To add insult to injury, I’ve received report updates meant for someone else just because we share a first name. When I asked for a refund, I was told I wasn’t eligible—despite your so-called action plan being to file the same complaint with the FTC month after month. Your website's "guarantee" is nothing but a lie. I’ve shelled out $399 upfront, $99 every month, and $19.95 monthly for credit monitoring, and the only thing you’ve successfully done is remove a few hard inquiries. Seven months is more than enough time to remove even a simple outdated address—something any competent credit repair company should be able to do. I laid out my expectations clearly with Miguel, who assured me it would only take 3-4 months, but I gave you seven. Your so-called “masterclass” and training are useless without actually removing items from my credit report. Miguel gave me his word, and I trusted him and your company's reputation. On top of that, your website stated a 100% guarantee as of August 8th, which you conveniently changed to a "6-month guarantee" after I brought it to your attention.
