Is iwriter.com Legit?

I ordered an article on this platform, and the result was disappointing. The piece was largely written with AI, which isn't what I paid for.

I've been writing for a long time, and my articles have always been well-received.I am writing this to you because it would be greatly appreciated as it is one of my only means of working and earning money. iWriter is a scam, they closed my account without any valid reason, and to make matters they never paid me my dues. Initially, it was a very good platform for writers but nowadays, it has turned out to be a scam. These people just wait for writers to make money and wait till payday to close the account and disappear with the writer's earnings. I would urge clients to avoid them like plague and use other platforms that treats writers fairly.

I have been with iwriter since the opened shop. Everything went ok until a certain point. They suspended my account because according to them I worked with a scammer outside of iwriter. This judgement was based on a message in which I mocked the scammer who was trying to use a phishing website to steal my google account credentials. Their support does not provide any kind of support even when you provide them with irrefutable proof. I would not recommend iwriter to anyone because even when you are in good standing and do nothing wrong, they will still suspend your account.

I have personally been rejected 3 times so far and given canned answers. Also, one of the reasons was that my IP address is a VPN with "high fraud score". Really? I said. This is actually my home IP address provided by the internet provider here in Sweden.Highly not recommended company to work with!

This site should be should down. I've tried a couple of times and the quality of the articles are crap. They spin content nothing is original from what I can see. Poor grammar spelling mistake and the writing styles of a grade 6.... avoid at all costs and use a platform that supports the customer first like Fiverr or upwork where at least you can get a refund.

They constantly modify their terms of service, but they have never notified the customers. The terms of service I saw a few years ago stated that customers could request a refund at any time, but they did not issue a refund. Instead, they modified their own terms of service and refused to provide a refund to me.Now, they have once again modified their terms of service, clearing customers' account balances. Moreover, this action of clearing customer account balances was not notified to the customers. The money in customers' accounts can be cleared at any time. Isn't this behavior considered fraudulent?Clearing account balances without notifying customers is an illegal act.Imposing unilaterally modified terms of service on customers without notifying them is also an illegal act.This website is a fraudulent website. Everything they say is to deceive people.If you haven't modified the terms of service regarding account balances, then why is my balance able to be stored for five years?Please explain the reason for this.

I joined iwriter early 2015. In the few months that I've been writing articles, I only made like $13. Considering you get paid cents to a mere two dollars (if you're lucky!) you won't earn much. It's been two years and I still CANNOT cash out because you need to provide them with your SSN! HELL NO! Why on earth do I need to give my ssn for just $13??? I worked hard on those articles and most of the time, you are met with illiterate clients that cannot express their demands properly, then get angry when they don't get what they want. It's a scam of a website that makes you think you're earning when really, you're helping a company earn that has no interest in helping you. STAY AWAY

I writer support are scammers. I worked for them, and they promised to send me my payments, but they haven't yet sent me the payments. I have contacted their support, but they are ignoring my emails. Please send me my money, and I will stop bothering you.

So far i-writer is on the track. still, need to develop more things such as user experience of finding writers in specific areas. such as if I need an experienced writer in muscle building I don't know how to find one who is experienced on that subject. Also, the fee is increasing day by day... But still, it is one of my go-to platforms to get unique articles.

1. There is a big chance you get a text with lots of spelling errors paying for the highest quality available in the platform. I've paid 24usd for 300 words text and the quality was terrible for this price, with actual spelling errors.2. The delivery system they have is also awful. They deliver the text in the image (!sic) format. You can't scan the delivery with any spelling correction program, and you can't send it to anyone without looking stupid and unprofessional (if you decide to send it in an image format). Of course, you can accept the delivery and get in in a normal text format, but once accepted, your money is gone forever. So don't be lazy boy, carefully review the image with your own eyes for misspelling and everything, that's what you are paying for, after all (I imagine if you order like 3000 words text and you have to read it all also manually for spelling errors, I guess everyone has tons of free time these days.). And if you want to send the delivery to anyone prior to accepting it, well, too bad, because you can't. I don't recommend this service.---Update: they have refunded me after posting this review

Working at iWriter has taught me so much in the past 2 years! They have been incredibly helpful in my journey working customer support and have helped so many clients get their projects completed. From Ebooks to manuscripts, I can confidently say, I have seen just about everything get written on iWriter while working here!

