I would give this company a negative star I could. Call the number to follow through on the satisfaction guaranteed fit promise and have nothing but a run around dealing with non-speaking English clerks. I have been promised a check in 6-8 weeks now for over 3 times and still do not have a check. This company promotes false advertising and is bogus in its promise as well as hires inept employees.If you wish to give subpar - way subpar- service, then remove your toting advertising that you want your customers happy with a good fit. ALL LIES!The advertising lies, the clerks lie - everyone I have talked to in this company lies - making false promises. So much wasted time.Don't bother purchasing from this company, ever!

I placed an order and they accidentally charged me twice.. I got through to customer service immediately. They apologized credited my account and sent me Is a duplicate of what I had ordered at no charge. They're customer service is awesome! I can't say enough about them.. I would give them 10 stars if I could..

FOL are good t-shirts for the price. Last for ages looking good. Not sure where all these negative reviews come from - sounds orchestrated

Underwear briefs are of the poorest quality possible. In less than a year the material starts to separate from the waistband and at several of the seams resulting in multiple holes everywhere. This occurred with all of the briefs in two separate packages purchased over a 2 year period. So the problem runs deep. Would not buy again. Moving on to Haines, a much better quality product.

Absolutely awful quality t shirts. I could not possibly use these to send to customers as literally 1 day of wear, threads coming unstitched. Without doubt the worst quality I've ever had. Will never ever buy from this brand ever again.

Unfortunately I’ll have to amplify all the negative reviews you read here. The T-shirts, I ordered, plain white, didn’t even last half a year! Holes in the armpit area, threads coming out and they are definitely not “heavy cotton” as they advertised. They try to manipulate the notion of what heavy cotton actually is.This brand does NOT hold it’s reputation as it used to in the 90s.

Bought a pack of t-shirts and it didn't take long for the necks on them to become baggy & out of shape. They just look scruffy now and only any good to wear to work.

I have been buying Fruit of the Loom underwear and the sizing is all wrong? I wear size 38 jeans but the XL/TG will not fit and the packaging is confusing? I want the Boxer Briefs (long on the legs) in I guess 2XL. I keep getting shorter ones and in XL? The packings is confusing and Wal-Mart will not accept them as a return? I now have a 15 pair of useless underwear that has cost me big bucks? Fruit of the Loom will only give me 3 pairs refund.

I've purchased Fruit of the Loom socks for myself for years now. My husband purchases his from this brand as well. Every pack before was made thick and held up pretty nice. All of a sudden the last packs that each of us purchased (at different months) both seemed much thinner. Now months later, I have holes in EVERY single sock. I can't think of a time that I've ever had holes in my socks previously... On to looking for a better quality brand.

My sister recently made several purchases of sweats from fruit of the loom... all of which she's sending back as she couldn't bend over or sit down without showing her behind to the world. She decidedly isn't a plumber and is very sensitive about her body so I'm compelled to let everyone know that fruit of the loom is no longer producing the outstanding product they used to. In the past they've done a lot better. They can do better, They should do better. In this case they failed my sister and anyone else who received sweats like the ones my sister got.

I bought some underwear from FTL and the stitching in one of them started coming out. I emailed them with pictures and explained. I was surprised they duplicated my order and they sent it to me. Very happy with there customer service.

I bought 3 pairs of socks for 15 dollars. The socks are extremely constricting and uncomfortable. And I'm skinny. I think companies that have received all the community support a company could ask for should be extremely ashamed of selling bad products.Your only goddamn job was to keep my feet comfortable, and your product actually causes me physical pain. Makes me want to punch an overpayed CEO right in the crotch. Embarrassment to the human community.

The T-shirts I ordered, over a dozen, have NO durability and there is something wrong about the armpit area, the sleeve is less than 2 inches long, was sewn far too low, and they bunch up very uncomfortably, I can't help but feel I was sent defects.The other stuff I ordered is of similar poor quality, ill fitting and not worth having even if it were free.After viewing other reviews it is obvious the only 5 star reviews are very short and obvious company shills. The real reviews indicate a good company gone down the drain.

