Is icloud.com Legit?

I love that we have full access to technology, easy of use and privacy! For this price range from Apple, it is IMPOSSIBLE to find an alternative for E2EE (end to end encrypted) cloud subscription. I think people ignore this simple fact when they compare services. Your content, your photos, your data is YOURS and noone else can access it.

The icloud web site gives easy access to all of icloud + features. It is easy to use. I do not understand the poor reviews. My only issue is with personal domain names for icloud mail : for weird reasons, it is impossible for me to create the only email address I would like to use.

Got my phone stolen tried to change my icloud password and account locked for 3 days after that it locked for more 9 days then i reset the password and tried to login and it says password incorrect.. worst possible customer support ever. I rather swap to android after this experience.

Don’t use, iCloudBecause of Apple in iCloud my whole phone made me wipe it and all my systems when there is no needThen update in my back up they managed to force me to delete all my photos. Don’t use Apple.Apple just want to trap you into spending more and they do it with your most valuable possessions, which you should be ownership of, and I think Apple is probably the better company, disgrace

Can’t update my account,I cloud says that my card(working everywhere else)is not valid.My bank thinks that your definition of cards time XX/XXXX is the problem year should be 2 digits not four everything prio 2000 has passed already and 2100 is really long away

Worst experience ever.I share my apple ID with my children in order to install games on their apple devices. Default settings of icloud, allowed my children to see my private data such as porn sites subscription and pictures although I was keeping them in 'hidden' folder. It started when I paid for subscription, let's say if I bought any other cloud drives, this never happened to me.

Not so bad. Easy to use. Better than the competitor PC**ud. Ask me to change rating without appropriate reasons. Even hide my reviews on their site.

I continually get messages from icloud stating I need to update my billing information. I have attempted over a dozen times to update my credit card on file to pay rental fees for icloud. But I always get a red flag message saying "this page is not safe to use". Now icloud is saying i will loose items stored there. I can't update my payment system. Icloud offers no way to make contact, phone calls go to the unknown and they do not respond to my request for help. I do not recommend icloud services.

Where is the 0 star option?Set up daughter's phone some time ago to 'NOT STORE ON THE CLOUD' Then 5G of pictures were saved. (Great privacy Apple).Ever tried to just simply delete all of those pictures without necessarily looking at them? Yes I have already stopped the phone syncing...On a PC - 1 minute = Cntrl A to select all then 'delete'. How long to immediately delete on iCloud? It seems its just not physically possible.

You can’t download your photos from iCloud to your phone, so you have to take screenshots of them instead. iCloud randomly selects which photos that should be on the phone and which are on iCloud, and you can do nothing to change that. Best advice is to stop using the app and download surplus photos yourself.

Undependable!! Thought it would be good as I would be getting no spam. Unfortunately, I lost business because of it. Doesn’t load no emails and keeps going down. Very frustrating!!

Less than worthless garbage from a less than worthless CEO. Can't download files. What the hell is the point but to give some black hole data to mine? Paying for fake reviews from rentboy media to make it look like this garbage is worth a crap. Apple's software is total garbage these days and China is probably ahead in every dimension by now.

Downloading files to a pc is very frustrating. I want to download my library to the hard drive. There is no easy way to do this. Sync just doesn't do anything. This is a very complex, frustrating and time consuming. Definitely will change to other service.

Completely ridiculous. Only 5 GB space for everything on your phone. Then you have to pay to get more space. Icloud also saves Mb from apps like Garageband and it is impossible to remove. If you delete a photo on your Iphone it gets deleted on Icloud as well.Icloud is weird, and pointless

Price has just been hiked from £6.99 to £8.99 a month. I've decided to cancel my subscription and boy do they make it difficult. My advice is buy an external hard drive and keep control of your photos and files and tell Apple to shove it.

Never had issues with iCloud. I’d however like to see more storage added to the basic plan.

My iCloud is in-sync with any of my Apple devices. I could access them anywhere, and it is very, very easy to use. I'm not having any trouble using it.

i think my voice memos are stored on my icloud but i can't seem to access them. Tried googling and all sort of settings for half an hour. Apple do i need a phd in AI to simply access my voice memos on the icloud? i want the voice memo app to appear on my icloud page but so far i seem to be under qualified. thanksps: on my iphone the voice memo in the icloud settings is turned ON. i checked this 20 times, it is ON
