Purchased a fan months ago and still haven't received it

I placed an order for express shipping two weeks ago. And still nothing. I am still waiting on the bags for my upcoming trip. I emailed with no response. I see a tracking number but no courier, so I cannot track it. I will never shop here again. And I have told others to avoid it at all costs.

I ordered a "Portable Wall Mounted Fan" for $19.98, three weeks ago have not received it. Looking closer at my paperwork which was very few it has my order it has my total paid and nothing else. No order number invoice number very limited information therefore it is impossible for me to track or find my product sounds like this company is a RIP OFF FRAUD

I did have to wait a while, but the company did respond and the shoes I ordered arrived today. I usually end up with shoes too small. The lined shoes are actually a bit too large so order your exact size. I will just wear heavier socks. They seem to be well made also. Thank you!

If I could give a minus 5 I would. I placed an order mid December and paid for express delivery, today January 11, 2024 haven't received anything. I've sent at least 10emails and never got a response. I've been emailing customer service and no one is responding, and YES I've been checking my spam folder. DO NOT BUY from this company.

Bought the Stylish Pleated Wide-leg pants advertised on Facebook marketplace. Referred to their sizing chart..did my body measurement and ordered 2 pairs trousers accordingly.They arrived on time but they were 2 sizes too small and there were threads hanging from them as poorly made. Despite 3 attempts to contact them for my 100% money back guarantee, they didn’t reply to my emails…apart from..”your order is on its way” ?…Luckily I had paid with eBay and they were able to contact them and get most of my money back.( minus postage) . If you have the body of a 12 year old these might fit you ! They need to correct their sizing chart as Amazon reviewers are saying the same thing I now see.

This company could contact me and correct their error. I ordered 1 black, 1 brown purses. Received a black and an orange purse. Could never get a response to correct this error. Now I want a white purse and after reading everyone else's comments, not a chance will I order from this company/person.

Ordered liquid transfer pumps on 12/26/23. They stated shipping within 2 days. Waited until around 1/4/24. Sent emails asking for information on it. Received email on 1/5/24 cancelling transaction. No reason why, just cancelled. Said will receive refund in 3 to 5 days. STILL WAITING, will see. Stay away from this company. Paid on the spot, nowhave to wait at least up to 5 days to get a refund. I ordered one of your collapsible waterproof large capacity travel bag. 1st it was not what was advertised, ( there was supposed to be 2 compartments) 2nd I used it recently on a trip and the lining by the internal zipper became detached from the bag, then the zipper broke. Pant legs were narrow didn't fit right material was wrong they don't look like the picture that's for sure I would never buy again I don't recommend anybody else buying.And you can't find a return address. Money wasted
