hyperstech.com Review
The Scam Detector website Validator gives hyperstech.com a low-to-medium trust score on the platform: 47.1. It signals that the business could be defined by the following tags: Doubtful. Medium-Risk. Alert.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this low score? We came up with the 47.1 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to hyperstech.com's industry. The algorithm detected potential high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Doubtful. Medium-Risk. Alert. tags above. Long story short, we caution you about using this website. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning hyperstech.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between hyperstech.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of hyperstech.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of hyperstech.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. hyperstech.com is a suspect website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether hyperstech.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether hyperstech.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check
We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, hyperstech.com.

I have been trying to return a product for a refund. They take days to answer messages and when they finally gave me the return address, Royal Mail returned the parcel and advised that there was nobody occupying that address. Im going to start contacting trading standards if they dont resolve this within a few days
Please I contact you more than more than once. My order no. 0qe57b612176c3. I wait nearly 3 months before I recieved the (buy 2 get 1 extra) bulb security cameras. Follow the instructions of the manual with no success.
Money refunded Aug 4th. Thank you.Invoice 98d096661a9a26Trying to contact this company to cancel an order I made yesterday (Monday 1st). No response from 2 emails. Current 110 mins wait on chat. What are the chances of my refund request happening?
As per you're note on the 15 August on Trustpilot with return address Birmingham. Used Royal mail tracked 24 hours with proof of delivery in original packaging as received. No refund received items received at your Birmingham site address advised by yourself 25.08.22 as seen on Royal mail tracking and signed for. Can you advise when I will receive payment as we are over the 30 days as per your contract with me.
1 star is too much !!!Misleeding advertisements and long waiting for your products and then you will get cheap junk; especially not something you ordered. With complaints they will not give you correct answers, and they wil soon not react at all.
Camera returned 22/3/23. Not received my refund. Was sent back recorded delivery. Hyperstech keep asking for more information as a reply on your site and I give them the information but they never reply and they just keep mucking me about. Next step my local MSP. Possibly a National Newspaper too.Last chance Hyperstech.
Absolute joke.I bought 3 waterproof cameras on their 2 for 3 deal for my children but they are cheap and the baattery life is about 25% of what they advertise.I've tried calling but they just leave you on hold then kill the call after advising us to contact them through their web-chat service but this is never answered either. We are returning the items for a full refund and my bank has promised to pursue a claim to ensure we are reimbursed.Strongly advise anyone to avoid this company like the plague - cannot be trusted at all
Order no. fdeedfc1be2069Thank you for your response. We will be closely monitoring our bank account.I have read that some people were not able to get their refund. You have our information; therefore, there's no excuse for you if the amount is not fully refunded. I cannot stress this enough: WE WILL BE CLOSELY MONITORING OUR BANK ACCOUNT TO MAKE SURE THAT THE AMOUNT IS FULLY REFUNDED.For any questions, contact us personally to make sure that the refund goes through.
Hyperstech acknowledged my complaint, signed by "Linda" instructing me to return the fan which I did via royalmail. It concluded by telling me I was free to ask any questions but gave me no phone number or email address or reference to enable contact. An email I then sent to Hyperstech bounced back as a mail daemon, and undeliverable. I now dont know what is happening!
I am very disappointed with the cooledge AC cooler delivered by hyperstech. They do not work at all. I've been trying to return the products but there is no paperwork with information about return and refund process. I want to return the products please send me information on how to return them. My invoice number is 11ec59c19807da.Please respond within the next 48 hours or else I will report your company to an enforcement agencies in the UK, Europe and America. I look forward to your reply. DesolaHi LindaPlease provide details of how to contact you once I return the products. I look forward to your reply. Thanks Desola
Ordered and took receipt of the EcoHeater S model this week. Totally different looking model to what I was ordering and it comes with a 16 amp, 240v 2 PIN plug for the EU. I’man electrician and would not risk plugging this into any 2 to 3 PIN converter. I want to return the item, but how? No paperwork in the package, no return instructions, or from the website. Complete joke. All I know is this took 3 weeks to arrive, where it was shipped within the UK from Unit 4, Lichfield Road Business Park, Birmingham. The company do not even answer emails. Need to be reported to trading standards.
