Is jashanmal.com Legit?

Don't even think to buy any product from them.I bought a water dispenser online, the one received is completely not matching the ordered one , once i called several times to return it back the agreed but not to refund my money they just issued a gift voucher and you have to use it for online purchase only !!!!!!!! , they forced you to buy from them again by the gift voucher.

Worst product delivery and after sales service, don’t buy any product which you can’t carry with you, they will take years to deliver it, if you call store they will tell we have delevery problem (after you bought the product). You can’t call anyone except the store as they don’t know who will deliver the product the product. Zero on customer service - typical trader mindset - just sell product and then forget.. don’t trust on their after sales service at all

Recently I bought a toaster from the branch in Mirdif city center Dubai which got faulty. I am very disappointed of the after sale service and the behavior of the store manager. He was very rude and unprofessional and unhelpful. I sent four complaints to the head office and so far got zero reply.Abuaouse

Used to be a wonderful shop in Kuwait since my childhood ..whenever we needed luggage or gifts that was the 1st choice to get it from. Unfortunately now its awful the online ordering system has incorrect phone contacts ...no replies to emails asking why my order is delayed. Simple order inside kuwait takes minimum 3 days. Forget it and forget shopping at Jashanmall.It's just too hard to get any response from anyone in the customer service and when anyone finally replies they tell you to contact another number which after they provide it ...its switched off at 11am on a Momday. From now on I will buy luggage and gifts elsewhere.

Had a great shopping experience at Jashanmal, Dubai Hills Mall. The atmosphere , the variety and specially the people were simply WOW…Had purchased school bag and other accessories and was impressed by the colors and range.Mostly on top of all which impressed was the skills, attitude and customer care by Faith Lum . She is really a true professional focused on the core of any business i.e customer care…

We bought 2 briefcases from Jashanmal and left the items in the shop. After shopping around, we realized that even though the products were on discount, they were still expensive compared to similar items at other stores like Carrefour, where we found the same product at half the price. Despite Dubai law recommending returns within 7 days, they refused to issue a refund. It felt like our money was being held hostage. They used the tactic of offering huge discounts to lure customers, only to find out later that the products were still expensive when compared to competitors.

I need luggage items and i went to Dubai Hills Mall, I have had a great Shopping assistance, professional, friendly and extremely helpful from M. Faith. She explained all that I need and I ended up buying an extra piece. Thank you M. Faith for your attention and attitude. Congratulations. Patrícia Méndez

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service of Jashanmal . I purchased an item July 5 through online and initiated a return after 6 days becauseof of the delay in delivery .Despite multiple emails and calls to their support team, I have not yet receive any response. I was provided with a ticket number for my complaint, same as when i return the item but it has been 2 days without any confirmation or follow-up from the company.As a customer, I feel completely ignored and frustrated. It's disheartening that such a big company has such an unresponsive call center and support team. I don't know where else to raise my complaint to get at least a reply. This experience has been very disappointing, and I hope the company takes immediate action to improve their customer service.

Extremely incompetent management and customer service. We ordered a suitcase online which was meant to be delivered within 2 days. No delivery or updates after more than a week so we tried reaching their customer service phone line. They informed us that the cause of delay was because their stock ran out and had to wait for the new ones. We waited a few more days for an update. Finally they informed us that the delivery was on its way to us and made us wait another 3 days. Nothing came and we had to call them again for an update to find out that they had to give us a refund because its still out of stock. Now, they refuse to send an email about the refund request or that its being processed. A total shitshow.

Would give 0 stars if that was an option. Only place in Dubai that takes 4 days to deliver something (dont work on saturday or sunday..this is the year 2023 😂😂). Whatsapp service NEVER has live agents. Call customer services and the line just goes dead. Call service centre and they can’t connect you with customer services. So basically no way of speaking to anyone. The worst retail service in UAE.

Worst online portal, ordered kipling bag was delivered after follow ups. Bag very small so asked for return/refund. After several follow ups courier collected now several follow ups are made for refund. They are not responding. Its an online scam with no updates on the order.

I don't want to give even rate about this shop even 1. This is 0.. this is how you guys do customer service. It's been one month I didn't receive my item and also the money was cut by tubby application. I want contact them there was saying current unvalibel. One month like that. Just found out about their online website recently. I ordered a pair of shoes and was amazed by their prices compared to others. I received my order in under 24 hours and their delivery courier called to ask if I'm available for delivery.The items arrived in a prefect condition, not a single scratch on the shipping box nor the item's box. Will definitely consider ordering from them again!

It has been over a month now , no refunds, bad communication and lack of customer service. I love how they were so helpful and friendly when I was making purchases, but now suddenly they are busy to reply to messages/ calls. So frustrating, I just want my money back 😭

Very Bad customer service when you order online. Bought an AC They delivered order with missing parts and missing remote.Till now AC is not checked or fixed. After sales service center has no customer service skills. Would not recommend online shopping option

Very bad experience in the shop at Alwahda Mall AUH and Dubai Mall. The price of the same item is higher than in other shops even with discounts! Having no refund made it even worse.I do not encourage buying from them before checking other shops.

Very disappointed at the quality of a recent delsey suitcase I bought from Jashanmal. After using it for the first time the wheel fell off. I took it to jashanmal service center and asked for refund. They took it and a few days later called me to say item is repaired. Having to repair after the first use does not give confidence in the reliability of the luggage and the last thing you need when traveling is damaged suitcases. Very poor service from From delsey and jashanmal. Not what I expected from a supposed superior quality retailer.

Their online platform is not up to the mark. Purchased a shoe, order# generated, its been 5 days, no status update, no response from any of the customer service option, email, call, Whatsapp. Cash collected as well.
