I loved Klarity. It was great service Cynthia Yu FNP-BC is an amazing practitioner who asks the right questions and gets me set up with the right plan for my treatment. She’s very flexible with scheduling, is really knowledgeable, and makes sure that we’re staying up to date with our plan. I had to discontinue only because I moved out of state and had to find an in state provider. She’s a great practitioner and anyone who works with her in the future should consider themselves lucky.

Laurie Foley is super professional but at the same time she is very personable and everything went perfect. It was my first time ever doing a video apportionment and she was very thorough and I can't wait till the next appointment

Dr. Bender has shown patience and understanding while I have been navigating getting treatment for mental health. He is professional and courteous. He takes time to listen to my concerns and addresses them for me. I'm glad that I was paired with him for my mental health care. Highly recommended!

I have mixed feelings about Klarity. I really like my provider but she is inconsistent. I think the system should have a scheduled follow up / refill (if allowed by law). There were three times so far that it took me constant follow ups to get my prescription filled. This month, I have yet to receive my refill. If the providers are going to have several patients, they really need assistance to service their patients. I was really happy with the service and I understand things happen but when its consistently happening... this seems like it is more of systematic issue. I am looking at alternatives now for my treatment.

Klarity made it so easy to connect with my provider. My provider, Megan, was phenomenal. She was proffesional, patient focused and super knowledgeable about my diagnosis. Ive had my diagnosis for the past 7 years and the other for over 25 years. I walked away from our very first meeting with knowledge about my symptoms that know one had ever said to me or broken down to me in the way that she did and I also am a medical professional. I was genuinely impressed and wish I had been working with her from the very beginning.

Randy has been exceptional, especially during an incredibly difficult time after losing both my grandfathers within a month. She's knowledgeable about ADHD treatment and prescribed medication that has helped me. Her supportive approach and willingness to listen have been crucial in helping me navigate recent challenges. I've been seeing Cynthia Yu for around 9 months now and she has been exceptional. Always quick to respond to any messages/questions, appointments are always right on time and she is very kind and helpful. I've had no issues with receiving my medications from my pharmacy, and Cynthia Yu has been very helpful in explaining how my medications work and what to expect and be careful/aware of. I had an issue with a high blood pressure measurement during a stressful time for my family and she noticed immediately and checked in with me daily for a few weeks to make sure my BP/HR were in healthy ranges, along with giving advice on how to keep it down. All around excellent service!

I was a customer. The Doctor was 18 minutes late for an appointment. Then, they rescheduled a new call over the weekend without my knowledge and are double-charging. This company is a scam.

I struggled to make appointments and actually keep them. So it took me about a year to begin treatment for my adhd. Overall Klarity was easy for me in the beginning but after establishing a route with my current doctor it has all become a breeze. Dr. Cynthia Yu is a life changer! She’s knowledgeable, responsive, and so helpful to me. My treatment has been going spectacular since I started working with her. I genuinely feel so blessed to have found her and this site. I’ve gone years untreated and starting again has been nothing short of impossible. So this site and easy of use has truly been a life saver. I’d be lost without Dr Yu and Klarity

Such a scam...Previously diagnosed with ADHD but due to taking bupe, which other providers had no problems with, I basically paid $150 to be told to see psychiatrist? No option for noncontrolled substance or even weekly dose to build rapport.. I am going to try to dispute with my card because I should have been told they could not treat me before I was charged $150.

Yea they are flagging it right now as well. They obviously focus more on bad publicity than what they should really be doing - helping address their clients needs. It has been over 800 hours since I have heard back from the "provider". If you see positive listings below - it was probably from previous year when they actually were useful.

I have dealt with few medical providers from different institutions, most of them did not seem to listen to my concerns or address them properly. I am very happy to have found Nina as my medical provider. She is very knowledgeable, professional, kind and pays attention to all aspects of my treatment. Whenever I have a concern or a question, she is available to answer my questions even outside the regular checkups. I usually send her my questions thru the massaging portal and she responds rather quickly. Nina is an outstanding healthcare provider that sets the standard for what other healthcare providers should be.
