I'm very happy with the free cellphone, the unlimited text and minutes. I was without a cellphone for three months because someone had stolen it. It's truly been a blessing, I'm able to stay in contact with my family, close friends and make all necessary doctors appointments. I don't know what I would have done if I didn't have this cellphone.Thank you for allowing me to have this opportunity.

I'm being treated like a gold member client and I just went with the most economical plan. I am rethinking my decision and I am definitely switching to a higher rate plan because the service and devices are shaping up to the Unity Wireless company are the Gold Members.

I got my tablet with no instructions on how to activate it and the sim card wasn’t already activated and couldn’t find a way to contact anyone either. So I just let it go but they still send emails about restoring my service.

I really like they offer you a really decent tablet and phone! The phone and tablet both have very good features. However, they need improvement with their customer service, and I think it would help if they posted videos on how to set up the equipment for people that are more visual learners. Also, they make it almost impossible to talk with a customer service rep, but once I did, he resolved my issue immediately. Thank you for so much for the beautiful tablet and reasonably priced phone.

Most def can't complain about free exceptional cell service! Received the phone faster than I expected and in these hard times we can all use the fact that it's one less bill to be had. We are in the best country in the world and this helps to Make America Great Again!

Very good service, I recommend it. I had a problem with the IQ code that they sent me to connect my phone and I wrote to them by email and they answered me quickly letting me know and they sent me a solution.

Awesome experience. Easy to set up. Looking forward to having free text, phone, & data. With income that's limited, this will be a blessing in helping to have extra money from paycheck to paycheck.

Horrible! My tablet's touch screen stopped working so I sent it in for a replacement under the warranty. They made me wait over two months to see if I still qualified for a plan they no longer provide then sent me a completely different tablet than the one I paid for! I'm still trying to get a reply via email since I can't find a working customer service number for them. Horrible customer service!!!

I live in the country and the internet service is poor. Unity wireless has a longer range that many wireless companies. My TV and computer will lose their signal but I always have phone service with Unity Wireless.

It was super easy very fast I had my tablet within days and then I also got a SIM card for free phone service I really appreciate your guys's website and I thank you very much! Great experience :)

I am very blessed like many thousands of others that unity took it upon themselves to offer free service to disabled, and the elderly. Now that I’ve had service for a few months, I can truthfully leave a review! I'm grateful to have a functional phone again, but I've experienced occasional dropped calls “occasionally”, and internet connectivity issues in areas with high cellular traffic. While it works as expected otherwise, I'm disappointed that the phone provided felt like a refurbished one, not a new one as expected. Despite this, I appreciate the effort to provide a working phone service! (Indianapolis) -Joseph

After my company shut down I was jobless thanks to unity they sent me an awesome tablet and allowed me to keep up with employment opportunities. I found a job. Thank you Unity Wireless. You saved me.

Soooooo slow!! The internet speed, downloading, etc is so slow it reminds me of dial up service from way back when. It’s so frustrating looking at the screen waiting for a page to load, and you just keep waiting. Makes me want throw the tablet across the room.

Great phone and great service no dropped calls the internet service is awesome as well thank you so much Unity you are providing a great service keep up the good work and God bless.

5 stars - Make sure when you're signing up with Unity Wireless that you are on the correct plan. I purchased a phone & qualified for a free tablet but my phone was on the tablet plan, NOT the phone plan. It was an EASY fix. Everyone has been kind & helpful that I have talked with. I signed up in January and I am on my second month of phone service with no problems thus far. Honestly wish I would have done this sooner.
