a flatware set for my bridal shower but it was not the color I preferred. I reached out to JazzUpCo customer service and they were very quick to respond and assist me with my exchange. I don’t have anything negative to say about the flatware I received! I ordered the rose gold minimalist French flatware, the price couldn’t be beat for the quality! I’ve been using the flatware for a little over a month now and the color is as beautiful as it was on day one. You can feel safe scooping ice cream with this flatware as it won’t bend as many others do! The packaging was very environmentally conscious and could be used for storage if this isn’t going to be your every day flatware. If you’re looking to buy flatware don’t even think twice jazzupco has a supreme product for much cheaper and better quality than any of their competitors!!!

This flatware is so beautiful. I have been on the hunt for a black and gold set for so long and couldn't find anything that we liked. The Vatican black/gold set from JazzUpCo is stunning. Really - it's so beautiful and looks so expensive - far more expensive than the actual price. Of course it is beautiful to look at, but it is beautiful to hold as well because the weight is amazing. The shipping was super fast, and the packaging was beyond compare; each piece was individually secured inside a protective, keepsake pouch. And, did I mention that customer service was also fantastic? I made a mistake on my order and they happily corrected it for me. Do yourself a favor, buy this flatware; you will not be sorry.

Purchased the Minimalist gold flatware and could not be happier. Absolutely beautiful design, there is a nice weight to it that makes it feel luxurious, and it hasn't scratched at all. I use them daily and my friends are constantly asking where I got them from. 10/10 would recommend!

We got the black Ava Flatware and we love them! It feels lux and definitely of good quality. I especially like the shape of the spoon - it’s not too big, but deep enough and shaped well for eating, you have to try it for yourself to know what I mean! Have also placed it inside my dishwasher for a few times and happy to say that there are no discoloration on the flatware.

As an event planner, I am quite particular with all the details not just in the ballroom, but in my home as well. To be honest, I was a bit skeptical when placing an order off of a social media ad, but to my surprise, this flatware set exceeded my expectations. They are beautiful and a nice weight, and they come packaged so nicely. I will most definitely be ordering more products from JazzUpCo!

Bought white and gold flatware set, spoon, fork, knives. Separately, purchased gold and white chopsticks. I have used for about 1.5 years. All the gold brushed paint has completely turned silver and the white paint has all flaked. Claims to be dishwasher safe. Very unsafe to ingest the chemicals that come off of the eating utensils. Additionally, the white flaking paints gets everywhere on all other silverware and can be ingested. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Was looking for high quality gold plated stainless steel flatware that stood out from the rest and came across the Vatican Flatware. The quality, design and value of this set can’t be beat IMO. Even my husband was impressed by the quality and he is very hard to impress! If you are on the fence about buying it, don’t be because I promise, you won’t regret it! Will recommend to all my friends and family!

The flatware is beautiful and has held up to dishwashing and use. I am impressed with the weight and sheen on the gold and look forward to completing my set with the additional pieces. What a great move to buy these!

I took a leap of faith and ordered a set of the JazzUpCo Minimalist flatware after having seen an ad for it on Facebook. The pieces are just as described, if not more! Best of all is the fast shipping and great customer service I received when a serving set I also ordered did not come with the right pieces. The order was quickly corrected and made right by the company. I will definitely be sharing this company with my family and friends, and I'll be back to order more place settings!

What great quality & workmanship on this product..
