Is ionos.co.uk Legit?

Very helpful and efficient customer services rep. helped me set up new account migrate emails to it using the IONOS email migration tool. For 2 addresses this was complete within 35 mins whilst they stayed on the phone talking me through it. I never felt rushed and always felt supported

The phone was answered by a real person after two rings (refreshing) without the hassle of an automated voice taking you through a long menu of options and asking you to press lots of numbers. The customer services assistant I spoke to was very knowledgeable and resolved the issue in less than 7 minutes. Very satisfied :-)

NEVER use this company their customer service is shocking!!!! I set up a website for my charity which feeds Street children and paid annual hosting for £100. I have since been charge a further £100 a month and despite 100s of calls and promises of refunds the charges continue. It has now been over £1000 and the charity will soon have to close.

Customer service at Ionos is always incredible. They are always happy to listen and are very knowledgable about everything and help as much as they can. They are very patient and kind too. Really like that about being with Ionos. They are just a call away. Specifically had a very positive and lovely experience with Tyla setting things up on my account.

Very frustrating experience with Ionos. Absolutely helpful staff but functionality not fit for purpose if you just want them to host your Wordpress site. Wordpress plugin didn't pull through, email address was rejected by Outlook & Google. I now have to wait 60days to release my .com domain name to another registration company. So much time wasted and very inconvenient. Thankfully customer service respond quickly but clearly can't do much with tech that doesn't work. I don't recommend this company.

When you have a big issue with the websites you build it’s vital to have someone who knows exactly what they’re doing to put things right. The IONOS team have saved me on several occasions now. Each time I’ve found them superb to deal with and to always go the extra mile to help. Special praise for the WordPress team but everyone there seems friendly and keeps me being a customer and adding to my contracts when I have need to do so.

Amazing service very nice to be able to speak with a real person and not an automation. Adonis helped resolve account issues as well as set up new services. My connection was lost and he even called me back. Very please with the customer service

I called in today and Rex saw that I could have a better package that gave me more wordpress websites and free SSL for my domains. He then proceeded to help me through the installation from start to finish. Excellent service as always from Rex and Ionos.

Was most impressed with the customer service I received. The agent (Izzy) went above and beyond to resolve my issues. In addition to fixing the issue, she also recognised that there was a better (and cheaper) email package available and arranged the switch, including cancellation/refund of the old contract and creation of the new one. I have tried out the new package and it works perfectly.

Ionos is a really user friendly platform with great functionality even on the basic of contracts. It has excellent templates and so many to chose from, and personalisation of them is quick and easy. A great product for DIY website builders

I have been very pleased with the service from IONOS since they started hosting my site. This evening I wanted to attach my Bluesky account to the domain, and they dealt with it incredibly quickly. Thank you, Ionos!

My experience of switching my hosting to IONOS was excellent and pain-free. My assisting technician was knowledgeable and efficient and completed the transfer for me so I didn't have to do it myself. It all worked perfectly and my site is now live on the internet again. Very satisfied!

IONOS customer service has been great. Amazing experience, Brex was very helpful. We required replacing our old website to a newly developed website. He explained all the available options and took time and happy to answer all our questions. He has assisted to replace the site and ensured to call us back as scheduled to check if everything is working as expected.

Callum at IONOS was very helpful and patient and resolved my issue. I had got all confused about something and paid for the same thing twice. Callum understood what I had done, and what I was trying to do and found a way to resolve it. I initiated the interaction on the chat, and then was offered a callback, which I accepted. I was called back straight away. It was the same person I chatted with in chat, who called me back.