I recently purchased a product supposedly manufactured by Fruit of the Loom as shown on the product itself and on all packaging. After washing as directed, all the threads started to pull out. I contacted them within a day of purchasing and washing the item as directed on their customer service site, providing both pictures and the receipt.. They referred me back to a contractor that makes the product for them. Their 100% satisfaction guarantee is completely false. I would never buy anything from them again.

a once trusted brand has 'unravelled'!50%(3 pair)of the 6-pack of underwear i bought 2 months ago have fallen apart at the seams. so cheaply made it's pathetic. why bother even making such a shoddy product. so wasteful! damaging to the environment even! milking a once trusted brand for profit should be a criminal offense. i am thoroughly disgusted with this product. shame on you!

I ordered assorted colors pocket t shirts. This order was for WWII & VIET NAM VETERANS. Never got the correct order kept sending me black and gray. My veterans have had too much black and gray in their life they would not credit my debit card I use. FOR NOW I WILL NOT EVER BUY FRUIT OF THE LOOM PRODUCTS. Very disappointed in quality of me whitey tightys I have bought forever. Loose threads around the band everywhere. Had to discard at least 7 lately after one single wash. I will now go to another brand, something that has never even crossed my mind in the past. Sad.

Crafted comfort fleece pants and sweatshirts although soft and nice looking run small and are not true to size.

Don't purchase anything on line from this company, ordered $70. of merchandise from them, they sent 2 items, tried to contact them with no avail. You can't get anywhere on the phone # they provide on their site, they finally answered a email blaming the covid for their slow response. I ended receiving a email stating the remainder of my order was on the way, right after that email they sent another saying part of that order was being cancelled, I yet to receive any refund for the cancelled items, or the delivery of the remainder of the order!

Sad to say, but the quality of Fruit of The Loom women's & men's underwear are a waste of money!!! There great until you wash them after 2 to 5xs & that's it!! The elastic string in the waistband begins to fray & fall apart!!! Quality underwear should not do that....period!!! I took a picture to show exactly what I stated above, but I didn't see an option to add that photo. Very, very disappointed. 😞

Moments ago I made the comment on Fruit of the Loom crew socks. Under products used (Hanes) it should be a 5 circle rating. I thought I was again rating the Fruit Company. Hanes gets a 5 on Value and Quality. Service does not apply. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

I will never from this company again, you cannot even cancell an order, waited a long time on order that got lost tried to cancell but no, how are they even still in business.I guess I will recieve replacement.

I love fruit of the loom clothes and undergarments. I have never been disappointed with a purchase. No shrinkage and so much comfort!

“WHAT HAPPENED TO QUALITY AND HIGH STANDARDS”

The standards of Fruit of the loom has gone so far down hill a film that covers the top of a pond has better quality than the quality of products of Fruit of the loom. I purchased several pairs of gym shorts with pockets roughly a month ago and now they are falling a part the thread is coming out from the waist band and holes around the pockets. I called customer service to find out what can be done the answer I got was send us the shorts and we will look at them and decide if we will replace them I asked how long this will take and the reps. Said it will take several weeks to take care of my issue but it could take longer she said. So I replied so I have to go with out shorts or have to buy new shorts until Fruit of the loom decides what to do. The reply I got was that is correct. So in order to deal with this issue I have to be inconvenienced by having no gym shorts to wear or to spend more money to be comfortable with the summer heat. I look at this issue one of 2 ways suffer with no shorts for several weeks or spend more money to be comfortable until the issue if cleared up by Fruit of the loom. SO HERE IS WHAT I SAY IF YOU WANT HIGH QUALITY AND A HIGH STANDARD FOR GYM WEAR AND SOCKS AND UNDERWEAR DO NOT BUY FRUIT OF THE LOOM BUY ELSE WHERE.
