Is glamlite.com Legit?

I ordered the Fresh Prince palette on 30/07 and it arrived on 07/08 (it was delayed by 1 day when it got to the UK for some reason so it would have come earlier!). It was packaged really well and I am in love with the quality of the eyeshadows! Super easy to blend and the shimmers are incredible too! Definitely will be ordering from here again asap!

I would give zero stars if I could and am thinking of taking legal action against them. They are putting out false advertising with their Barbie palette and only ONE of the shades are approved for eye area use when they have marketing that shows women with their eyes all done up in different colors. They have not responded at all to my emails. Severely disappointing.

Ordered the Betty Boop collection and didn’t receive my package, when I reached out to customer service they verified they sent the package to the wrong address and said to go there and ask for it. Their customer service is terrible. They did not offer to give me a refund or to send me my package. They advised to ask the mailman. So disappointed!

I picked up the two Chucky lip kits at CVS today and as soon as I applied the liner, I had severe burning around my lips. After several washes and two hours later, I still feel it vaguely. I have no allergies at all, and have never had any reaction to makeup products in my life. The lipsticks also had a terrible toxic smell. My local CVS also told me that several people have tried to return the Chucky eyeshadow palettes due to burning in their eyes...

I ordered the new Mikayla phat two palette five days ago, and I already received it, and in perfect condition. I am so excited as I read many reviews, and YT comments saying delivery took a month. Maybe this is for new(er) releases? I will definately order from Glamlite again.

These people are giving the KISS brand a bad name..bought ultimate package and still not received tracking false..they do not even respond to emails..total scams..be warned..if you already ordered I suggest getting with your credit card company cause these people are not gonna cooperate in any way!!!!!

I am still waiting for a refund for a defective palette since February and it’s now the end of may. Glamlite sent a palette that stunk strongly of paint ignored my concerns for over a month then finally sent a return label in March, I sent it back and still don’t have my money. This company is shady, has terribly condescending communication and should never get any one’s money

I would give zero stars if I could! They incorrectly labeled my order and sent it to the wrong address and in a different country. When i contacted them they blamed me and basically told me to find it! I even sent proof i had filled in my info all correctly when I ordered and that they had made the error. They stopped replying so i was forced to file a fraud complaint with my credit card company. Absolutely horrible "customer service"! More like Zero customer service!

This company is an absolute scam. They put out 3 big releases and are so behind orders that they annouce shipping times up to 4 weeks. Ok, I guess. If you love youll buy it. I am STILL waiting for my Nightmare on Elmstreet order that was apparently shipped on november 15th - but it wasn't. I paid 35€ extra for express shipping but DHL never received the package (which they confirmed). I conteacted the company multiple times via mail - no answer. I contacted them through instagram - no answer. And now the best part: they delete my critical comments on instagram. This is biggest scam company ever and I want my freaking money back. This company does not deserve a single penny from you and now I have the stress and to do to get my 200€ back while the orders are laughing in rich people fashion. Well done, scammer.

I normally read the reviews about a company before I submit an order and was my mistake this time. I ordered 10 items and I was surprised that arrived soon but came short. Only received 8 items. I looked for a customer service phone number but there's none. I sent an email with no response. This is my first and last time that I order for this site. Extremely disappointed!!! Is sad because the products are cute!!. Please don't order or waste your money here.

I really like their products, but unfortunately they banned me from buying from them again. I am really upset and my feelings were really hurt on Friday. Glamlite was one of my favorite companies. People’s tone in emails can be different. They don’t give you any window of forgiveness. If you make comments to BBB it’s a consider a form of a abuse. If you ask why your tracking hasn’t been updated in months it’s a form of abuse. If you reverse changes because your tracking never updated it a form of abuse. I just feel like their products aren’t cheap and if tracking isn’t update the normal reaction is did I get scammed. So I will just wait until I see their stuff on clearance at Marshall’s.

I actually tried to order a palette for my best friend karma but I ended up getting scammed they took over $100 from me I tried three or four times but it didn’t go through at all

Glamlite is one of my favorite Indie brands. I own every palette including the new one they just made. Keep up the good work Glamlite I'll definitely buy whatever you put out there.

Unfortunately I received a few defective products. I reached out to customer service and they got really defensive and rude. They promised to give me a refund and then they ignored me for about a month until I had to reach out on social media. They proceeded to block me and restrict my account. I reached out to them about this and they proceeded to tell me that my comment was harassing and bullying the brand. They don't allow any type of negative or constructive criticism. More importantly if you're asking for help they will not allow it. I still do not have a refund as promised. And I doubt I will ever see one. 😓😢 It's definitely left me with a negative feeling towards the brand and make up all together 🥺

I have NEVER dealt with such a dizzying array of beautiful colors and textures. The duochromes are to die for and blend like a dream. Treat yourself to something new, you'll be glad you did!!!!!

I made a few orders because I was pretty excited. Haven’t heard anything. It’s been about a month already tried to email him twice no response have no idea how I’ll ever get my money back definitely won’t order them again.

I HATE this company. I have tried their products before from Marshalls in the US when I make a trip down there and have loved their eyeshadow formulas, so I decided to order a boatload of stuff online for Christmas. I ordered a few days before Black Friday, and here I am, December 15th, and have still yet to receive my package. I paid $40, yes, 40 FRICKIN DOLLARS for shipping and then they decided to hold my package hostage at the boarder until I paid another $24!!! DHL wouldn't take my payment to get it over the border. I attempted emailing the company multiple times and had to wait over a week for a response. They continued to waste my time back and forth for weeks by attempting to find a resolution, to then tell me there was nothing they could do for overcharging me. I finally got my payment to DHL through, and now they're telling me my package was sent back to glamlite, but they happily took my money. I can't even IMAGINE the hoops I am going to have to jump through just to get a refund on my package. I AM SO UPSET! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS HORRID EXCUSE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE DEDICATED COMPANY!!!!

I ordered a make up collection which cost me £140. I loved it when I arrived and was very happy however one of the items arrived broken. I wasn’t mad this kind of stuff happens but I did email to let them know. They offered me a number of solutions which I loved and I chose to ship another blush for free. However since that date it’s been weeks I’ve emailed multiple times and no one has ever got back to me about shipping this replacement product. I wouldn’t usually mind it is only a blush after all but I paid a considerable amount of money for this. I’ve kept waiting for a reply but non have come.

I had order a pallet of Glamlite ! The pallet never arrived ! Glamlites Customer Service is extremely terrible as I have been a customer for years and have never had an issue until now ! Great products but terrible team I will no longer be a customer after this experience ! They are refusing to give me money back or issue another pallet out

I also ordered the Chucky collection. And while it was on back order at the time I understood that it was going to take awhile to arrive. I reached out to find out what was going on and there was a manufacturer issue with the pallet packaging. They were very responsive and there was no need to get mad or leave a negative review over it. People need to understand that things happen that are out of their control. I received my package today. It was perfectly packaged. No items damaged. They even sent it in the collectors box which I originally didn’t qualify for. They also sent extra items in the box which I’m guessing was an “I’m sorry it was so late” Please be patient everyone. This is a small business and sometimes things happen that they can not control. Be kind. I’m only writing this review because I don’t feel it’s fair to leave negative reviews on this company. This is a beautiful set and well worth the wait.
