Is fragrancex.com Legit?

I've had the worst luck with another popular fragrance site when buying historically amazing smelling perfumes that end up smelling nothing like I remember them. Last weekend I tried a Kate Spade perfume in JC Penney that lasted and lasted on my skin hours later that I just knew I had to have. I did not want to risk ordering from that other site so I ordered it from FragranceX instead at a great price. I happily received the exact delicious-smelling scent I tried in-store at a fraction of the price and I'm truly grateful!

Ordered 4 of the same item. Recieved 2 of them. They claim they were ALL delivered, they were not. The email they sent me is almost identical to the responses posted here. They claim they have all been delivered. They have not. No product, no refund. Then I called the 4th time about the same issue, the gal says I ordered 3 and all have been delivered. Hogwash!! Contacted my credit card company and they are looking into it, as they show 4 ordered. Be aware of all the receipts you recieve and keep them to fight these people if you order from them!

I received my order in a timely manner. No damage to the bottle or packaging. Amazing scent!

I ordered 4 and just one Which is this one Delivered to me in my mailbox and the rest just email that it’s delivered, but it’s not in my position. It’s over then week I talk with you and you send me the answer which is you are not responsibleI asked different times and the end I dismissed others from my credit card

First time customer. Shipping was 2 - 5 Business Days. Fragrances came in tact as they were well packaged. I found the pricing for these to be acceptable and even competitive. Fortunately for me, the warehouse is in the same state so delivery was acceptable. I am not a fan of USPS shipping because I love to track and they are notoriously behind in updating tracking info, but this is not a deal-breaker. I will order again. Easy to order from a huge selection of current and vintage fragrances and prices which are both enticing and comfortable. Came to me as planned, in a nice solid box, with fragrances wrapped in original cover. Luv FragranceX

Ordered a perfume from fragranceX which took over a week to arrive only to discover the smell have nothing to do with the one I ordered and smells of nothing very disappointed I tried to return it as per instructions on their website but when went to post office to my surprise I couldn’t return perfumes to international sellers as it’s classed as a prohibited goods as flammable liquid.Very frustrating I believe it’s a counterfeit product FAKE!!!!

From fragrancex.com I ordered a perfume for over $300 smelled like bathroom cleaner (some other also described as ‘fecal’ scent) so I asked for return and refund or exchange. I packaged the item in its original condition and shipped insured and documented. Then I received an email from fragrancex.com acknowledging they received, promising processing refund if any.When I didn’t hear from them I made many failed attempts to contact, or they sent me automated ‘dumb’ emails. Until they finally answered and said package received empty, no refund!! I have evidence but will need some work.I am not the only one fragrance.com cheated and robbed their money. I will not quit I also need help or advice from those who had the same experience. Thanks New update; It’s now September 2nd, and fragrancex.com hasn’t refunded my money and they are not willing to do so

I've placed my first order today; I had a voucher for 25% off my entire order but this wasn't accepted! The total price showed as £85.48 but my bank shows I paid £89.27! I just hope my fragrance arrives OK as I also received an email to say I'd given the incorrect telephone number & asking for it again! I don't have any faith in now receiving my fragrance!

I would just like to say how good the site is along with competitive pricing and quick delivery, ordered twice from here and it's arrived within a few days. Excellent choice of hard to get colognes and perfumes. Highly recommended

Brioni EDP 100 ml for $45 prior to discount was a remarkable find, even compared to other Brioni products on the site, which were priced comparably to prices for Brioni bottles on other sites. For example, FragranceX had a smaller bottle of the same scent for $71. I'm happy with the scent and extremely pleased with the price.Tracking was virtually non-existent, but delivery was prompt. There was no padding in the package, so the bottle moved around in the outer box. But there was no damage.

The web site is informative. The USPS shipping does not expose the package to theft. However, the Eau de Perfume Club de Nuit intense for men product was defective with no scent. I have 6 plus oz of expensive and diluted rubbing alcohol. I can't believe the production run only created one bad bottle.

It was my first experience with Fragrancex and it was very positive. I ordered 3 perfumes to CÚCUTA, COLOMBIA and everything arrived in perfect condition. The company that made the delivery from BOGOTÁ was (Deprisa). The date of purchase was May 16th and it arrived today May 31st, a little more than 12 days as they say, 15 days to be exact. It was really worth it; it is understood that the delay is internal.As a recommendation, it would be good that once the offer is made to the internal shipping company, it would be good to know which company it is to have more peace of mind and in case of any situation.I will buy again.

My orders were well packaged and arrived in good condition, but the projected FragranceX delivery dates were missed. In fact, my second order arrived 3 days before my original order #64228894 (which was placed 5 days earlier.) Under normal circumstances I wouldn't have been concerned, but I was heading out of town for several days and don't like having packages delivered while I'm gone. Perhaps FragranceX can project later dates for delivery so that then, the customer can be surprised and elated if/when they get it earlier!

Not a scam. I check my bottles and batch codes on every delivery. Spent a few hundred here, never an issue. Batch dates are all over the place but product never bad. I have had MANY packages shipped with USPS that have taken a few days short of a month to arrive lately, so I would tend to disregard the "item not tracking complaints" earlier. Not fair to judge a company by something out of their control. If you save $150 on your order, maybe opt for a better shipping option ;) Anyway, I occasionally find deals here and products I can't find anywhere else. Will shop here again. Their customer service isn't 24/7, but they do respond quickly the next business day and are quick to help if you accidentally placed an order and need to cancel it. Refunded my money immediately.
