My vacation was made even more amazing by the trip and package. Our driver, Buji, was really courteous. Karan, who served as our tour guide, looked after us. Jyoti, our housekeeper, keeps everything neat and orderly.Bobban and Selin were kind and paying attention details.

My wife and I booked a package with two nights in Rome with a 10 night NCL cruise on the Norwegian Epic. Flights and packages quoted us £1000 for transfers from airport to hotel/hotel to cruise/cruise to airport. We did our own transfers by coach, taxi and 1st class train tickets for 60 Euros.The hotel in Rome was okay with a basic breakfast included. The room was okay and the staff were helpful.The reason I have marked them so low is because of their poor communications. I had to chase them up constantly to get questions answered. It felt that once they had my money they were not interested in providing the service that we paid for.We will not use them again!

Book with NCL direct more reliable and cost effective option providing 5-star accommodation with transfers included.

We asked Pam to book us a package to Italy and the whole experience was flawless.! Pam picked fantastic hotels with great transport links, the hotels were 4 star and included breakfast! SHe also booked our train travel. We will definately use Flights and Packages again for a stress free holiday

Just had a great holiday to the Golden Triangle, India. Anika was excellent at arranging the holiday itinerary and flights. Shuhul handled all the internal matters in India promptly and even arranged a requested itinerary change at short notice. Our chauffeur Sarup was always on time and kept us safe on the roads. We saw a tiger to top the trip. Will defo use them again.

Just back from a trip to Budapest, on to Bratislava by train, again venturing by train to Vienna before flying home. Absolutely superb short break. Everything on time; hotels superb, train links relaxing and cities really worth seeing. Two days in each just perfect; kept us on the move seeing all the relevant and beautiful sights. 10 day Kerala odyssey: printed itinerary slightly out of date, eg hotel in Poovar no longer had its own boat for transfers to the beach. Driver (Sreekanth/Sree) very friendly, had expert knowledge of all our routes and kept us up to date. Made all the arrangements/ contacts to ensure a smooth trip for us. Good clean accommodation in a variety of styles, multi cuisine restaurants at the hotels so you could try different meals. Home stay very accommodating, checking what meals we would like.Cookery lesson was excellent, Meera was a great teacher. Expect to give tips to guides etcOverall a great taste of Kerala.

Abhilash’s has been a fantastic driver whilst showing me and my mum around India for two weeks. He’s attentive, knowledgable and a really pleasure to be around. He would do anything to make our journey comfortable. For example, always asking how we were to allowing as many pit stops as needed. He has good English skills. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to experience India.

Had a wonderful time driving from Bangalore to Kovalam. Our Driver was Biju, a lovely man whom collected four of us from the airport and drove us to the different hotel locations as well as a variety of sight seeing location’s. He was friendly and helpful, really easy to speak to and we all enjoyed our time spent with him.he couldn’t do enough to help us,like taking us to a local market which I must say is a must was amazing Haven’t been to India before and enjoyed what I experienced during my time there.

Our first holiday to Southern India and it exceeded all of our expectations. Our driver (Arun) was excellent, very friendly, knowledgeable and spoke very good English. The hotels were all first class, and the food was delicious! Highlights were probably Mysore Palace and the stay on the Houseboat. Excellent value and flights with Etihad were brilliant. Would highly recommend 'Flights & Packages'.

Sree (sreekanth) was wonderful as a lady travelling alone he always took great care of me.He took me to all the sights and and accommodated all my extra shopping requests. We started at Bangalore then went to maysure,ooty,wayanad, cochin,alleppey and finally poovar. Such a careful driver, very caring, honest man.

Trip to Southern India/Kerala then 5 days at end doing Golden Triangle. Agents were very helpful when discussing itinerary and sending infirmation/tickets promptly. Great itinerary with so many amazing sights, but also time for r&r at the beach. Transport was just the 2 of us and a driver. Special mention to our driver in the south - Kannan - who was really helpful and considerate, and told us a lot about life in India as we travelled around. Accommodation and food were very good, as were local guides (special mention to Khizir Ahmed at the Taj Mahal, who did an amazing photo-shoot of us!) Would be very happy to use Flights and Packages again.

Just returned from Kerala and our driver Shinju went the extra mile to make sure our trip was memorable for the best of reasons. His driving was excellent. Air conditioning great. He knew the are well and gave us lots of information. Grateful for cold water daily.

Started with great flights with Etihad. We were met by our driver Sreejith, who was brilliant all the way through the trip. All the hotels were booked in advance, they were of a good quality: 4 and 5 star, with excellent food.The whole trip went perfectly, especially with the help from Sreejith, who was punctual, friendly and informative about all the areas we visited.The English speaking guides were excellent. We would thoroughly recommend this trip for it's diversity, interest and competitive price.

This was the North India Tour : A great holiday which was made so easy with the great planning and organization by this company. From the airport pick-up , the tours inc guides and paid for entry…. made the holiday hassle free. Nice selection of hotels throughout. Their assistance throughout the holiday was most useful especially when I left our passports behind in one hotel and they arranged them to be delivered to the next hotel . Highly recommended with all the staff eager to assist!!

Had an amazing tour of Southern India. Made all the better by our wonderful driver Abhilash. He made the holiday for my son and I. Nothing was too much trouble - it was a lot of driving but worth it to the fantastic destinations. Abhilash was an excellent driver, considerate and got us everywhere safely. He was punctual, his humour and caring attitude was really welcome. He went the extra mile on all our arrangements. From Bangalore to Poover Island it felt like an adventure.If was to do a trip again I wouldn’t do one with that much driving involved - the air con could hardly cope.

Just returned from Golden Triangle and Kerala. The drivers and guides were fantastic - especially our driver around Kerala, Arnsasi who was friendly, helpful and made our holiday brilliant!!!However, the hotel accommodation was nothing like the 4-5 star advertised. As other reviewers have stated, they were fairly shoddy and on the outskirts of the towns where you felt cut off from life. Homestays and boat were lovely- but the hotels let this trip down. Thanks again to Arnsasi though - absolutely recommended!! 😎
