Is impericon.com Legit?

Actually, it's less than one star and I'd give 0 if that was an option. They sent a defective garment and refused to replace it. Told me to take it to a "tailor" and they'd cover the costs. Absolute rip off marketplace and I strongly advise avoiding ordering from them at all costs.

I had a truly horrendous experience with Impericon. I mistakenly ordered tracksuit bottoms in the wrong size and returned them promptly, expecting a refund. Initially, they were helpful, providing me with a return label, but after that, they completely disappeared. The parcel was never picked up on their end in Germany, and despite countless calls and emails, I have received zero response. It’s been radio silence ever since. Now I’m £50 out of pocket, with no refund, and my girlfriend didn't even get the gift I promised her. Absolutely appalling service. I want my money back, but they clearly couldn’t care less. Avoid this company at all costs!

Despite a few issues with the new system, communication was excellent and an out-of-stock item was refunded. The amended order was sent soon after and I'm very happy with the clothes - they all fit perfectly. Favourite place to get my clothes.

IMPERICON is straight forward easy to use and has a great selection of all your band merch for EU. My only complaint would be.. that when finishing an order and their are offers or freebies available. They should be offered to the customer before the purchase is complete.

The products are fantastic, wish I had ordered them sooner!Delivery was fast and trackable, with email updates all along the way.Only 4* because the system Impericon are now using to store a customer's accounts has changed and lost everything and doesn't seem to be fixed yet.

Impericon have a huge selection of clothing and music merch, and they always deliver an excellent service. My go-to online merchant for Band Merchandise.Have ordered from them a couple of times now, and there will be more business done for sure. Gear is top quality, screen printed on Gildan shirts that wash and wear well. Highly recommended.

I bought some Siberian Meat Grinder shorts when they first came out years ago… I’m wearing them currently and they are still top condition. Bought my partner a pair as well as an Agnostic Front vest and he loves both! Arrived quickly and perfect condition, fit true to size. 10/10!

[Upgrading review to reflect full experience from purchase to receipt of goods] I ordered clothes on 30th April, despatched 3rd May. Slower than stated on the website, and I couldn’t get a response from their customer service team to query the £2 extra priority delivery (and the benefit). That is partly why not 5 stars. However, the clothes arrived as described and well packaged. The fit is as expected, as I could see they do warn that unisex items for women will be larger (so size down!).

Received my order really fast to the UK,The company and also the delivery company are very good at keeping you informed with what's happening with your order and giving you a good estimated time of delivery,Ordered a few t-shirts and zipper jacket in a large and all sizes are good to what I'd normal pick,Thanks to all the staff and ill definitely be ordering again in the future!!

The customer service responded quick to queries and gave nice straight forward answers, which is a rarity these days. The goods are great. However delivery is so slow. I appreciate it ships from Germany, however things come from China quicker. I ordered 24/05 and the items turned up 07/06. In today's world of quick delivery

The parcel arrived a day early, right on my birthday! Thank you very much for the speed. I also chose the right size and the quality of the clothes is excellent! When ever I buy merch everything seems to come pretty quickly. Things, from my experience, get a little slowed down when ordering vinyl too but all in all Impericon is one of the best alternative music merch sites around.

Over the moon with the black metal merch, normally pretty hard to find hoodies and T-shirts for the bands I like the website easy to navigate and the Hoodie I ordered amazing, great print no issues. I will definitely order from here again 🤘

It all went pretty well. The package didn't take too long from Germany to Portugal. The hoodies are absolutely stunning and the quality is great. Actually we'll wear them in Berlin, in the Velodrom gig in November.

I was dissapointet of the quality of the merch . Wrote them an email and provided them pictures of the stitching(which needed to be repaired) , and they gave me a partial refund so I could repare the hoodies. I am pleased with their willingness to help . Good customer service! Thank you:)

I hadn’t heard of impericon before but they were the only place with what I wanted in stock. The gamble paid off, Super speedy delivery! Trainers received in perfect condition, couldn’t ask for more. I would definitely use them again.

Shipping is pricier (7eu), but within EU it's reasonable. I got my shirt in 6 days (incl. weekend). Reliable, official band merch.

Overall I was really pleased with my order. All the shirts were great quality and sizing was good, my order was missing a small badge but after emailing customer services they promptly sent out a replacement which arrived in my letterbox a few days later. Great service! Thanks.

Top band merch and great service. Only 4 stars because I'm not a fan of having no other option than paying £10 for delivery. Basically half the cost of a t-shirt. It would good to have an option for less money and slower delivery service routes. Because of this I very rarely purchase from here unless I really can't find it elsewhere.
