I purchased a bra the end of June 2024. I returned it the next day unworn. They emailed me 7/11 refusing a refund. It was never worn.

Not only did they take over 2 weeks to ship out the bikini top I ordered, it never arrived. When I called customer service they gave me an auto response…..which told me to look around my house and check the post office. When I said I already did that, they basically told me that it was delivered and that there was nothing they could do. I escalated to a manager and got the same run around. Absolutely zero customer service. I have never experienced such bad customer service. I spent $50 on absolutely nothing……and at this point dealing with my credit card company to dispute the charge. I will NEVER purchase from this company again.
I have been waiting for my order for over a month. When I tried to cancel it, customer service said it was already out for delivery. It still did not arrive. When I checked again, it said the estimated shipping was in two weeks. I will be surprised if I ever see this product and would never order from them again.
Herroom used to be a top notch company. They are now completely incompetent. They sold me a bikini that was in stock. Shipped me bottoms only and then told me out of stock top. Its been 2 months and with each date expected they push it another 3 weeks. I wear a specialized size and had to spend $200 to get a suit for my planned vacation. I complained to customer service and asked for a discount on the backorder item. Customer service recommended I just cancel instead and return the bottoms. In one communication, customer service sent me some canned response that had nothing to do with my questions. Then they just stopped responding.Disappointing to see a once great company fall into the toilet.
Never received my wife's shipment. Post Office tracker shows "delivered on 4/19/24" which was a lie. Contacted "Customer Service" at HerRoom and they wrote back "look around your house". Not only rude but incompetent as well. They claim they have "proof of delivery" which they don't.Worst as well as ignorant "Customer Service" I wish there were a 0 Star Rating. A lot of B.S. for a $25 purchase. They obviously take your $$ for delivery and then don't insure it
I ordered socks from Her Room on November 23rd, 2024, and haven't received them yet. The estimated delivery date is now February 22nd, which means I'll have waited 3 months for socks I've already paid for. I'm frustrated with the long wait time and lack of communication from the seller.
Her Room has a huge selection of lingerie, not only something for everyone, but lots of choices for everyone, no matter what you are looking for, and excellent brands. Also provided are detailed reviews that provide very good information, pro and con, about fit, comfort, fabric, etc. for every item. Very good service. A very easy and fun shop. Highly recommended.

HerRoom has the most comprehensive information and search filters of any bra website. They've helped me understand different kinds of bras and how they work so I know what I like and what to look for. On top of all that, their prices are competitive as well. Typically, the only bras I buy from other sites are styles or colors HerRoom doesn't carry.
There are so many things wrong with this place. Their website is very old-fashioned and not user friendly at all, and their customer service , at least by email, was horrible in my experience (took 3 days to respond only to give me another customer’s info, when they had the correct order #, how does that happen?). Chat is great … when available, which is not that often regardless of the hours they post. I bought an item that ended in back order and they never informed me, until I finally contacted them after not receiving a shipment notice for several days. It was my first time -and definitely my last- shopping here! Big mistake. Avoid it! It’s been a bad shopping experience, very time-consuming and frustrating.
As I often have to, I had to place multiple orders to figure out exactly the right size because every manufacturer and every style is a little different. Herroom makes this process easy and hassle free. Not to mention, the bra I ended up with fits perfectly, feels sturdy, is exactly what I needed, AND it's cute.
I have ordered a few times from herroom without issue, but this last order was very problematic. In February, herroom.com had a sitewide sale on Wacoal. I ordered a bra and a pair of panties from Wacoal line and they were both discounted. However, at check out the price didn't reflect the discount. I emailed customer service who said the items weren't on sale and "sorry for any confusion". I sent back screenshots with the sale prices on both items shown clearly. No response. I waited a week and sent another email to customer service and no response. It's probably only about $30 I'm out, it was false advertising and/or truly incompetent customer service. I'll go back to ordering just from Nordstrom.
I was completely satisfied with my experience with HerRoom. Granted, I only purchased 3 pair of Lollipop underpants, so not much can go wrong there. I knew that I was purchasing a backorder, but it’s not as though I was down to my last pair of pants. When shipping was further delayed, HerRoom notified me promptly, and gave me the option to cancel. I was notified once my order shipped, the package arrived, and everything was fine. Just be aware, though, that HerRoom will flood your inbox with offers.
They delivered fast. I needed a return, they posted as over 30days, no responses to my need of customer servicel. I will do no future business and stuck with an oversize item.
You can find many different brands together in one place and they follow up with tracking info, and other related problems etc. The product info which is detailed is very helpful too.
I love the huge selection that HerRoom has for bras. I can typically always find my size in something I will want. Every purchase has been a smooth transaction, so I have not had to deal with customer service, so I cannot speak to that. I get my purchase in timely manner with reasonable, sometimes no shipping cost, depending on how much I spend. I have liked everything I have bought there so far, and the fit has been perfect. So the bras I have bought have been true to size and fit as expected. I will continue to be a customer of HerRoom. They are also a partner affiliate with Delta Skymiles, so I get Skymiles when I shop there, which is another plus. I can definitely recommend HerRoom for all your lingerie needs.
HerRoom is the first place I found front open bras (no wires) that held me with all the strength of bras with underwires. The bras are beautifully designed and strongly constructed. Correspondence with HerRoom is also always professional and timely. I appreciate everything about this business.
If you want to make a return you can get a label that cost somehting Ike $7. But if you want exchange your items you suddenly you can't get a label anymore.. you have to pay and organise the return of your own (about $20!) This is mentioned nowhere and no help was offered after inquiring after how to get a label. It's especially sad in the bra industry; it's difficult to find the right sports bra straight away. Return and exchange policies should be better and more transparent.
I have never had a issue with my purchases from Herroom. I had to make one return which went well, and you can chat with someone online if you have a question about a product. I feel it's a safe website to shop from. On one occasion on another website looking for lingerie my credit card got hacked

