I was at Forever21 in Time Square #3006 New York. Cashier sh*ni* was on her phone through her watch so she was in her own world as I moved up to the register. She pushes forward the nasty keyboard in front of me and I demands I type an email and walks away to the next register. I said no it’s okay. When she comes back, she keeps insisting that I put an email in. I kept saying no it’s okay. She then gets pissed and takes the keyboard and types something and accepts something on the credit card keypad without even giving me a chance to read or decline. Then the guy employee comes by her and they’re talking about something and she hands me my receipt while still engaging with the male employee. As I’m walking she yells behind me “You’re welcome!!!!” and when I look at her she had this mental face. I understand she’s trying to do her job and maybe overwhelmed but people are not here to deal with disrespectful egotistical manners. Please train your employees to be more professional and stop pressuring people with this email bs to collect their personal information.
Say goodbye to happy online shopping if you buy from forever 21!!! Late deliveries, and wrong size is their norm. Absolutely pathetic!
Had the most embarrassing and horrible experience at the Dulles Town Center, VA today. The girl at the counter was very rude was not ready to listen. She mixed my package that I took to return to Shein and I was trying to explain and she refused to listen and kept on arguing. This was my first experience with Shein returns and I had some confusion. No patience and treating customers so bad. If you were not ready to deal with Shein customers you should not have accepted their returns at first place…another lady who cane to return Shein had similar experience too. They treated us really bad. Never going back to Forever 21 again !!
Disappointed to say the least. I used to do online shopping here all the time when shipping to Hawaii was free with minimum amount. Now, there is a shipping charge and delivery takes over two weeks. Order went out 6/13 and expected delivery by 6/29. I used to be able to order on a Mon and receive the package Fri/Sat. I’ll never shop here again. Sorry, not sorry. :)Update 7/1 - 6/29 came and went. No package yet. The expected delivery date has been updated to 7/8. I am leaving on a trip 7/13…let’s hope it arrives by then. Horrible customer service. I ordered some shoes and dresses from Forever 21, and just a couple days later I was informed the whole order was canceled without ANY explanation whatsoever. What’s worse was the fact that the order was purchased when there was a discount. If I was to reorder the same items, there would be NO discount. Horrible customer service.
Buyer Beware!!! Forever 21 is absolutely scamming customers. I purchased some clothes for my daughter online. Two of the items did not fit so I requested to return the items. The clothes were brand new with the tags on them when I shipped them back , they were not even tried on because they were a size small when I had requested size large. I received an email stating that the items were received and would be inspected and then a refund would be issued. The next day I get another email stating that after inspection they do not issue Refunds for items that have been tried on, worn ,washed or tags have been removed.The items were returned exactly how we received them with the tags still on. The email also stated that I would have to pay a return shipping fee or the items would be trashed.
I did order the hello kitty’s stuffs for $170 on May’29 and I did counting everyday and waiting!!! Horrible Return Policy. I bought a dress a few months ago. I never wore it. The tags are still on and I have the receipt but because of their crappy 30 day return policy they would not let me return the dress and I couldn’t even get store credit or exchange it for something else. How can they treat customers this way? I can understand if I didn’t have a receipt and the tags were off but my goodness they don’t give a damn about their customers CLEARLY!!! I ordered a denim mini skirt! I received a skort instead! When I called customer service to report that the item that I received wasn't as described as on the website! Bought a dress online. The checkout added higher price and shipping fee. I purchased the dress anyway. The dress didn’t work for my purpose so I started a return. The price appearing in the return was about half of the price I paid for the dress 2 weeks earlier and I would have to pay $5.99 to return the dress by mail. I decided to give the dress to Goodwill instead of getting my $5.20 refund. Their online app and website is messy.

Don’t go to the Meriden Forever 21 location. They’re very racist, they followed me into the dressing room talking about that n*gger is probably stealing keep an eye on her. I like the clothes. It's not the company, it's the piss poor Management team they have. You can tell when someone isn't use to something because they act high and mighty. The managers carry themselves as if they are in Gucci with their DD's dispositions and attitudes. They couldn't work for me. Ratchet and ghetto to the 125th power. Lenox Square is the worst. It's on a perfect fit if you're in to drama, gossip, sabotage, being an abomination, confused and disoriented or suffering from personality disorders. This company sells damaged cheap clothes and refuses to take returns if you have already worn it. Well people buy clothes so they can wear them but if they start to fall apart on the first day how are we to know it was cheaply made. Sweaters should not start falling apart that easy! AWFUL customer service. It has to be the worst I have ever come across. I had an issue with a mail return and tried to contact them. They do NOT answer their email. I have tried for weeks and sent countless emails. I have called their number 3 times. One of them was extremely rude and not one of them knew what to do. I purchased this bodysuit. It looks like a good quality in the picture, but don't be fooled, the strap looks like a 6 years olds art and craft. I have found some of the most affordable clothes on Forever21.com. The site is easy to use and they often run sales. Shipping was relatively fast. The quality of the clothing isn't high quality, but it's acceptable and certainly a higher quality than many well known Chinese sites. I think for the price the quality is acceptable in most cases and even great in some. I would very much recommend this website.

I've just recently started ordering from online. Started slowly with Sephora, Ulta, Amazon, and now forever 21. Indeed it is my second time ordering from forever 21. They don't have that many deals as in store. However, it is much easier (obviously) to shop online as the stores are crowded, not neat etc. Both orders had multiple items and got SHIPPED WITHIN A DAY. They arrived even after 2/3 days. I ordered a pair of slim fit chinos in my correct size, which are definitely not a slim fit. More like a loose fit... just short if looking like clown pants. They were inexpensive. So, I guess it's a case of you get what you pay for. Anyway they are clearly misrepresented. Never the less, I am disappointed, I will not be ordering from this company again.