Scam company - take your order - give you fake tracking page - cannot communicate with them. Ordered drone in November - nothing arrived - vague tracking page updated but nothing is being delivered.!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY !!The reply is fake as well - nearly 2 months have passed - no communication - tracking means nothing.

After reading all the negative reviews on Trustpilot, I am seriously concerned that this is a scam company;I wishto cancel order no. 4e9cf55ca8a158, and request refund of my money within 1 week, or I will seek to contact law enforcement within Britain and Europe (through which you transfer money). Further to your reply after my request 4 days ago for a refund, if the refund is not received by me by Midnight on 02/08/2022, further action will be taken.
Hyperstech drone never arrived in South Africa from Netherlands Post office.Last update of tracking was 24/12/2022 and according to South Africa post office was never delivered to them.Hyperstech never answer emails. They answered me on Trust pilot to go to my local post office but the parcel is not even in South Africa.Pathetic service
I have orderd Picobuds pro two devices for left and right side. It took 48 days to get a package. Package contained only left side device. Right side device was missing. Hypertech is ignoring all my emails. I dont get any respond from them. Wery wery bad expiriance with this company i will never purchase anything from them.Ok. the company replied to my mail. After transmitting the data and images of the received packet, they admitted the error and promised to send the missing deviceGot second hearing aid as promised. So at the end i am happy coustomer. Devices are working perfect and they are worth every cent. Thank you Hyperteech
Still no refund!! Followed instructions from the "company" in returning the product for a refund to the address given by them and then provided proof of return and tracking number but still NO REFUND. Product has been received as I returned via Special delivery so its been signed for. Please provide a reason as to why you are with gding customers money!!
MINI AIRCON FANUnhappy with CoolEdge product & attempted to contact provider by telephone (no reply), e mail (bounced back rom address) Live Chat (no response) and website contact e mail - no reply. An obvious scam so will go to the return address in Birmingham (I live not too far away) and attempt to talk to a representative of one of the multitude of chinese companies that appear to share the address! UPDATE:-32 minutes ago I received a response from a "Linda" saying if I have any questions "please ask" BUT I cannot ask anything as there are no contact details and no response from "Hypertech" other than via Trustpilot. So- it still appears to be a scam!
I ordered one unit but when payment was made it took for three. On top of that I was charged a further fee as it was taken out in foreign currency by some site in Estonia. Five units arrived about two weeks later from an address in Birmingham. Even though I sent numerous e mails asking for the order to be rescinded. It appears all my e mails were returned as if I had written them to myself. The units are Complete and Utter Rubbish.

“Enough is enough”
I have been trying to get my watch since May of this year. Kept getting told to "give it a few days". Finally ten days ago I was told I'd be getting a refund. (my tracking number had actually expired it has been so long) Supposed to get an email and an sms verification that never showed up and money was to be refunded in 7 to 10 days. Nothing. Today I was told that they "are experiencing a technical difficulty in issuing a refund" and to "give it a couple more days". How have these people been able to stay in business with practices like this?!? I have been more than patient and have tried to be as respectful as possible but when is enough? I will never buy anything from this company again and if asked will not give a favorable review.
“No refund after 5 months waiting”
I Haven't got a refund for an air cooler that arrived damaged I have had many emails to them... And supplied all the information they asked for... They promised to look into it But just use stalling tactics and avoid their business responsibility Very unethical in my book!
“Scammers”
Do not buy from this company. I paid 62 euros for masks that when they finally came we're just bits of foam. I have been waiting for a refund since the 16 April. They just keep fobbing me off. I have now had to claim the money back through my cheque card guarantee. Beware people, it seriously isn't worth the hassle
“Purchased Personal Air Cooler - Piece of junk”
This company touts itself as selling cool, high tech products. It has basically pulled together a bunch of products that look great in print. The personal air cooler is a toy fan with lights. In order to send it back I have to pay for shipping to China and then hope I receive a refund. The same product can be found on Amazon at less then 50% of what I paid. Buyer beware!
“Beware!”
