I've ordered an audio receiver/amplifier from them, the exact model I was looking for. Their price is 28% lower than everyone else's, including free shipping, more like the prices I'm seeing for refurbished units, but they don't say that it's a refurb. They accept PayPal, which makes me more comfortable. However, the phone number on their website under Contact comes up as disconnected, with a caller ID of a 7-Eleven grocery store in Chula Vista, CA. I wonder what, if anything, I'll be receiving.
This company is a total fraud. If you foolishly make an online transaction with them, your monies are funneled to an email address that is completely different than the company's. If you call the number they list as their contact number you will get a voicemail saying that the number has been disconnected and is no longer in service. Any emails that you send them will not be answered. If you do a Google earth look at the company address you end up on a residential street with no businesses. In short, all their website is designed to do is to trap unwary consumers into giving them their credit card. They have no actual products to sell.
Update: The alternate phone number on their website does ring when called during regular business hours--24 times--then disconnects--they don't answer their phone. They don't respond to polite emails asking reasonable questions. No way to check order status on their site, even with an order number. The PayPal payment didn't go to "Interjo," it went to "Jan". After 3 weeks of this, I filed a claim with PayPal. 10 days later, PayPal emailed that my claim was rejected, because the vendor had provided a valid verification of delivery. PayPal included a FedEx Ground tracking number, which I ran and got a delivery verification with no addressee name or street address--just the city I live in. I called FedEx. They do that to protect the recipient, and wouldn't tell me to whom or where the package was delivered. Given my name and address, they did tell me that it wasn't delivered to anyone resembling my name or address! FedEx also provide the package dimensions and weight; based on the amplifier manufacturer's specs, the box was smaller than the amp (not even including packaging and accessories) and the 19-pound amp plus packaging weighed only 1.6 pounds. The package had shipped the day Interjo was notified of the claim. My best guess: When they learned of the claim, they shipped an empty box to a random person in my city, knowing FedEx would generate an apparent delivery verification. PayPal verified this information and approved my claim. I have received a refund.
