Placed an order for five low voltage dimmer switches (cost >$600), expecting 3-day delivery (according to Shop.com). Seven days later nothing had arrived, so I called and was told I might not receive anything until a date that is two more weeks away. So it's actually more like 3-week delivery. I am currently waiting but wondering whether to try to cancel and find another solution.

I had ordered a LED lighting kit through Amazon and twice they sent me the wrong product. I contacted the seller (Hitlights) and within 30 minutes they responded to my complaint and sent me exactly want I had originally wanted. Hitlights customer service is top notch!Also after installing the product, I am completely satisfied.

This company is incredible to work with. Easy to contact and shipping is quick and efficient. I would highly recommend them.

When I needed another part for a kit to install it they were great about waiving the shipping to get it to me right away. Just remember folks when ya order the reels of tape lights you will need additional connectors if you need to cut the tape so add those to your Order to avoid mixup’s Great extra mile customer service as always thank you guys!

I’m giving this rating because I’ve received the request to rate the shipment and it hasn’t even shipped yet. I’ve been waiting 15 days and no updates on the tracking. I would assume that the company would want me to review it after I’d receive the product.

The remote to the hit lights LED strip lights was broken. In contacting the company via email, this was their ignorant response..."Are you sure you buy from us?Why every month have people send this kind of mail. You didn't have any other way to earn money? Cheater"This is what was sent to them...Message Body:So we got these LED strip lights. And the controller is inpieces. Do we return everything or can a new controller be sent?I'm not sure what kind of customer service this is, but I guess it goes with the quality of their lights.The remote is a cheap piece of garbage, obviously. And their customer service by email is horrible. You cannot get them by phone at all.

Sales rep was very helpful suggesting all parts needed for my application. Multi color strip lights in two separate shelving units 12 feet apart, controlled by a single hand held remote. Customer is thrilled. That’s what a great supplier does: makes YOU look good!!

Love these strip lights! We did receive the wrong color though. We ordered warm white and received neutral white. We decided to go with them and we’re very satisfied. We installed above and below kitchen cabinets. After having them installed, we decided to order the dimmer with remote because our tv is not too far away. We like dim lights while watching tv. Everything is perfect!Also, we received both our orders very quickly.

I used the 10mm wide indoor LED to light up the staircase in my house. Size and low level brightness was critical to this application. The strip and 30 amp transformer was perfect. It took me about 3 days to put it all together and I couldn't be happier.

Over all was a good experience. customer service was a little lacking. a driver got lost in shipping and they acted a little distrusting and waited a couple days to send out the replacement driver.

Don't do business with this company... terrible customer service! They never answer their phone. They don; t follow through on commitments... placed order for 2 day shipping and it arrived 5 days later! Their explanation...
