Is hidevolution.com Legit?

I had a dead display screen and they got it fixed regardless. They were patient with me, I truly appreciated that. Despite the first attempt, they still got it done and working better than before with the second attempt to fixing my screen. They've also given me premium upgrades and its super smooth now. Thank you! ^_^

Ordered an in-stock Flow x13 from overseas. The laptop shipped almost immediately and arrived via DHL a few days later. They tried to sell me an extra service which I refused, so I can't speak for any of their custom services.One complaint I have is that the website is pretty iffy: I had problems trying to create an account, and I never received most of the emails that I had expected, so I had to talk to a rep over online chat to get these problems resolved.That said, they did get my problems resolved pretty quickly, and other than that little hitch, everything else was fast and efficient. Solid choice and reasonable price, especially if you're outside the US.

I ordered an Xg mobile 2023 version. The price is better than other seller. The customer service is very good. It has been shipped to France with DHL. No problem. The ordered takes about 2/3weeks because it was a specific order with the manufacturer (we can found nowhere this device). Very good experience to resume.

I cannot recommend these people highly enough! Purchased a high-end laptop. Service was great but then spent the bit of extra money for the custom tune-up. WOW! Max spent almost an hour remoting in and tuning things I never would have thought of. Made a huge difference. Then I had some trouble with high load graphics and called back TWO MONTHS LATER. Immediately he remoted in and spent the time to investigate and fix it! Absolutely unreal service and support. I have not seen that anywhere in a company like this. 10 stars.

On 25th of April I purchased my workstation MSI Creator Pro Z17 with new RTX A5500 on it. It came perfectly fine, with laser engraving of the second language on the keyboard, no deadpixels and flawless display. Payment by crypto was a very useful option for me. Absolutely pleased with my customized MSI GS76 Stealth. It's an excellent machine and the upgrades I had done work flawlessly. If I can offer any minor criticism it would be that it took several attempts across several days to get ahold of someone to answer a question I had during the order processing and build process. I will say the resolution was great. Since the build was delayed by one day due to a delay on the RAM I ordered being delivered, they upgraded my shipping to expedited at no charge. All told it was 8 days from order to delivery.

Hey guys,I bought a MSI gaming laptop from HID. They shipped the laptop on the day they said they would. Had no problems with shipping arrived pretty quickly. I had a few modifications done that would help with heat. The laptop doesn't overheat at all stays under 80 Celsius and lower depending on the fan options selected. Ted handled all the questions I had like a pro. It's also nice having the lifetime customer service so that I can call them up with any questions. I've already talked their support to get help with some battery saving options that helped extend the battery life 2-3 hours. So far so good. 1 month in.

I wanted a fast gaming touchscreen laptop and looked on Newegg. This led me to the MSI WEBSITE that led me to basically designing my own laptop. Which is an MSI touchscreen laptop souped up and shipped by HIDevoulution. I ordered the laptop on a Monday and it was delivered the following Monday. A great turnaround time and unit is working great! I’m most happy with my entire experience with HIDevolution. 84

I want to like them but I can't complete my purchase with them using Affirm. The reason why is because they automatically log you out when checking out with affirm, no matter the affirm app, Chrome, edge, pop up blockers on. Even opening a duplicate window that's logged in will log you out.Hidevolution seems to have fixed the issue and the order went through. Now it's a pre-order so hopefully that doesn't take long to go through!I

I purchased an external GPU not available in Europe: I was assisted step by step throughout the purchase process, starting from general requests for clarification before ordering, up to the moment of shipping. I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner of the company, Ted Kim, a truly kind and extremely competent person. As for shipping, I was amazed: 2 working days from shipping to delivery (including customs clearance process). I highly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed.

Highly recommend HIDevolution! I've used a competitor but HIDevolution was significantly better. Great communication from them through the whole purchase and configuration process. Very up front on what they could do to streamline Windows and drivers. Max not only called me twice regarding my choices for configurations but was also very responsive via emails. Will certainly use them again for future purchases.

Preface this by saying I did not place the order, from reading reviews and my experience with the site, it did not seem advisable. Came across a laptop that was half price (Asus GL551VW-DS71 @$499.99) and was interested. However, they have no specs listed. There was a tab at the bottom of the page when I first found the site, but it has since disappeared and will not show in any browser.I don't know anyone that would buy a laptop without at least a casual glance at the specs. It makes me suspicious of the situation, and reading the reviews here at trustpilot makes me glad for my caution. I wanted to see if the motherboard was on Asus's list of those that can upgrade to Windows 11, but that's impossible with no information provided.

I received their support right from placing my order until I received my laptop (latest MSI GE66). Special thanks to Ted who accompanied me throughout this adventure! Not only he provided a discount on the shipping fees, he also followed up with DHL when my order got delayed in transit ( since it was destined to Central African Republic). I really appreciated their packaging quality to ensure a safe delivery of such an expensive device ( over 4000 USD worth) to such a remote country. I've bought two systems from HIDEvolution, and both times they have been excellent to work with. The pricing and service has always been fair considering the high-touch nature of what they do. Both laptops have exceeded my expectations and their customer service and tech support has been excellent to work with the few times I've needed it. I'm glad to know if I need system maintenance or cleaning, I can send them my PC and they will take great care of it. Buying a system from HIDEvolution is a bit like buying art - you're making an investment in something that should last for a long time. The one thing I recommend to anyone looking to buy from HIDEvolution is - be patient. It's not an overnight process. Let them benchmark and burn-in your system, the QA Checks are totally worth it so you don't get a bum computer. It may take a few weeks to a month, maybe a little more (depending on chip shortages and back orders and if the system you want is even released to market yet) to get your PC in your hands, but it will be worth the wait, I promise. If you want the best, buy from HIDEvolution

I had been experiencing significant overheating / crashing issues with the custom MSI Alpha 15 laptop I ordered from HIDevolution. After months of issues, I contacted MSI directly and sent it in for an RMA. Unsurprisingly, the issue wasn't fixed. It has only been ~15 months since I've bough this $1800 laptop and it is completely unreliable. I reached out to HIDevolution for help, for any kind of hardware refund, or a significant discount on a new laptop. Neither was considered, unless you consider $20 offered to me a "significant" discount. I'm on my second RMA to MSI already.TLDR - avoid HIDevolution and MSI.
