Is iflyworld.com Legit?

They screwed me over in several ways. Then after hosing me, the validation of my parking didn’t even work so there was another 15 dollars. They scam you every way possible. A bs origination.

Ifly 1/10 under new idiot managements. I’m a pro flyer. Torture of one hour to check in which caused two missed 10 minute flights. Flights were for 1 1/2 of time but it took 7 hours to finish . Unorganized kids running show. All great ex employees fled but one who is a scammer. Staff gets commission on flights so they decrease wind speed so you fail and need to ask for more time . $$$$$$. Toilets, floors filthy, all lockers broken, poor peripheral instructions causing injuries in tunnel. $1200 per hour for complete disorganization of hours of delays.

Very expensive, you pay £58, for someone to hold you for 2 minutes, then if you really want to fly higher than 1 meter, you have to pay £20 extra, but wait, it's within your 2 minutes allowance. A rip off. Also the guy who do the highfly, is extremely rude, he passed by me, nearly knocked my phone off my hands, no apologies, just went downstairs.

A lot of people are talking about getting scammed with vouchers and payment issues. It seems to me that they're getting hung up on that and not the flight itself. iFLY is more affordable and easier to access than traditional skydiving. I've done both, and while traditional skydiving is much better, iFLY offers a nice alternative to dip your toes in for cheaper. You get what you pay for. If you want the real thing, go pursue it.

I bought a "flight" for my husband so he could experience the feeling of parachuting without danger.We booked a time, got there, and waited and waited waited.I wouldn't wait more than 15-20 minutes at a doctor's office. I certainly won't wait an hour or more for a "booked" flight.This was a long time ago, so I have a voucher now because we actually checked-in for his flight.I went to their website and couldn't find out anything about the validity of the voucher. I believe it was never to expire.Anyway, after entering the voucher# on their website, I waited and waited and waited yet again. Just a spinning circle that never gave me any information.I know they exist because we actually went there. My issue is with their website. I should be able to find out if my voucher is valid.I have their website on a different tab from this review; it's still spinning. UGH!

My wife and I had an amazing time and the experience was memorable I want to give a big thanks to the instructor Daniel very welcoming and professional made us feel at home.Definitely we'll be back again. And a big thanks to his coworkers as well sorry imbad with names but I'll see them again.

We had a great day at iFly at the O2 , 3 generations of the family with Grandma taking the prize for best rookie. Instructor George made everyone welcome and with clear instruction got us all flying immediately . And with the promotions on offer, its a lot cheaper than you think - I've just signed up for 10 sessions at 10 quid each !

We paid £58 for us to spend about 90 seconds between us in the chamber then to be told that we'd need to spend another £10 each to do a spin and go to the top of the chamber which lasted about 5 seconds. £78 in total it's a complete Rip Off! How these places manage to continue operating who are effectively ripping off people is beyond me. Suffice to say I'd wish I'd read the reviews first and that's my fault. My advice is save your money, advoid the disappointment and spend your money somewhere else or better still give it to charity, you'll feel more satisfied.

Booked Manchester for a birthday treat for my 13 year old daughter. Amazing experience from start to finish. We were welcomed by the reception staff, advised where we could wait and everything explained. Matt was the instructor who took my nervous daughter. He was excellent with her, very calming and encouraging. So much so that we booked return tickets before leaving. Thank you for an amazing birthday experience!

I booked one full hour in the tunnel for one adult and 5 children . I was specific on spending the full hour in the tunnel . The person that booked this for me said yes one full hour ! Not 30 minutes for gear then 26 min to fly . It was all exclusive for one full hour in the tunnel, I repeated myself several times and confirmed that it would be one full hour in the tunnel. All they got was 26 minutes. So I called them to see if maybe we could get half our money back because it was over $1200 They said no sorry about the misunderstanding. I will never refer nor go to this place again .

We finally visited ifly at Basingstoke after having to re book 3 times due to COVID. Both my Partner and I were a bit nervous about doing it but the staff made us feel very relaxed. Our instructor Amy was absolutely brilliant and gave us a great preflight briefing and was brilliant during the flight. She also wowed us with her expertise at the end of the session. Lewis on reception was extremely helpful with out photos and overall the experience was brilliant. I would never ever jump out of a plane but We will be back to do this.

We came to iFly for my fifteenth birthday, and I can truthfully say that it was an amazing experience. Though it seemed a little daunting at first, It was a really fun activity. Our instructors name was John, and he was extremely kind and patient while helping us learn what to do. The location of our iFly experience was San Antonio Texas. Over all we had an amazing time and I would strongly recommend it to anyone who is thinking of visiting!

I visited the Manchester ifly at the end of July as my son had been gifted two flights for his birthday, his instructor was called Matt and I honestly cannot thank him enough. So helpful and reassuring and put my sons mind at ease. he absolutely loved it! we even bout some more looking forward to the next flight.

Website booking system is awful; impossible to use a gift voucher without the site failing.Only offer an 0845 number which charges 5 p per use - then they don't even get around to answering your call! Not sure about the experience...can't even get that far!

These guys are rip-off artists. Their online deal: 4 flights for $80 (already pricey) turns into "if you want to fly higher than 6 feet, you must pay more). Hey –– the entertainment value is OK –– but trying to suckerpunch customers is not cool at all.

The helmet and safety glasses without any guard to nose and mouth, with so much gush of air coming on face without proper gear how can it be safe and certified by authorities is my big question? It’s a disaster experience not able to breathe in the tunnel

Just spoke to a person who claimed he was the manager about email i just received to upgrade my experience. He was rude, condescending and just unprofessional. We haven’t even had the flying experience yet. This is a surprise for my daughter. Now there is no refund. I can only hope they provide a good experience for her and her friends. Very disappointing way to start her birthday.

Just went to Milton Keynes for a hen party and it was absolutely amazing! We had an incredible instructor called Charlie who was fantastic at showing us what we needed to do. He explained all the options and made the whole experience amazing for us all. Such a great afternoon. Thank you Ifly - thank you Charlie !!

Found it quite difficult to give a rating for iFly as the company management from the top seems horrendous - only interested in making money not their customers, however the people working at iFly (the ones that have to abide by the company rules) are brilliant, really friendly, helpful and work hard.If I could give stars to the employees I dealt with I'd give 5.The business ethos get 0 stars.

Took my Son and Daughter for a belated Christmas gift (due to Covid) to Ifly Manchester.There was free adequate parking and the receptionist was very helpful on arrival.The viewing area was a lot better than I had anticipated with plenty of opportunities to take photos.My Son and Daughter truly enjoyed the experience, thanks to David their instructor and really valued their day out. Thanks Ifly for making a truly enjoyable day for them both.
