Quality products, decent shipping times, and they offer coupons and gifts when you sign up for auto-ship - making it easy to try new things. Only needed customer service once and they were friendly and knowledgeable.

So far Im loving it as well as my sister so Im gonna continue using the products, it's a bit pricey but it's worth it as well. Hope to have more freebies for upcoming purchases 😊.

I love this brand! I love the quick delivery and the customer service if you need to send back a product or color. This is my favorite primer so it just makes sense to do auto delivery and save money.

This foundation is the right color for me and actually works as the description says it will. This is great as most advertisements these days doesn’t work as advertised. I just ordered the brush and concealer. I will buy again.

I've used the same brand of makeup for 20+ years. I have tried almost every brand that has common highlighted factors that I feel is best for my fair skin. But I always went back to my longtime favorite. My needs have changed and I do not wear makeup very often anymore but I would if I found a lightweight, full coverage foundation. I found that foundation in IL MAKIAGE NEW YORK. I love, love, love this foundation, concealer and wrinkle filler. All three products are everything and more than the ads emphasize. I highly recommend these products to woman of all ages, especially the more mature age group. I have been so impressed with the three products stated above, that I just purchased 2 new skincare items that I am very excited to get and start using.

Customer service is easy to contact and they make the best efforts to solve any issues. The product itself is excellent, free gifts are a bonus as well as the discount when you subscribe to auto-ship. The only complaint is I wish they displayed prices in CAD.

I had my 50th High School reunion ahead of me when I placed my order. I was thrilled that I got it in time. Not only was the foundation a perfect color, but the makeup base did an amazing job hiding my pores and fine lines. After dancing all night, my makeup looked as great at the end of the party as it did when the party began.

SCAMMERS! I once ordered something (June 2023) and it turned out I was stuck with a subscription. I thought I ended this via email and the website. Apparently I continued to pay via PayPal. Money continued to be debited even though I tried to stop this in various ways. PLEASE NOTE, apparently you are tied to a subscription. No idea how they do this because I never consciously agreed to this!

I decided to try these products after seeing all the hype on instagram. Ordered the primer and concealer. The concealer was good, the primer felt greasy and did nothing to blur out pores. I then ordered foundation using a gift card that was sent to me and it is a weird orange colour, not at all like the picture I chose on the website. I’m not able to exchange it , I’m assuming it’s because I used a gift card. I returned the primer and kept the concealer (the shade was great and it works well). This is the only reason I gave 2 stars. At this price point, I expected better products and service.

I really like Il Makiage products. They work really well on my dry skin. I appreciate their promotions too. I have been using their woke up like this foundation for a few years now and am obsessed:)

Thus far my experience with IL MAKIAGE has been mostly positive. One of the items I purchased was the Power Redo. Maybe it was because my fine lines were too deep, but it did absolutely nothing to improve their appearance. When I contacted Customer service they were very nice, but told me that I wasn't able to exchange the Power Redo for another product. So, basically I'm stuck with a product that I won't use, not to mention I'm out $60 bucks!! Wasn't happy about that as I thought you could exchange an item if you weren't pleased with it. I just placed an order for the lift serum so we'll see. I must say that the foundation ( I woke up like this ) is very nice and a good match. Also using the translucent powder and it is nice also.Am still on the fence about reordring IL MAKIAGE products or trying to find something else that I like as well or better!!Thanks....Sherry Harris

The website was very difficult to navigate. I never was able to do the quiz for your shade. I almost gave up twice, but it kept coming back so I finally tried to order it without exactly knowing my shade website needs revamping. I have not yet received the product so I can’t comment on its effectiveness.

I do not know what product I am reviewing. I received a new shade of makeup but have not tried it due to being on vacation got a week. The tightening serum I have been using for some time and love it so far.

I grew up using Clinique foundation my entire life and as I got older, I felt I needed to change and my change was to ilmakimage. This foundation is phenomenal and my skin is truly flawless.

“Don't like feeling pressured”

I don't want to "subscribe" to something I haven't tried yet. Every other screen seemed to be asking me to subscribe. If I had wanted to do that, I would have. Receiving the follow up email that I was chosen for a free gift with my order seemed nice, until I realized it was one more push to subscribe. I considered canceling my order completely.

I don't want to have to get a new link every time I want to log in. When I get it, it takes me to the site but when I try to check the order I made two days ago it says I have no orders. No other site I buy makeup from has such a difficult, odd login system. Please fix it.

Great match and awesome way to help someone like me whos not a makeup person. My only problem was the no filter stopped working after 3 usages. Only 2 pumps each. I dont lnow if it's broken or empty but it appears empty and tgats not good cause this cost the most. The bottle don't allow us to see the contents. Nit good! Other than that I would recommend this product to others.

Ordered the new redness control cream and am excited to get it. I have extremely fair skin and my dermatologist regularly has to give me chemo/chemical peels to keep any skin cancer from forming. This leaves me with very red skin that will take well over a year to lighten up to the color of my skin (vitiligo also ensures I have no color on my face). I'm hoping this redness control cream helps me hide the red discoloration under my makeup!

I have tried many makeup primers in the past and hated them all. Last year I saw the transparent il Makisge and tried it out. I loved it! I ran out of it and threw away the bottle.