I ordered 5 masks... they took weeks and weeks to arrive, despite constant 'standard' template reassuring replies about being patient... and when they finally did they were so cheaply and badly made, basically ultra thin foam (two tore immediately) that I threw them all away. I was 'had' in a big way. Not recommended. What a complete waste of time and good money.
“Suspect quality”
The T-watch arrived promptly so no issues there, but the battery died after 9 months (3 year life claimed) and while it works well enough, the watch is clearly a poor quality (counterfeit?) which claims to be NOVADS -- BUT no branding visible and the glass is definitely not Gorilla glass. Time not easily visible in bright light. You can buy similar ones for a fraction of the price. Avoid these people.
“Hypers Tech - Regret that I entered into a transaction with this potentially fraudulent enterprise”
Ordered a wifi booster device after seeing an advert on Youtube. The fact I could purchase the device via PayPal gave me confidence that this would be a trustworthy transaction... I was wrong! From the moment my funds were taken I have had virtually no confirmation of my order, order tracking numbers that I managed to obtain via their site were invalid on three occasions and the information I managed to gather from their web chat service was at best evasive... I am nearly five weeks in know and i have no idea when or if I will receive my device... don't go anywhere near this business, I deem it, from my experience, to be highly untrustworthy!
“Flog it and leg it venture”
These guys are dodgy please do not purchase anything from Hypherstech. This is a typical flog it and leg it venture. No customer or after sales service. I am stuck with a dead wrist watch that only worked for a week after purchase.
“Be aware! Scam company!”
This company consists of scam artist who will bill you for up to 3 times the regular price of the goods. When you have a non-functioning product they give you NO warranty at all! I was a fool to buy there, now I lost my money, please DO NOT make the same mistake. Please stay away from this and warn as much people as you can!
“Product worked 6 times (total of 2.5 hours running time and went flat”
Terrible customer service where you get fobbed off first with automated e mails and than by consultants who obviously don't know or care about any customer service or customer experience. Kiss good bye to my money and i must admit i fell for a total scam... I write this review in hope other customers don't experience what i did
“4 times the price”
Scammers, I bought a T Watch for 89 Us dollars, waited for the darn thing for almost a month, never made it here. Did some research only to find out that I can get the same article for about 21 Dollars from New York. This company uses fake tracking numbers, fake employees, and fake location. It is based on China, under several fake names. Reported to the FBI and their local authorities. I lost the money, I hope you don't, do not use them.
“Drone xpro? Drone something any way. Paid with paypal... should be ok”
So far so good... it arrived on time and flies... the only negative is the instruction manual., totally confusing. You have to read between the lines of the terrible english & punctuation... typical from China though... lol
“Stay Away from these folks”
Well... I finally received my product today... almost a month after I ordered it... and, in the interim, I looked at the same product on other websites and found out that I paid 6 times more for the product I bought than I could have got from multiple other dealers... lesson learned and shame on me for not doing my due diligence before "biting" on this from a pop up ad on my computer... it doesn't get any worse than this with respect to a scam and an unsatisfactory experience
“Horrible humans”
Horrible! Corrupt, dishonest, Frauds Horrible! I ordered masks a month ago and they still have not shipped. They keep saying it will come, but it will take 25 days or say after it's been shipped! They are very very dishonest and are capitalizing on the world crisis. That to me is so very sad. They basically said when it finally arrives refuse shipment and send back... I have never written a bad review but I wanted to help others; please DO NOT order form this company. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and the FBI so They can investigate this FRAUD
“STAY AWAY”
This company is fraudulent. They are criminals who take your money and never deliver an order number or a product. I have reported them to my bank and to the Estonian Police where they are apparently based (but I don't trust that either). After trying to get in contact with them they gave me an order number which turned out to be fake when I tried to search it. STAY AWAY!
“Hyperstech face masks...”
I ordered and paid for masks two weeks ago. They still haven't shipped, and I doubt that they ever will... at least during the current pandemic. If they ever do ship... they are coming from China... so add another month or so to the wait. I cancelled the order, and requested my $135.00 be refunded. I'm not holding my breath.
