Is gravityblankets.com Legit?

As per other comments on this page - this website is a scam. Order a blanket in October and never received shipment confirmation - contacted customer service by email who said item was under way but it never arrived, so had to raise as dispute with mastercard to recover the funds !Please stay away from this disgraceful business!

Total scam! The items are nothing like pictured, very low quality, you will likely want to return and they have a terrible return policy but even if you return you'll be lucky if they refund anything. I made a return and tracked the item to ensure it was delivered and never got refunded, emailed them 3 times and no one responds.

The blanket is way too heavy and does not have a "cooling effect" as advertised. It was actually hurting my joints! Stopped using it right away. The return policy is garbage as well, you have to pay 65$ for shipping. Don't buy it. you will get stuck with it.

Ordered a weighted blanket that never delivered. They refuse to provide refund or even send another one after numerous conversations. Eventually they said do whatever you want to do and I never heard back again. Trust the 2000+ negative reviews you see here!

I returned a blanket to swap out for another through store credits, and because I didn't have account when I purchased, the credits are no where to be found. I've reached out no less than eight times to them via email and through their website chat box. I won't be purchasing any more from them in the future.

I bought Gravity cooling weighted blanket...It was not cooling at all. Material is not pleasant for the skin and is kind of rough. I was trying to contact them to create a return label...but they ignore my messages. The only way to contact them is via email...no response and it has been 3 weeks already! Terrible experience.

A fairly good product but the charging is opaque / misleading. All products are shipped from Poland, and are obviously weighty. So you will find yourself stiffed with a heavy additional bill from FedEx just before your order arrives. In my case £62.95 on top. This information is buried in the Gravity Blanket website, but not flagged with sufficient prominence to consumers. Beware.....

I got the wrong weight - Queen Size Classic Weighted Blanket and I would like to switch it out for a Single size. I have emailed them for weeks now and still no response from them. Since I only have 30 days window to return/exchange, I guess that's the game they are playing. They don't respond to you and make you lose the exchange window. If you are unsure whether this blanket would help with your anxiety, don't bother getting it to try because returning it is a nightmare.

Appears like a decent product however blanket I received was not gray but green. I reached out to customer support the same day I received the packrt and no response yet. CAUTION Return policy is extremely restrictive and cost of shipping back 35lbs box is more than what I payed for the blanket. I do hope customer care will resolve this issue but nothing happened so far.Please note there is an funny update. My issue happened February 2020 someone from Gravityblanket just replied today February 2021 🤣

Ordered in mid-August, was told it'd be 20 business days max, it hasn't arrived in mid-November. I've contacted them twice (they've never contacted me) and both times they blamed Yodel and said it'd arrive in a few days. Don't order via bank transfer - I think it's to make it harder to get a refund.Am now fighting for a refund

A few yrs ago I started waking at 3:00 am and lying awake for hours feeling exhausted by midday. Since receiving a gravity blanket for Christmas... my LIFE has changed. 95%of my nights are now uninterrupted!! And the few times I have woken up, I find I am sleeping again within 30 min. I have told everyone I know about this product and recently purchased another as a birthday gift for my son. Although I find it to be completely comfortable temperature wise... I am interested to see if I will be able to use it in the summer. I certainly hope so, because I can’t imagine sleeping without it ever again!

Placed an order and it was allegedly delivered. I was home (because face it we all are). No delivery was made. Waited a day just to be sure. Contacted CS explaining this and that I even looked around and in mailbox. Company rep responded asking if I did that (did you not read my original email?). Responded back saying that I looked, not there and radio silence. Likely to dispute transaction at this point since company is determined to ignore customers.

I’ve had the Queen size blanket for about 6 months and I don’t recommend buying. The blanket sags at the end of the bed and the buttons have come off. The button system is frustrating and difficult. I don’t even enjoy using the blanket anymore. I won’t be able to replace the duvet cover anytime soon because the button connection system is now obsolete. What an absolute waste of money.

The whole ordering process is extremely misleading. At no point, while shopping, adding to cart, ordering and paying for the order are you made aware of any extra fees to be paid because the UK is outisde of the EU. Especially when it is a "co.uk" website and the address for contact is within the UK. They appear to be getting around this by saying "oh well it's on our shipping page" which is only accessible if you scroll right to the bottom of the website and look for it. Do not order from them unless you're willing to pay in excess off £100 customs charges.

These are a very dangerous company. They know I have anxiety and Harrass me with court threats every day even twice on Christmas as I fell into difficulties with covid and am getting help from debt management I gave them my details and asked them to stop harrassing me I've handed my debts to be managed. They have been vile.thry know I'me a sufferer of anxiety and to tell me a blanket will help shows how desperate and gullable I was, because it never helped and these are nasty people. Be careful guys and if you are struggling with there methods seek help. Don't try do it alone

Read all the other bad reviews - all relating to FedEx charges, Normally around a month later. UK government should not allow this and should protect its own citizens, especially when Boris wanted Brexit and miss-sold it in the first place. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I wish there was a negative star button! Order place on the 22nd SEPTEMBER had email then tell me production was 3-5 days then postage 10-14 ties up with website so not surprised.Next excuse delay with items coming from overseas, asked them to cancel order as they were going against the contract- no answer.On the 21st NOVEMBER I was told my order had been sent and I would receive within 3-7 days. GUESS WHAT still no response from me telling them to cancel and refund and no item! Thanks fully I paid with Clearpay who have refunded! Bloody disgusting treatment or lack of!

I must have ordered the wrong weight, because my friends rave about these. But the one I got is not heavier than the average quilt. I had, in fact, removed a quilt from the bed in anticipation of the arrival of my blanket. While it’s nice and well-constructed, it’s not notably different from any other blanket in my house. Hopefully your experience will be better.

Both my husband and I have had our fair share of sleeping issues over the years. I bought him a Gravity Blanket for his birthday last month and saw the immediate benefits that he was having and decided to purchase one for myself and love it. I get extremely hot at night when I sleep so I'm looking to purchase another cover to assist with that.

I am sooo disappointed I didn’t read the reviews before purchasing these blankets. Horrible customer service. I bought 5 and wanted to return 3 of them unopened and never even taken out of the box or bag and they will not accept my return. I also purchased them before Christmas to give some for Christmas and sone for birthdays In January. I have never been involved with a company with such poor customer service. Also take notice they don’t respond either! Guarantee they will not be in business very long!