“Buying bras at her room”

I'm handicapped so I buy everything online. I've bought my bras online with her room for quite a long time it works out well for me and I'm able to get the same bra but I know fits every time. My experience has been good the only problem I had this last time was my address that changed and it got messed up in the system. I had to call to make sure they changed the way the address was showing. They did help me but it was not easy getting the help to do this. I was a little frustrated but my order did get to me. I'll still keep using her room for my bras.

“Item is great, but my wife is too short!”

The garter belt is fantastic. My wife doesn't really like the thin waisted belts, preferring the wider ones. The thing about it is the garters hang lower which resulted in the stocking being lower on my wife's legs since she is short (5' 0"). Unfortunately, she didn't like how it fit her. However, this is not a knock on the garter belt at all.

I went online and reordered 2 items I had previously ordered years ago (38DD) and wanted them back again. I did not consider that I had lost weight (30 lbs) over the past 5-6 years and ordered (36D) so when they arrived they were a struggle to get on (body briefers). I returned them through the post office last week and feel like I need to be present to try things on in the future.

I ordered 10 pair of 100% nylon size 5 underwear after a lot of searching and reading reviews. After placing the order and being fully charged and expecting to receive the underwear, I was notified of a lengthy delay. In other words, I was sold underwear that was not in stock! That should never happen in my opinion! When the package arrived 5 weeks later, the fit was huge so I returned all of them and had to pay $9 shipping at the post office. The entire experience was terrible.

“No Customer Service Response”

I was notified 2 of the 3 bras I ordered had shipped. When the package finally arrived only 1 bra with a note the other was damaged and didn't ship. In the meantime I was charged for both. I emailed them from their website Saturday September 21st and received an automated response. The response said they would get back to me shortly. On the website I think it says within 48 hours. Nothing by Wednesday Sept 25th so I called and waited 15 minutes before leaving a message. It is now a full week and 2 days after my original email and still nothing. I am fed up and want a refund for the 2 bras that are now limbo. I love the fact that you have such amazing filters in helping us find products by styles and sizes, and some of the most extensive product selections for lingerie on the internet. Unfortunately, the HerRoom search engine is painfully slow in loading and this makes the experience very frustrating. This is not due to slow internet or wifi on my end; I actually had my house hardwired with ethernet and don't have wifi buffering to slow my system down since my house has been wired for ultra high speed internet. I don't encounter such slow speeds with anyone else on the internet, just HerRoom, which is super slow, which is like dial-up from 30 years ago. Delivery time for my order has now now taken over 7 days from date of shipment, on top of delays for the item having been out of stock. I would have thought that the items would have been expedited since I had such a long wait.

“My favorite panties”

I was able to find my favorite panties in colors that I love! There is nothing like Vanity Fair Lace Nouveau nylon briefs. They've been my favorite over 30 years. HerRoom carries colors I just can't find in the local department stores. Shipping was fast, too! I love HerRoom and VF panties.

The only panties I wear are shadow line high cut briefs. I have worn them for many many years and they are the only ones that do not ride up. I never put my lingerie in the dryer so they last forever. My old ones are still OK but I wanted to get some new ones in case they weren't available any longer. Only part of my Order was available for shipment. I have tried to contact the Company through their Website on two occasions to find when the last item would be shipped but have had no luck.