I am extremely disappointed with iwriter company and would not recommend them to anyone. As a writer, I worked diligently for them, producing quality content and meeting all their requirements. However, after requesting payment for my work, I was repeatedly ignored and ultimately denied payment.Even more frustrating is that they were unresponsive and unhelpful when I sought assistance from their customer support. The company doesn't value its writers, despite them being the backbone of its business.Furthermore, iwriter company has been using some staff members to write positive reviews on Trustpilot, misleading potential clients. It's disheartening to see that the real writers suffer in the company while others are dishonest to promote their image.Overall, my experience with iwriter company has been extremely negative. Their lack of respect for writers and refusal to pay for work completed is unacceptable. I urge others to avoid working with this company and to be cautious of any positive reviews on Trustpilot.

I used their service as a writer for about a year and still was a Standard writer. Latter my account blocked and closed with no good reason. The customer service never explained enough about this. Note, they wait for freelancers to work then close your account and never pay you what you had earned. They then suggest that you buy/purchase a Premium/Elite level account from them. They are never interested in writers but their money. I wold advice Freelance writers to use other alternative websites if they are not ready to lose their hard earned money the easy way.

Signed up with iWriter in October 2019 and haven't looked back since! Reaching Elite+ level after 3 months was a help, but it has secured me a steady stream of repeat clients. This is an excellent place for new writers to gain experience, as well as cash. The team are fantastic; friendly, human and always helpful. There are several persistent technical problems, but, although frustrating, these don't stop me from getting on with the work. I always get paid on time (every Tuesday) with no issues. I have tried similar platforms but iWriter suits me the best.

Very poor service from a writer. I don't even think he read the instructions and when I reached out for an update neither the writer or the support team helped.Stay away, this is a scam! I will have to go via my bank to get my refund.

I'm not satisfied with the quality of articles recently writers provided. Only passing Copyscape doesn't measure the quality of your content. It should be improved.

It is not really great for writers cause there is no guarantee you will get paied as buyers can turn down your work for any possible reason.

After countless hours working as a writer for their platform, they refused to pay me the money I rightfully earned. Despite multiple attempts to contact their support team, I received no response or explanation for why I was not being paid. To make matters worse, iWriter went a step further and closed my writing account, cutting off all communication and any future opportunities for work. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and disrespectful to hard-working writers like me who rely on fair compensation. I would strongly advise against working for iWriter or using their services in any capacity. Their lack of integrity and disregard for the people who help make their business successful indicate they cannot be trusted. Save time and hassle, and find a more reputable and reliable platform.

I'm a professionally trained writer with a couple degrees; and, upon looking through the comments here, it does appear that iWriter may reject writers for reasons other than the writing samples one provides. The reason I suspect this in my case, is that they offered no feedback in their rejection letter which reads, "Thank you for your interest in signing up to be a writer. We will not be moving forward with your application. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors." Pretty sketchy... Let the Hunger Games begin, ahhh...

A bit unnerving considering you'd think they'd at least provide a reason as to why you didn't meet their standards, but alas, no. Now, after reading what it's like to write for them or to pay for content, I'm even more grateful I was rejected and saved of that headache.

We outsourced a couple of different articles to 3 different writers at iWriter. We were pleased with the results and most of them required very little revision. We'll continue to refer our clients over to iWriter when they need content.

I worked with iwriter and they blocked my account and didn't send me my earnings i have tried to reach their support but they didn't give me a positive feedback. They are petty thief who want to reap from their writers. Why withhold writer earnings yet a client has paid for the task and uploaded your task to their websites. I am with iwriter from first quarter of 2018. Until recently, there were good quality writers who can write articles at the lowest possible rate on the internet. But nowadays, I do not get an article written by writers with premium or elite category payment. This is something for which I have stopped using iwriter.

Well the fact is that there is no guarantee you will earn $$$ per hour since my greatest frustration was that I could work so hard to see if I could earn, at least $40 in a day but end up with $8-$12. In other words, one may do five assignments under premium level, for works worth $4-$8 per piece then after all that, end up with at least three rejections and two accepted articles. If I were to be asked there is little difference between gambling and working for these people. So hope and pray that the person you write for likes you! I think I've been submitting the best of my works but at some point you can't help but think someone is out to "squash your balls" of writing. Otherwise, the star rate is because it is very legit!

Everything seemed OK at first. I paid my $140 to be fast tracked and wrote my first piece as a Premium writer. My client liked my work and but wanted a couple of edits which I did. Waiting for final approval I then got a message saying that the client had been discredited and was no longer eligible. I emailed the guy to say how annoyed I was that they'd wasted my time. There was no reply. I haven't written anything since but when I went on the site I've been downgraded to Standard. I also have 33 reviews and am someone else's favourite writer - it doesn't add up.
