Is frankssports.com Legit?

I selected and order a pair of baseball pants. Your business sent me the wrong pair of pants. I called Frank, left a message,your business did not return a call. It is very difficult to reached customer service. I want to return this item so you can give me the pants that I selected. How can you correct this mistake?

What a great store, I have been going for decades, best prices for sports equipment in the City, great selection for such a small space. Great staff. Did mail order for first time, they were extremely responsive and great communicators. Great local business to support, if you are coming from the north or south they are right at the Tremont stop on Metro North and close to the D/B train on Tremont.

After sending my order and payment i am informed the jersey I ordered is sold out. I asked for a double check and was offered and display jersey that was faded. While i appreciated the offer, I could not gift someone a damadged item. It was a huge disappointment.

I tried to order a New York Parks hat from a listed item that had no warning that I needed to have a proper Parks Employee ID badge and they rejected my purchase because I "failed to provide DSNY ID". They need to adjust their UI on every Parks item that requires an employee ID so this doesn't happen in the future. They sell similar hats at the Central Park Zoo so I'll be going to the physical store location in the Armory for my needs.

Couldn't find the training mit at the local sports store nor some of the typical online sites all the fed ball parents are familar with. I could not find the mit anywhere. I Googled the mit and found Frank's Sports Shop and was able to get it with shipping for cheaper than I was going to have to pay elsewhere.

Frank's knows what Customer service is all about . I wanted to order a hat , but due to certain conditions it looked like I might've had to go down to visit the storefront in order to get it , after an email with some identification sent down they were able to save me a trip down. Great product! Happy I was able to avoid Amazon! Only gripe I have is the lack of shipment tracking (porch pirates love stealing packages in my area), but this wasn't promised when I ordered, and I ordered knowing that, so I don't think such a complaint warrants the subtraction of a star.
