It’s a scam 😞 Ordered for first time with them and was excited as dresses looked lovely ! Ordered three dresses for a wedding but they came late and after the wedding. Then I find I needed to pay £10 to return them and thought this was strange. Returned my items back in perfect condition and never heard back so contacted them and was told I had store credit! I couldn’t believe it! Still trying to get through to a human to help me. I cannot afford to lose £240! I’m feel so used and disappointed and don’t know what to do .

Terrible experience. Waited weeks on the dress and when it arrived very small around the bust( I am petite with a small chest) so returned it , and still over 2 months later they are saying they haven’t recieved it.
