Ordered hundreds of dollars of lingerie. Returned some items and as of today have not received a refund and it’s been 6 months and it’s still in pending mode. I emailed them several times but get this computer generated email that doesn’t provide a specific status because it’s genericSo very disappointed
Refunds are impossible to get. Months of asking and they admit they lost all of their customers' order information and offer store refund or PayPal credit. They only respond through email as well. It's really terrible. Still waiting for my refund in form of PayPal credit, well past the "14 business days" they promised. It's June and my order was for Valentine's day for reference on how long it takes. This amounts to fraud.
I placed a large order of approximately $500 because I was unsure of sizing. I kept most of it but did try to return a small portion of items. It was such a hassle. They would not provide a return label after several contacts and even deleted access to my account. Paying return shipping on my own to California was hardly worth the exorbitant expense. They do this sort of business tactic to prevent you from making returns which will not be worth it to you on a cost/benefit analysis. I will never purchase another item from them and I’ve been a customer for many years. This unscrupulous practice has only recently begun. Beware!
They sent me a text letting me know something I was interested went on sale, so I purchased a few things and I clicked on my size and after I paid I noticed on one of the items, the size changed 3 sizes smaller, yes my size was available and I clicked it. And there is no way for me to contact them to have them help me before they even pack my shipment and fix it. Now I’m stuck with something I can’t even wear or spend even more money on product and shipping. EXTREMELY unhappy!!! Won’t buy from them anymore!
If you have an item that must be returned, read their return policy and know ahead of time that while they require a return form (which you must request from them) and they say they are sending you a return label be fully aware that you must pay for the return shipping . It will appear on your receipt as a "return fee". They do not list it in their return policy, nor will they talk about it on the phone, but it will be charged. It is noted in very fine print on the side of the return form to "cover their legal behinds", but I think this is very underhanded service. A customer should be told upfront she is being charged and also told she may choose to use another method of return. I was offered none of these-and neither will you.May I also tell you to be wary of their new sizing.
Dishonest business practices. Spent $200 on some items and forgot to use a coupon. They wouldn’t add it to my order, so I said I’d place a separate order for the same items and return the first one. I never took the items out of the packaging. Only opened the bag to put the packing slip inside. 2 weeks go by. No refund. I call to see what the holdup is. They tell me they can’t issue the refund because the items were damaged and/or used. Either they sent me defective merch, USPS damaged the package, or their warehouse workers are dishonest. After multiple phone calls they did me a “one time courtesy” of refunding my money. If they hadn’t, I’d be out $200 and no merchandise because they wont ship damaged items back. So not only was I treated as a liar, but you’re doing ME a favor?!Also, one of the items I kept arrived with a missing rhinestone that was at the bottom of the packaging. The chain broke as well. Thankfully I was able to fix it myself but for a $130 rhinestone bra, I expect way better quality. It’s interesting how you can’t leave product reviews on their website. What are they afraid of?

“Dollar General Store Quality”
What a waste of my money! The quality of their lingerie is poor. The lace underwear looked cheaply made & fit horribly. The 2 34D lift bras i bought would fit someone w size A boobs. They were not lift they were incredibly padded, about 3" of padding. Being i have had a breast augmentation the bras do not fit & look ridiculous. The thing that really pxsses me off is I CANNOT RETURN NOR EXCHANGE. Last chance, final chance whatever they call it is ignorant. Who wants to buy something online and b completely stuck w it? They know their products suck and thats y their return policy is nonexistant. Tip for consumers:Worst return policy. Cheaply made product. “Long term customer w no complaints”
Customers for 25 years. They know what they are doing and their quality over other vendors is most appreciated. The materials they use and the proper tailoring, the care that goes into their lingerie is evident. The fabrics are softer; the elastic and adornments nicer; the stretch easy; the seams smooth. All the lingerie just feels good to wear and touch. Use their sizing guides because you may need a different size in different styled garments. I've never bought bras, only lingerie. We love it. We've never felt deceived by sales or anything. Sometimes it is only the remaining sizes and odd colors that are on sale in order to clear merchandise so pay attention to what you are doing rather than complain when you are not attentive. E.g., black sells out faster than yellow so only the yellow XL might be the item on sale but not the same design in Med black. We've never had ordering problems during the whole 25 years. My parents used them, too. Thanks, Mom & Dad.

Ordered a gift for my wife to be delivered in 4-6 days. It's now 9 days. The tracking number is wrong and I have emailed customer support 2 tines with no response. Buy their product from another seller not direct. In 2018 they are a dinosaur that has no idea of quality and service.

“Absent Customer Service”
Ordered 3 items 2/3/19 and paid for 2 day shipping. Items still not received 2/20/19, bank account debited 2/3/19. I've tried to get order updates since 2/9/19 to no avail. “What happened to the original Frederick's?”
I was a mail-order customer for a very long time, and liked their stores, too. A few years ago, I heard they went out of business, and am wondering if the current Frederick's is an entirely different company, or purchased by someone else? Ordered from them, and had no issues. Went by previous friends/families experiences from years ago. But I suppose that changes. The description of the lingerie I ordered was to include the matching g string. Yet, when I received my order, that was not included. The stockings I received were also very poorly made. I've emailed support numerous times and yet, no response. Can't get through to a rep on the phone either. And based on previous reviews, I'm not returning it to get screwed out of all of my money. I got a set of the Jessica bra, garter belt, and panties, all of which seem extremely well made. I also ordered some panties, however, that look like they'll fall apart before I can pull them up. In addition to that, all the thongs and gstrings I got are absurdly small and have either no lining or a ridiculously small lining about the size of my thumb. I'm so disappointed because I loved the ways the thongs looked in the pictures, but I can't imagine they'd fit any adult the way they're shown to fit.

I purchased 3 items that literally went on sale the very next day. I could not find an 800 # to call, so I had to submit an email.
