I was using their hostinger plan. It was good. It's understandable but the only one problem was not able to change the username they define which is difficult to remind for faster access. Now i've 3 domains on this provider. A little expensive but better than all the others. Even for one domain godaddy offered 1k USD which i bought very cheap here.

Had a few issues with mailing, but their support came through and helped me really quickly on it with no additional fees. Their plans are also wonderful if you're planning on building websites!

Best support I have ever experienced. They have helped me larn so much about hosting and web development. I would not have been able to create my websites without them. So so extremely helpful and quick to help you out as well.

For the most part I find Hostinger to be intuitive. Sometimes, I just need a little nudge, which they have been willing to supply. Even late on a Saturday night and early on a Sunday morning. I have worked with a couple hosting companies and the support is on point. every time I called my problems are resolved in minutes. Many companies could learn about customer support from this one.

I paid for an annual subscription to Business wordpress the price of which was $97.09 a year later in December 2024 I found in my bank statement a charge of $143.88 so Hostinger raised the price by $47 more but I have not received any notification of the change in price or my express consent. Support refused to cancel the subscription, it's more like a soft scam to take more money legally. I will contact the bank for a chargeback. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Hostinger has shown me to have some of the best customer service available today. True, in a chat you will likely be talking to an Ai agent first. However... the Ai agents they have are really quite good, having been able to solve all my previous matters for me. And.. you can just as easily get ahold of a real person when it's needed by request, as I did recently. Very fast and intelligent customer service experience.

I had a trouble with connecting domain with Mailchimp and DNS setting was all done correctly but still fail to connect. I contacted Hostinger several times and after for a while Sen spotted the issue and resolved it for me quickly. so thankful with her service and knowledge!!
