Gemini does not treat feedback from retail customers seriously and support is very bad. Many of Gemini policies only benefit themselves but does not put customers interest at heart. Terra Luna Classic LUNA (LUNC) is an example of very bad where customers lost much. Unlike Binance, Gemini does not help customers to liase with Terra Form Labs to ensure Gemini users owning the Wrapped LUNC (WLUNC-ERC20) tokens to get them bridge over to LUNC. Many of the Gemini users are still trapped owning this WLUNC that is currently worthless losing lots of money. Also withdrawal of XRP and SOL (Solana) are not possible as Gemini does not support both XRP and SOL networks for withdrawal. Causing tokens stuck within Gemini exchange. Although Gemini exchange has a institutional arm serving the BTC Futures and ETF market. If Gemini offers bad support to retail customers, that would definitely propagate bad support to institutional customers as well.
