Is gamerthor.com Legit?

Bought the Elden Ring DLC 2 weeks ago and the order has been stuck in processing since with no way to view the key. I've messaged them multiple times now with no response nor have they given me a refund that I've also requested multiple times now through the website.At this point I'm out 30 bucks until the PayPal chargeback goes through. They may not be a scam, but they aren't reliable enough to buy from either.

Great customer service! They resolved my issue very quickly and promptly responded to my emails. My keys arrived shortly after payment.

Bought Shadow of Erdtree - Elden Ring feeling sketched out but it turns out they are legit and it's simple to redeem it, you just get the key for the game then redeem it on steam simple and easy. 10/10

I had an issue that got resolved to my satisfaction. I made an order that got stuck in processing for couple days, while already having paid. I also didn't get a response for about a week. I honestly thought I got ripped off, but it turned out to be an issue with their message system. In the end, they returned my money and gave me a discount for a future purchase.Of course such an issue isn't great, but they do resolve them appropriatly, meaning it seems like a trustworthy site to me :).

I just bought Tekken 8 and went through the whole process of signing up only for it to take my money and the game isn't showing up in my order historyIt literally says I haven't made any purchase despite it taking my money and sending me a confirmation email What the heck kind of scam is this???

Used it twice yet, for discounted MH Rise : Sunbreak and Elden Ring : Shadow of the Erdtree. The discounts aren't as great as on a website like g2a, but it's an official retailer instead of a grey market one, which is ethically way better.Will use again for most of my game purchases

Ordered elden ring dlc, I understand the keys will be given when its out but the pre order is gone from my order history(was there when i made the payment last night) with no way of viewing the purchase. But the money has been taken out of my account.Edit: As the reply has stated I just needed to login via the US site. Apologies for the mistake on my end and as promised my key was delivered the moment dlc went live(6pm EST).

Rated as such due to the following: I got a steam key with the quantity selected as 2 and had one. The customer support Rocco was able to figure out I wanted to refund half of an order since I only had one from a 2 steam key order and got a second single order. Really appreciate there being an actual person to help sort my issue and resolve it in a timely manner within limitations. Keep up good service and stay on top off errors and you'll definitely earn your positive rep over time.

The purchase experience was good and pretty straightforward, however, the product was a pre-order, and still didn't show any code after the game was out.I wrote to the customer support, letting them know the issue and after less than half an hour I got a reply and the code. Very pleased with the response and the great customer support.

My order for Shadows of the Erdtree went through successfully, significantly cheaper than other stores. I had some trouble accessing the code, but it turned out that you have to go through the US version of the site to access your code (if you're in the US). Customer service was prompt and helpful.

I ordered Age of Wonders 4 expansion pass. I requested a refund as the key didn't arrive prudently. But even after a few days, the key has still not arrived and I also have not received a refund either which I requested several times. I also don't like that when you request a refund there is no confirmation in email that you did, nor is there any confirmation even on the order history page. Update: Due to them processing refund and responding promptly I have upped the review with 4 stars. I still stand by the fact that the webpage is not giving a meaningful message back when you request refund initially.

New webshop I hadn't heard about before, they had the Elden Ring DLC for the lowest price so I decided to try them out. They delivered customer support at a speed I've never experienced before. Do recommend.

Got Elden Ring and the new DLC for $60 just after the dlc released. Had the game on ps4 but wasn’t running that great since the ps4 is old. Great communication with the company. Had a few questions they answered within 10 minutes and got the game cd key immediately after purchase. 10/10 would buy again.

I tried to order a game while their email service was down and thought I didn't order it. I then proceeded to order it a few more times just to realise it had charged me everytime. They emailed me their email system was down and I simply emailed them back what happend. They immediately proceeded with a refunds and also send me the code for the game I purchased.

I bought a game key through this service, and everything went according to what they informed me: my game code would be available as soon as the game (DLC, in this case) was released. The key worked perfectly fine!

Sadly the key was out of Stock, but support was quick to help me and I got refounded! Thank you again! :) I definitely recommend this site!
