Is hersheys.com Legit?

Ordered over $250 of products from the online store. Couple days later received a 30% off discount code via email but Hershey would NOT honor it on the order I placed. Really poor customer service!!!

Let it be known Hershey company loves taking down single mothers who are only trying to survive. I am not a mega shark tycoon, I apologize for selling your products without LOA but now thanks to your complaints I am unemployed and I fear for my child and how to care for him. Their agents are mean selfish people that ignore pleas and requests. They are a heartless company. Besides their vile and awful products the people whom work there seem to be just as vile and heartless. I will find every place of forum to share my experience with this awful company that is hypercritical they love to have fundraisers, and charities that support women shelters, yet look at how they really care for a single mother.

Just bought a bar of Hersey chocolate hazelnut flavor here in Thailand 7/11...Could not finish it, i even re-read the packet to be sure of what i bought, cause it felt a mix between chocolate and chewing gum... very bad, i just through it.

Really Hershey's?? You sell the public a product that is toxic?? Spent $16 on a large bag of acai chocolate they were melted crushed and deteriorated when I opened the bag I received for $4 coupons that were expired from Hershey Company made six calls six different times to get new coupons never received a thing and was always told it's in review it's been over a year

Spent almost $60 on what was supposed to be party favors. I ordered them on 10/11/22. They first said there was a delay and they wouldn't be shipped until 11/1. On that day, they changed it to 11/6. I asked for the order to be canceled and for a refund, which they surprisingly accepted very quickly. Seems like they were never going to make the order at all and just keep pushing back the delivery date.

It’s actually sold as milk chocolate flavour in U.K not chocolate. You can buy better products for a similar price.

People stop eating chocolate today anyway ? I do not think it's a good idea cause it have a lot of very needed things in it and make your health much better if you will eat it not that much anyway for whatever reason out there. I do see that really.

Sorry it on me of those reviews that if I could give Zero stars I would. I recently brought an advent calendar for my daughter and on some on the days the chocolates had been missing, so I got so annoyed after another day of not getting any chocolate (for a 4 year old that’s very disappointing) I opened the box to find their where more missing, I’m glad I check as it’s her birthday during advent calendar time and that day was missing too, so that would have been a great start to her day. Anyway I have tried to call and it’s impossible to get through, i then wrote a complaint email and have heard nothing back at all. Also I went to the shop I brought it from Aldi, who advised me to contact Hersheys, so they were as useful as a chocolate tea pot. I am a very unhappy customer, especially paying the price I paid, there were much cheaper calendars but I THOUGHT Hershey’s were going to be the better brand, oh how disappointed my daughter was/still is, made me so sad seeing her unhappy face when she got no chocolate, she asked me if she was on Santa’s naughty list 😢 and she is such a good girl she did not deserve this disappointment!!

It tastes like fart. No kidding, it tastes like they infused the chocolate with farts. Don’t buy it. For your own sake.

In my bag of nibs candy there was a white sparkly fake fingernail. So I was eating my bag of nibs then stuck to 1 of my nibs the fingernail was in there. My all time favorite Easter treat is the Hershey's candy coated milk chocolate eggs. Just to get that delicious chocolate after that first bite is sooo good. I remember when we could get them all year around except they were called prisms I believe due to the fantastic colors. We used to do like Easter egg hunts all year for a special treat for the children. Would like to see again... all year around and maybe also try in a dark chocolate.

“No more Hershey's here”

I've always liked Hershey's and it's the main chocolate I usually buy, but not anymore... no more in this house. They jumped on the LGBQT June bandwagon with their kisses are for everyone' video, and I'm fed up with it all. Finding another chocolate company with traditional values to support and enjoy... It's a shame too because Hershey is such an American icon and a decent product. Does it make sense from a business standpoint to suck up to <4.5% of your customer base and piss off the rest of us off?

“Worst theme park experience ever”

The worst theme park experience ever. It took an hour to navigate the extremely busy parking lot and wait in line to get through the gate and security. Then I had to wait 20 minutes in line at guest relations. Then I had to get in another line to redeem the all day dining and plan and souvenir drink cup where I waited 30 minutes in line to order one pizza. I arrived at the park at 11:30 am and by 1:30 pm, I had done nothing but stand in line for admission, guest relations and food. We did not get to do any roller coasters because the wait was anywhere between 90 and 105 minutes. We had planned to visit the water park but there were so many people there, we were unable to do that. It was a complete waste of $250. I actually called customer service while I was waiting in line to give them feedback about my experience The rep said she would have a manager call me back, I still have not heard back from anyone. I would recommend stayIng away from the flat packs manufactured in Mexico. They taste awful. The large bags are better to purchase that are manufactured in Hershey PA. I think the following pics will speak for themselves. Again I don't recommend the ones manufactured in Mexico.

I love dark chocolate and was given a hershey's special dark. Very disappointed. It tasted very waxy and really didn't taste like chocolate at all. I thought the rest out and will never buy hersheys again. By the way this one was made in Malaysia!

Had a really bad experience I've bit into a candy bar I bought. And I started choking really bad almost couldn't catch my breath. Then I realize looking at the candy bar the candy bar had a big piece of white substance in it not sure what it is really sick of my stomach throwing up my throat got scratched from Whatever It Is Going sideways in my throat very unhappy call customer service took pictures everything going to the hospital very very upset what kind of business you guys run trying to kill people

“More drizzle”

I bought the Reese's popcorn for the 1st time over the weekend and it was amazing. We did notice that at the bottom of the bag it was just all popcorn. We also commented on we wish there was more of the drizzle on the popcorn. I would buy it again. Just a thought. Keep up the great work

“Very disappointed. Beware if expiration dates”

I love Hersheys chocolates. However very disappointed with my large mail order. It arrived in time during the pandemic in 2021 but we couldn't gift them right away as intended. Were disappointed to notice a quick expiration date on the boxes. Mever realized chocolates expire so quickly. Contacted Hershey but no one cared. They said they fulfilled the order and met their obligation. Didn't expect such an answer from such a good company. Beware. Ask about expiration dates. They don't disclose upfront and wexas consumers don't know better.

“Clunky website, poor service, wrong product sent”

I order alot online and this experience probably my worst. Clunky poorly designed site. Not sure after finishing if my order went through. Waited 2 days for a confirmation. None received. Ordered again. Got email this time. A dew days later checked my bank balance, found 2 identical charged from world pantry.' cslled Hersheys. Turns out first order did go through. A few days later, tracking info said order was delivered by LS. Was not received. Called LS. They said their driver was sure it was delivered. Today, a box delivered, but wrong item. Wow. Screwed up at every point, every level. Will NEVER ordrr again. Strongly urge others to stay away

I ordered the 4lb. Pink foil Hershey Kisses for an event. First notice from Hershey was the item was backordered and would be sent in a week. I thought, "nice fresh kisses". Received the pkg about a week later. Packaged the kisses for the event without opening a kiss. After the event, I had a few leftover and found most had that white ashiness on them. To me this means they were old. Be sure to check before you give out to others.

I recently purchased a mixed bag of chocolate candy and they were pretty good until I got a whooper and it was very hard, I was not a very happy person
