Couldn't be happier with this service. An amazing solution to our over-burdened Healthcare system. Simple, fast, and convenient. The clinicians are knowledgeable, intuitive and supportive. I'd dare say in my 55 years, I've received better treatment with this service than any in person doctor's office where I was treated like a number whose time was less valuable than the doctor's. Often I've wasted 2-3 hours waiting to be seen by a family doctor, only to be rushed and dismissed during the actual face to face time.Each of my Maple "visits" have taken less than 15 minutes of my time - including being in the virtual waiting room. I won't go back to the old way. This is way better.
The doctor we had was very knowledgeable and just by listening to my son’s cough she knew there was inflammation. She was able to send a prescription out.
When I realized that I was running out of my prescription (1 capsule left) I used Maple app and within a few minutes a Nurse Practitioner contacted me and I was able to get a refill very quickly! All the proper steps were followed by the practitioner and I was able to provide the proper documentation!! Great service !
I appreciated having an option for a quick consultation rather than making an appointment with my doctor or going to a walk-in clinic. The consult chat was arranged quickly and was thorough. For improvements it would be nice to have a better way to share documents or photos from a computer, either suggest using a smart phone for the chat so they are more accessible, or be able to text photos separately from the chat. Next time I will initiate the request from my phone.
This was our first time using the service. We do not have a family doctor. Today is a holiday so most of the walk in clinics were closed. The registration process was easy, it didn’t take long to talk to a NP and she was lovely and helpful. The whole process took about 30-40mins. And we never had to leave our house.

I don’t have a family doctor that’s why I decided to use Maple. I received 2 requisitions from Maple, one blood and one ultrasound. My blood results could not be reviewed by you so I had to go to emergency to get iron supplements. The ultrasound you reviewed with me but could not offer me any further treatment. So without a family doctor and you guys not referring me to a gynaecologist and emergency rooms do not refer specialist either, I have no where to turn for care. I guess I just hope for the best and hope the pain doesn’t get worse.
I'm just not sure what to think about this one. I had a consultation with a doctor to renew 3 medications. It was also decided that she would send me for blood work. The consultation is now Completed. I received 1 prescription only. Two prescriptions are not renewed and no blood work requisition send to me. 1 out of 4 is not a good score. (unless more info is coming later but it's been hours and hours now.) I'm not planning on waiting another 3 hours on here.

I vote Getmaple.ca off the island. They did not deliver ( ie lied) about everything. There are better telehealth sites.
