It turns out they were extremely busy that day, and what I felt was horrible service was them doing the best they could. I concluded my business the next day with them, and couldn't have been treated better. They did not deserve my bad review.

There finance payments are to high for such small amount of funds you can borrow, or they offer by mail. No matter how high your credit score is. And it’s unwelcoming especially to loyal customers. Don’t get me wrong the staff is great. It’s the company policies I have had several loans with them paid them all and was never late. This is why my concern is why such limited amount you can borrow and repayment is so high with good credit or high credit score.

Friendly and very courteous, even when talking on the phone I have a sense of a smile behind the person whom I'm speaking with .and for some reason it appears to be right on time when I am in a need. Thank you. I don't know just how the cookies work but on a scale of 1 to 5 .I give a good 5.
