Is hi.com Legit?

Tried to use the app for a year or so. Had to give up after a few weeks because nothing ever worked. So the app was left dormant. Then they pulled out of the UK. Tried endlessly to get my GBP of the platform. The customer service is useless. I don't think they ever solved one issue I had. I was unable to get my GBP off the platform despite my best efforts. Luckily it was a very small amount. However the principle annoyed me. I felt they were making obstacles that didn't exist just to get me to give up. They they just cancelled my account and I never got the money back. Be aware of this brand. Its pretty terrible and untrustworthy in my opinon.

The maximum supply of 'HI' coin is no-where mentioned in the 'HI' App.Now I understand, why the overall rating of Hi.com on Trustpilot.com and Google Play Store is so low.

The app is very user friendly with all the expected functionalities. I believe many haters are annoyed by the sharpe drop in token price and some adjustment on rules from dev : I guess it’s common in crypto and the fact that the app/fund are still here after terra/ftx means that the team is doing at lest an ok job ! Let’s hope the app is gaining market share and the token will increase at some point

When launching, they did not mention the bonus locking conditions so they could basically add arbitrary restrictions later on, which included that you cannot earn any daily bonus unless you invite people every seven days, plus they execute new restrictions to zero out all bonus who didn’t actually spend money on their coin. All these shady things were not present when they lured people to sign up. This is plain scam. Let alone the coin price plummeted from $1 to $0.04. Avoid.

Deposited fiat via IBAN and seems I won't ever gonna need my local bank (or PayPal) again after the cards are out. They locked UK users into stakes and are now kicking them off the platform. Telling them to remove all funds by January.However they have not released stakes or funds to UK users so they can do so.Not to mention they basically lied about the benefits people staked for anyway, lost 90%+ of the initial investment value.

Scammers. Stole money from British users by removing all functionality AFTER them paying several hundreds of pounds for Gold memberships. Report them to the Financial Ombudsman and reclaim some of your staked /trapped money back. This is after they decided to reduce cashback from 8% to 1.5%, worse than legit companies like AMEX!

A promising crypto project. The community is very friendly and open. Please do your own research and read the Hi whitepaper and debit card information on the website. The support is responsive though you may have to be patient at times. Recommend joining the telegram group, lots of nice and knowledgeable people to discuss Hi and ask questions.

Great app experience for a Company just about to start. Offering virtual & physical debit cards with cashback, subscriptions and much more. Well thought out concept with much to come. Only negative is that the app might be a little complex or overwhelming for people new to crypto and there is no in-app guidance or tutorial, not everybody got the time or is willing to get into this. Update done in June and after three months, half the update is still missing, making it impossible to receive the maximum cashback . Rebate on digital subscriptions reaching 60%, instead of the 100% of what was declared...They send emails asking to give positive reviews in exchange for rewards and free tier upgrades, really ridiculous One star until they change course and do things seriously

This HI platform will make a big change in the near future.A bridge between creditcard, Iban and crypto like nothing else.Sure some poeple are complaining about the free rewards they do not get anymore, or they have been banned because of suspicius activities. I am really disappointed by this project. Not only have I invested lots of money and the Token is now literally worthless. Second: People who invested in good will to get the Gold Card lose all their benefits because they changed the tier system. Now you have to accumulate points instead of staking hi Token. Finally features like Google Pay still not work. I will now take my money out of this project and sell all HI Token, when HI hopefully rises again but I am not very optimistic on that.

I don't even know where to start. I have the worst KYC experience ever with hi.com. My proof of address document (a home internet invoice, which was accepted by many other companies, banks and authorities) is being rejected. It fulfills all requirements stated on the homepage but it still is not being accepted.I've requested an expalanation why it is not accepted and the only replies I get are some copy and paste text blocks from the homepage.The customer care is either not willing ar not able to help.

I’m in this project and using this App since almost 1 year now ( December 2021) and I can say that it is a really good project.