“Scam company”
I ordered a product over three months ago, paid by visa, it took long enough for them to allegedly ship it, I followed the tracking which must be fake as well, two weeks ago I asked for my money back and suddenly on their tracking site the status changed to delivered, I have lost my money, next time I will read reviews of each company beforehand. I see that many people have been conned by this company, if you are reading this stay far away from this Chinese scam company they cannot be trusted! Tip for consumers:Research online companies beforehand, especially if it is a Chinese company! Service Shipping
“Took a month and watch is nonfunctional.”
Took a month for the watch to arrive. First thing I noticed is It feels noticeable cheap and the display is so dim it's barely visible. Press the button to "illuminate" it and it changes color but, ironically is even harder yet to see. The directions are of little help to figure out how to operate the watch. You're forced to resort to trial and error. Unfortunately before the watch was even setup the buttons stopped working. If I pressed a button it would get stuck in the pressed position
“Products are horrible”
Ordered a Oxybreath Pro mask. Charged me $34.50. Biggest scam that I've seen. Mask was made of cheap foam rubber and has a horrible smell. Also had to continually hound them about shipping information. When I finally told them to cancel my order the masks arrived 3 days later via Air Mail.
“Dont deal with this outfit”
This is one of the worst-performing companies its ever been my misfortune to deal with, Stupidly I didn't read the reviews first or I would have seen the massive list of dissatisfied customers already been conned by them. There is NO customer service The English ph no. Doesn't work and the Brazilian? One is too busy to answer. Their marketing is excellent but don't be fooled once they have your cash that's it, - any problems bad luck they're not interested. There are so many good companies out there buy the product you want from one of them. I have tried to get a refund butof course I cant even get a response. Mal Jarvis
“Drone flies away with ur money”
Bought a drone pro full price direct, took awhile to delivery but at least I received it. Instruction suck, they don't know how to translate to English and misspelling android andrew then the QR 4 us n uk were wrong on down load n home screen in foreign language. From the time I received it I tried 3 times to get info 4 refund, kept getting info on product but they refused to answer question and then went dark on communications all together. Pd $165.00 didn't get every thing I pd 4. I would not buy anything else from them they r a one sale winner if they get u. U can buy it at around $60.00 on line from people tryn to get rid of them.
“3 Health watches are complete garbage”
Emailed Hyperstech and a customer service rep said I could dispose of watches and that a refund would be initiated within 72 hours with funds returned to me within 7-10 days. It has been 3 weeks and now they will not respond to any messages. I am going to have my bank go after them now. This was over $150.00!
“A HUGH RIPOFF!”
This company is nothing but a poor compant that RIPS-OFF Clients. They claim it came in the Mail... I have been quarantined and nothing! They Charged my card immediately... but processed nothing. Take heed of all the negative reviews. Or use them to lose ur money!
“Chinese rip off”
Ordered Oxypro respirator in Feb. BS guaranteed shipping in 7-10 days. Rec'd update In March that product had shipped. Now April and no reply from CS and tracking link is now disabled. Total rip off. More Chinese lies
“Total scam”
Ordered product weeks ago, the tracking number they gave has not updated for 10 days. When I contact customer service they reply with a standard response and they say tracking system is down and that delivery is on its way... do not order the GX Smartwatch from these gangsters

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies this service works and is trustworthy. It costs only $6.49/month but is worth the cost. U.S., UK, EU, Swiss, and Canadian residents only. Click below.

I would not say that Hyperstech.com is a complete scam, but their incompetency would suggest that they do run a scam. I would suggest you review your scam VLDR algorithm. If you check trustpilot, there are about 88% of unsatisfied and totally scammed customers. Just because a business on the internet exists, as you know, it doesn't that they aren't scamming. In this case, just because they reply to your criticism doesn't mean that they will solve your problem. They never do. I know. I ordered from them a nansecure fingerprint reader and recieved a plain wallet. When I complained, they said they would refund me, which they never did, and when I pressed them a second time about their mistake, they said they would reship my order, and behold, another wallet, but no nanosecure fingerprint reader. Finally I just gave up on their stupidity. They solve nothing, they promise refunds in 7 to 10 working days, but they never deliver on their promises. And 88% percent of negative reviews on trustpilot, can't all be wrong. That is why I suggest you take a look at your scam VLDR algorithm again. Thank you.
