Is gorjana.com Legit?

This stuff is expensive and flimsy. It is not worth the money at all. You are paying for their ridiculously deceiving commercials. This jewelry does not stand up up to normal every day life wear

The clasp on my fine jewelry bracelet broke after only purchasing it less than 3 months ago. When I reached out to customer service, they did not even respond. I would expect much better quality and service than what I received.

I am extremely dissatisfied. I ordered a star with diamonds, but first of all, it's too small; it's almost invisible. The chain is very thin. It looks ugly, much worse than photographed on the website. Absolutely not worth the money; for this amount, you can get a more serious piece of jewelry. Terrible delivery. They didn't even send me a tracking number, and eventually, the package just appeared in my mailbox after two weeks. Also, the packaging does not match the price at all. In short, it's a terrible scam, better to buy something much nicer for this money.

Terrible customer service. Paid for express delivery because I was in need of the item for an upcoming wedding. After paying for expedited 2 day delivery. I waited 4 days and then called for an update as I hadn't heard anything. They tell me they flagged it as fraudulent and will pass it to upper management. Couple of days later I send an email requesting an update even though it way too late at this point. They then don't respond and a week later refund me. Absolutely terrible communication and customer service.

So far I am very pleased with my jewelry. I purchased gold plated and I was actually shocked at how great it looks ‘on’. I purchased from a Gorjana retail store, but I did not try the necklaces on before I purchased them. As I said, I am very pleasantly surprised at how great they look. I will see how they hold up over time.

Comments on the clasps are 100% accurate. Received a necklace couldn’t get it open. I called to return and they sent me a video on how to open the clasp! Still had trouble so returned it but really if you need a video to show customers how to open and properly close a clasp you need a redesign! Jewelry is pretty but the gems are tiny! Much smaller than pictures show. Almost need a magnifying glass to see them! Disappointing all around.

Bracelet fell off and was lost after an hour of wearing it because of the “Parker clasp” no concern by customer service because they don’t replace lost items! Well fine! I spent about $600 there and they can’t replace a lousy $45 bracelet with a poorly designed clasp? No more Gorjana for me.. I’ll buy quality items from better company

Poor customer service experience. Discount shows as valid on website but then cancels at time of payment. Explanation from ‘Customer service’ is “sorry, there are no discounts right now”. Instagrammed messaged almost a week ago and still no reply.

I have always loved the Gorjana products. Recently, I was offered a gift card and when I wanted to use it, it appeared to be expired. I contacted the support and they extended the gift card. Amazing customer support. Keep going Gorjana!

What an amazing company… great products AND superb customer service (a rare combination in today’s world!)… replaced a faulty item kindly and expeditiously ;) Well done, Gorjana! Expect us to be continued repeat customers!

I ordered hundreds of dollars worth of jewelry from this website. For some reason, my things shipped in two separate orders, but okay. They sent me emails stating that one package would contain the diamond pavé studs while the other would contain ... everything else.I received the first package yesterday (01/05). I excitedly opened it to find a SINGLE stud. I double checked my order because this website sells singles and well as pairs of many of their earrings. Nope, my order specified studS and I was charged accordingly ($210 for the pair vs $105 for the single). I immediately sent them a message through the customer contact form on their website. 24 hours later and no response, I messaged their live CS chat. I gave the rep (Lilly) my order number and told her there was a problem. Without even waiting to hear what I had to say, she told me it was shipping in two packages, not one. I explained to her that that wasn't the problem and told her about the missing stud. I also told her I had already tried reaching out about this issue with no response.Her reply? "I'll check with the team and get back with you." I guess she didn't like my response that I expected a little more urgency given to the situation bc she's left me on read in the chat for over ten minutes now. If I'm literally spending hundreds of dollars on your website, I expect someone to care if there's a problem. I'm waiting for the second package to arrive so I can return all of the things I ordered and spend my money somewhere else. How disappointing.

I wish I would of read reviews earlier to purchasing 500$ rings and having the worse costumer service ever , they never responded and on Instagram all I’ve got was “ we forwarded your message to management “ so don’t buy anything from this brand

“Poor Return Policy and Customer Service”

Bought a $400+ necklace 4 days after Thanksgiving to be given as a Christmas gift. Recipient decided she would like something different. Tried to start a return January 9th via email as the company suggests and was told it was well past the 30 day return window. Necklace has not been worn. Contacted customer service by phone and told the same thing. When asked to speak to a supervisor or manager was told that I would have to resubmit another email requesting the escalation to a supervisor as their policy doesn't allow them to transfer phone calls. Sketchy outfit. Still waiting on resolution. STAY AWAY FROM COMPANY THAT DOESN'T STAND BY IT'S PRODUCT AND TREAT CUSTOMERS APPROPRIATELY. Tip for consumers:NO ACCOMMODATION FOR RETURNS REGARDING GIFTS GIVEN FOR HOLIDAY/CHRISTMAS WITH SHORT 30 DAY RETURN WINDOW EVEN ON UNWORN JEWELRY.
