If i could give zero stars I would. Beware if you're trip has multiple "legs" as if you make the first flight they say they do not need to buy the tickets for your next flights. They did this and when I complained they said it is the airline policy. I asked to see the policy and was told we can't show you it. Now we're out $1,000. I tried to book the same flights with Booking.com, with them I am at Level2 Genius, but their website couldn't handle my credit card payment and I couldn't get anybody to talk to in order to the problem resolved. Now with your website I was an easy one. Thank you.

Adding a last minute $47 increase in the cost of the ticket due to a "high demand" defeats the purpose of going through a discount site to purchase a ticket. This could have been stated from the beginning before going through the very long list of options. The significant increase is notably dishonest and deceitful.

I was excited for my flight. I checked all the airline and found the confirmation numbers. All of a sudden, I got an email that my flight got canceled due to technical difficulties. So disappointed.

The flight was cheaper than on the other web so we book through Gotogate. They charged us $29 seat selection fee each seat we picked and it ended up the same price as other web. Anyways I went on the airline's actual web sight and realized I could select seats FREE there! I called them and said you should have put some sign like "you can reserve your seats free form the airline web later" but he said the airline make us pay it so we can't help it. The site constantly kicked me out and lost what had been entered. IT took 5 tries to complete the booking.

I bought a ticket by mistake as the destinations were reversed. I had been looking for a ticket home for 3 days. I noticed the mistake within 15 minutes and I was forced to pay a fee of $88 for cancellation within 24 hours. I have never been charged a processing fee before. I will probably skip this website in the future

GoGate seems to have everything in order when booking flights thru them. They have constant communication of what documents are needed and will check you in.

After being redirected from Skyscanner, the site was in another language and I didn't see any option to change the language. The search reset without notice and I had to restart it, the price being different this time. Before paying, the price changed once again. This looks like a scam.

Hello Team, While I was booking the flight, the total price displayed was different. However, during payment, a pop-up appeared mentioning a $40 increase in the ticket amount. This is not acceptable. * GoToGate attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

Despite saying reservations can be modified on the website, they tried to charge 3x the ticket price for a name mistake even though tickets were purchased less than 24 hours prior. Customer service was polite but ultimately unhelpful due to rigid policies. Will never use them again
