We came up with the 72.6 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to iberiaexpress.com's industry. The algorithm detected a low risk for activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Standard. Valid. Common. tags above. Long story short, this site's trust score still warrants a little caution. Use common sense when using this website. But let's explain in more detail.

- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning iberiaexpress.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between iberiaexpress.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of iberiaexpress.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of iberiaexpress.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. iberiaexpress.com is a likely trustworthy website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether iberiaexpress.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether iberiaexpress.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check

It’s absolutely outrageous that Iberia offer no refunds or partial refunds on flights. We made a mistake on the flight to Madrid to see our family during the New year’s celebration, which meant it wasn’t possible to take the flight. I called customer services within in minutes of making the booking and they were completely unhelpful my only option was to change the flight's, but the cost for the ticket and the change was almost triple the amount we paid making it impossible to do anything and we have now lost £500+! Which for our family is a large amount to throw away to a multi million pound company. They have no empathy whatsoever! It’s disgusting!
Booked a business return flight to Madrid. Thought it was with Iberia, but we flew with Iberia express. What a horrible experience. Rude customer service at check in, not enough ice for 12 business passengers on board, warm cava , disgusting food, poor service. Arrived in terminal 4S in Madrid, another nightmare, you need about 30min to actually get to terminal 4 to get your luggage. Will never book again with Iberia who mislead its passengers.
I wouldn’t fly Iberia again. We booked through Opodo and they told us our luggage was two bags upto 30kg. Which indicated to us we could have 2 bags maybe 10 and 20 etc but Iberia say it’s 2 upto 15kg which is confusing. I showed my booking they thought Opodo had said to us they had booked 2 bags 30kg each. Iberia wanted the bags to be 15 kg each or less. We had added an extra baggage allowance of 23kg on Iberia’s app so on calculation we had 53kg but when we went to check in we were told they couldn’t find the 23kg bag I tried to show an email verification but they refused to look at it. We had two suitcases 19kg and 22kg and hand luggage. They told us to lessen the weight in the two bags to make them 15 kg each which we did. This all took time. I asked to pay extra and I’d claim it back later when I proved I had booked the extra baggage but it’s not their policy. By the time it was sorted, the gate was closed and we lost four flights. We were made to pay an extra. €480 and had to stay an extra two days. The girl was aggressive and rude and from the start did not want to help. A day later we received an email saying we could put our hand luggage in the hold. We were told to go to gate 888 & 899 we went to 888 and no one was there so we asked a man at 889 if he was booking in hand luggage for our flight. He was off hand and dismissed us telling us to go to another corridor. We looked for 899 and it wasn’t anywhere to be seen. So we went to an information desk they directed us back to him. I asked another Iberian agent (a woman) if she could help as we didn’t want to return to him, I showed her the email. She said “if you don’t want to put hand luggage through then don’t.” She was rude. We told her we did and she told us to go back to the rude man. She said this In a very frustrated irritated voice. I told her that he had refused to do it saying it was the wrong place. She walked away dismissing us. We did as directed though and went back to him as we drew close he said “go away.” We told him we wanted to put our hand luggage through, he said “that’s not hand luggage it’s too big” so I said “not all of it is hand luggage and I started taking the hand luggage off the trolley. He said “this is for Europe you’re not in Europe ( as we were going to Edinburgh.) he said “If you want your luggage lost in Europe then put it through!” I said “ no I don’t want my luggage lost I just want to know where to put it” he said “ go to another corridor” I said “where”he said “ 900 and he swore at us” I was shocked I asked his name he hid his badge and told me to F off he said this another 5 times at least. But we had finally found our number to check in at. We checked in ok. But we did not have the assistance we had booked on the previous flight and the flight boarded a 20 minute walk, train ride and another 5 min walk. My dad has a walking stick and I have CFS. We are seeking legal action. I have this rudeness on video.
Not answering phones, no available staff in barajas airport. stole my money, canceled my flight and did not refund me.
Horrible, put through the ringer as you used to be able to do simple tasks such as cancel and claim back government taxes using the website. Now you have to call and the standard of English for the most part is poor.im lucky I managed to speak to one guy this evening as I was about to crack up based off the previous conversations. Of course these conversations shouldn't be necessary as you should be able to do this task using the website.
Iberia Express = scam.Iberia = Okey. After online check-in, our QR codes were denied at security entrance, we where referred to Iberia Express staff, which don't exist in airport past luggage drop deadline. Called their ENGLISH speaking support number but no one spoke English! Calling Iberia (not express) support said they won't help since it is not the same company, after several attempts and them asking us to be on hold for 30 min, they just ignored us. Had to buy new tickets. Zero refunds.
Having already booked a flight with Iberia Express from Manchester to Madrid on the 26th October 2023, I was more than a little apprehensive having read some of the Trustpilot reviews. However, the flight was on time, the crew was fabulous and we even received a small snack on board. It was service with a smile and I will definitely fly with Iberia Express again.
Absolutely useless customer service. Tried to book a flight but their website crashed 3 times, telling me it couldn't complete transaction. Booked another flight with different airline then got an email from Iberia Express telling me my flight was booked. Called immediately to ask for refund and been battling since then to get it. A must to avoid.
Absolute rip off... arrogant company. Flight was announced to be cancelled while everybody were in the airplane and waiting for take off. All passengers were asked to leave the plane. Further no info nothing. we were left in the middle of the airport in the middle of the night in Amsterdam for Madrid flight....Next morning accidentally have seen same flight on the board at 10.00 Am. After two months of submitting complaint, airline has denied refund or compensation. As if they are 16th century pirates and vandals or colonists... Total disgrace....
Awful experience. A 7 hour delay with Iberia flying out of Berlin to Marrakech. I missed my connecting flight. No communication from them via email or text. DO NOT FLY WITH THIS AIRLINE
The boarding process is all wrong , they should board from the back and stop passengers boarding with too many carry on cases which slows the whole process down as the overhead lockers fill up quickly. It took 40 minutes to board our flight from Madrid to Malaga. Also when you reserve and pay for your seats on the flight Iberia Express must stop reallocating them , separating couples without providing any explanation and then leaving the passengers to make a claim on line to be refunded. They are a joke and need to put their customers first for a change. It was a quite dreadful experience and we will avoid flying with them in the future if possible.
Paid for up front seats outbound and inbound. Inbound the seat was moved further down the plane and was an aisle seat not a window seat as paid for. Now try and get a refund…… been trying for nearly a month, no reply Iberia express email, phone calls not answered and cut off. Appalling customer service.
Clearly some xenophobia going on! Terrible company. Always issues with check in, staff rude and forced to put luggage under seat despite only having one bag, however, found room for Spanish people’s bags.
I flew from Madrid to Berlin the 29 of December, they forced me to check my luggage and the give it back broken. Now they don't want to pay for the replacement. Terrible experience, my suitcase was in perfect conditions and was a good quality. The system in place to make a claim for the incident was insufficient and malfunctioning when I arrived to Berlin airport Not my fault, and they don't take responsibility and repair the damage. Also, was the worst an most dangerous takeoff of my life. I can happily share a picture of my suitcase broken.
It's INSANE....I had a flight (classic fare, change allowed) from Madrid to Copenhagen on the 5th of July that I want to postspone until the 12th of july - one week later.I HAD to call them, and all together it took then 31 MINUTES on the phone, to make a MANUAL calculation on an old fashion calculater, that I have to pay another 332 EUROS EXTRA to change the flight. That prive is HIGHER than booking a new flight on their webpage, and double the price compaired to Ryanair (better time and including luagge).....Do yourself a BIG FAVOUR..... do NOT BOOK AND FLY WITH IBERIA EXPRESS........
Ive booked a morning flight instead of an evening flight.Saw the mistake imidiatly and contacted the airline call center.I was told that their "servers are down" and they cannot cancel my flight at the moment.I wrote them a letter on their website form. Responded with incompetence.Had to buy a new ticket, no refund and no explanation.
I arrived late (but not late enough to qualify for a missed flight) 45minutes before my flight at the check in counter at Schiphol Airport and the lady did not want to help me print out my boarding pass because I was “late”. I could have gotten onto my flight (and ran to the gate) if she would have helped me. According to her, “I’ve been here all night so I am going home”.. So no, I do not recommend Iberia express. Iberia should review what kind of people they hire. Please do yourself a favour and not work as a customer service personeel if you have no customer service ethics
Jobsworth cabin staff. "First class" was empty but jobsworth told me to remove my bag from the empty overhead bin and put it elsewhere, despite my seat being just behind the curtain and overhead remaining empty. Grow some common sense or just chill iberia crew.
The page is amazing, very fast, very clear, one of the best ones from flight companies. The bad part .. they do not send you the confirmation of the booking, it has happened already with 2 flights, and until now, it shows error messages to retrieve it. Customer service is also not available in most languages and they do not have an email to contact them. Such a pity, the start was very good, but not the end product
The worst communication strategy with customer. I call and wait 10 min to reach someone than tell close itself. searching any mail on their webside to write about a change and no single mail possible. They say that they are most punctual low cost company in the world but they dont have system to communicate with their customerNecmettin Meletli

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies this service works and is trustworthy. It costs only $6.49/month but is worth the cost. U.S., UK, EU, Swiss, and Canadian residents only. Click below.
